Staff was great and every issue we had, they gave us $10 vouchers, we accumulated $30 worth, which we didn’t use. We had to move rooms twice because the shower wasn’t working. On our last room, the water took over 15 minutes to get warm and it only stayed warm for 10 minutes after that.

Front desk staff at check in was SUPER accommodating and friendly. Absolute gem. Great clean place, great shower, super clean room and very comfortable bed. We are from here but just wanted a break so we know the area, but for those of you considering something, it’s a three min walk to chilis, five to wataburger, wingstop, and the movie theater is directly across the street. Bar and food onsite are great as well. Zero complaints.

There was blood on the sheets, no trash bag in bin, and had to do be our own housekeepers. Not to mention when i first stepped in the room it was so dusty as if it Hamtramck been cleaned for weeks. Other than that, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. Wish the room was clean and still kept. Should have taken pictures but i just wanted to get rid of those dusty stained sheets.

Staff was the best part of making this hotel feel like a home while the Valley was flooding. A very stressful time here in the RGV while there was water up to our knees trying to get in and out of our home we stayed here for 3 nights until we could get back home and this whole staff went above and beyond to make everyone that i saw feel comfortable and happy. Thank you all from the front desk crew, service crew, laundry crew, maintenance crew, everyone you saved us all emotional tears for sure!

Our flight was canceled so we had to scramble to find a hotel for the 6 of us, we booked 2 exact same rooms, unfortunately we were in separate towers nowhere near each other.
They were great about sending a shuttle van to the airport to get us, and take us back the next day, we just told the front desk what time and they made sure we were on time.
Our rooms had a pull out sofa bed, unfortunately both of the rooms closets did not have sheets, pillows or blankets for the pull out beds so we had to retrieve them from the front desk. The king bed was comfortable enough. Could’ve used more pillows they’re flat so 2 pillows made 1 normal pillow.
There’s no button for jets in the hot tub outside. It was hot just no jets. Pool was cold even for being 95 degrees outside.
Bar didn’t open until 5. No cereal for kids for breakfast, a small Starbucks is there with a very limited menu, nothing really for small children who are picky eaters.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was a little smelly and the water from the shower smelled really bad. I feel bad saying that because this hotel was in such a great location, but I have to be honest on reviews. The beds were not very comfortable either. But the customer service rocks. I have nothing bad to say about the staff, they are all beyond amazing.
Location is perfect. HEB is walking distance, so is the movie theater and a couple of food places. Very close to downtown and the VA hospital. And it was loaded with military and I felt very safe. So that was a mega plus.

The hotel was fine until I showered. The water was not draining and the tub was getting filled while i showered. Felt disgusting. Complained to the front desk the first night and told the maintenance guy so he can fix it. Just to find out he made it worse. I will not stay here again.

Where Do I Get Those Pillows
The stay was fine, the staff was very friendly and quite helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows, well I need to get some of those. That being said, the shower/tub in room 224 was clogged and the water stayed in the tub while showering. Also, there were some lumps of some sort under the carpet closest to the heating/cooling unit, very strange.

Shower was moldy. The shower curtains were gross. The carpets where filthy. The shower only sprayed staight out and you could not adjust it because I was afraid it would break. The ceilings were all peeling. Asked for different room but they were sold out. so I had no choice. I had booked two rooms and the other was in the same condition anyway. Won't stay there again. Hotel needs remodeling big time.

Not what I expected based off reviews.
We were given a room towards the back side of the hotel. The couch in the room had stains on it, the wall paper in the hallway was peeling. The latch on the door in our room was loose. There was mildew on the on the shower head. The bar had a very limited selection of drinks. The bed was comfortable.
