The perfect who checked us in was quick and very polite. The room could use a thorough cleaning as I found hairs in the sink, hairs on the shower walls, old toothpick on the floor, towels are old and stained. Old stains on the restroom wall/doors. The bed was nice, room temperature was perfect, great tv service, quiet place

Horrible we were catfished! Complete opposite of what they show online! Room dirty, smelled of urine and cigarettes! False advertisement at its best! They are pictures before the new owners because it is not what they show! BECARFUL IM UPLOADING PHOTOS! Tbey refused to refund us, even though we stayed at a different hotel. Within 15 minutes we were out. My husband said dont judge a book by its cover, go look at the room. If his jaw dropped, imagine mine. Windows with no glass but plastic bags sealing it. Push carts next to our room door, little lighting, the wall colors didnt match, cigarettes every where. Im sorry but it was bad, then the wifes owner is a horrible person she was mad because hotels.com was only paying them 85.00 for the room but charged me more, my mistakefor showing her my reservation receipt . I was shocked never again! I took pictures of it all! Im getting my refund! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Why cant I upload pictures!

It was a quick check in. Good maid service. No amenities. Lots of single residents. Couldn't use the pool for the family, there were residents entertaining local females. The pool is usually a family area, but this weekend it was used as a mating area without regard for children. Probably the last time staying here. Each visit is less and less enjoyable.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and personable. I enjoyed our interaction. The room was very clean and orderly. Everything as expected. The only negative thing in my view was the floor. The entire room was hardwood floors. I prefer carpet, but nothing major that ruined my stay. Overall 5 stars!

They are remodeling the hotel, but even though on pictures looks a little better, once you step in the room you get the felling that is an old hotel besides the new touches it has. I’ll definitely not stay again. If you traveling with a family that is not even a choice.

I’m honestly glad that this was just a night away from the kids. From the dirty towel left in the shower over the curtain, to the tissue in the peek hole, to the fire alarm not installed but instead in the last drawer, to the stains all over the floor and the wall, and lastly to the broken door stopper. I did not feel safe and we decided just to get ready and turn in the keys. The lady who took my key back was nice, the man who gave it to me as I got there was not! I wasn’t expecting a memory foam mattress for the price but I was expecting a clean room and I felt like I didn’t get that!

Can't say there is anything we liked. There were construction workers staying in the building who partied all hours of the night. The staff never said a word to them. Also, the lobby was locked, so the amenities of 'free breakfast' and 'coffee' didn't exist.

The room was definitely better then 3 years ago newly remodeled and looked great. I aas extremely happy with the room and the lady that helped take care of us was great. I aas very pleased withour stay and we definitely plan on returning next year and i only hope the cleanliness and great service continues.

You get was you pay for. This isn't a luxurious hotel. 2 1/2 stars for a reason. There were cigarette burns on the bed. There were stains on the chairs in the room (but I didn't use them so it wasn't an issue). It had a functioning sink, toilet and shower. However I will say the shower knob was broken off had to play with it a little to get the shower on.

Sheets felt dirty. Floors were dirty. No coffee pot in room. Hotel under construction there was too much noise at night. No breakfast and there were roaches in the room. I am usually not hard to please this place was horrible. Lobby was closed on the weekend and their excuse for every thing that was unacceptable was that the hotel was under construction.

When we first arrived the room we got was nasty. The sheets were covered with hair. We went and told the front desk and they gave us another room. The floor was dirty. The shower when we used it in the am wouldn’t drain. I pulled a shampoo cap out and a band are trust plugged it. There was no soap or shampoo. The worst of it all my wife got bit by bed bugs. We told the front desk in the am they said they tell the manager and he would call us and give us a discount. It was the worst place we have stayed in.

Lobby not open, we were greeted through a small window. They didn't have the room I had asked for but we were upgraded to one of their "suites". Wi-fi was secure but not continuous. kept getting disconnected even while online. Light sw faulty and smoke alarm hanging from ceiling.

The room had no tv remote, when we called front desk, they said to go get the remote at the front desk they did not offer to bring to the room. Not enough large towels, bed was very uncomfortable and could feel all the springs and the total bed itself was squeaky. Could not even roll over without waking up spouse. Bitten during the night with bed beds. Breakfast donuts & little cinnamon rolls were stale.

This was a solo trip, i stayed their for a week, the confort was ok not at falt of the hotel the family staying in the room above seam to stump their feet every step at all hours of the night. Other then that it was a pleasant stay. The daily breakfast could be better and should be different every day. The cleaning service did an excellent job daily.

Needs renovation. The bathroom shower was pretty much the same level as the floor and the shower curtain hung over the bathroom floor which made the bath water flood the floor and it became very slippery. Off course we used some towels to stand on. Being a handicap room that was very dangerous. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am, 10:00 am would have been much better. The owners were nice and helpful. For the price we paid it was not too bad.

The property itself seems sufficient on the surface, however, it appears that they're policy is to reuse the linens. Since we were tired and arrived late we jumped in bed and slept before noticing the blood on the sheet and 2 pillows.

The manager didn't seem to be overly concerned about it and his wife was even more indifferent.

So many possibilities for disease an blood born pathogens.

The adult male indian let me make a short long distance call. Tell him thanks.
I left some bags of dirty laundry in the bathroom. I took everything else.
When I returned, two bags were empty and someone took half of my en velopes.

Hi, I loved my room.
I did not like listening to the female front desk taking about what I'm doing in my room. They watch me from a camera in the room. Even a truck driver had his own camera in my room.
And it sounded like there was a microphone in my room to make sure I heard all parties taking turns talking about what I'm doing in the privacy of my room.

I made a reservation around 11 pm, We drive 5-10 minutes, door was closed and it say to ring the bell for night service, we waited there for 15 to 20 minutes ringing the bell, calling the phone, no one answered, I called Orbitz for relocation and instead they got of hold of the staff and she said that she was there now to serve us. We had to drive back, after that everything was good except the time that they made us waste. My kids were exhausted so was I after a long drive.

Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. It is an older property so is not considered a top of the class establishment, but it provided what we needed -- an inexpensive place to rent a room where we can visit relatives without inconveniencing them. However, outside noises filter into the room and got quite annoying one night. The hotel quickly had a loud non-guest removed from the property so all was good in the end.

It wasn't a bad place to stay. It seemed clean at first, but after settling in it I saw that it really wasn't. There was some kind of red paint or blood splattered on the door and one splash on the wall. The lamp was rusty, and there was some type of puddle next to the toilet when we checked in. It was also very musky.

Not sure where the people who wrote the positive reviews stayed. Room smelled BAD! Soda machine is broken. No clock in the room. Hair dryer and coffe maker do not work. Asked for accesable bath got a hot tub which does not work, it is always a bad sign when the end panel is off. Breakfast . . . BAD coffee . . . No fruit. Never Again!

We were traveling for a family funeral so we weren't expecting much on hotel accommodations since it was an unplanned trip. But we're were very pleasantly surprised at the accommodations and cleanliness. some reviews were not too good but we were very happy, if we are in San benito again this will be our 1st pick. Easy access to restaurants, family, freeway.

The hotel was not in presentable conditions. The stairs that led up to our room on the 2nd floor had rusted chips flaking off metal portions. The room had a dingy smell, it felt dirty, the floor was not clean, there were old underwear in the drawers, the bed was awfully uncomfortable i've slept more comfortable inside my truck's backseat, there were crumbs of old food and hair all around the edges of the beds dressers couch and tables. The towels were stained and had a funky smell. The air conditioner was in not working properly it would shut off and take a long time to turn back on no matter what settings were changed. The pool was disgusting it had all kinds of particles in the pool and it was not clean. The trash can was full and had a foul smell coming out of it. This is a terrible place to stay
