It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kitchener. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great start to our day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. Of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been convenient to have a functioning charger on-site. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it for its cleanliness, hospitality, and value.

Our room keys had to be fixed multiple times. Lamp shades were filthy. Fridge didn’t work. Bed skirt was filthy. Mold all over ceiling in bathroom. Bath tub was rusty around the hardware and dirty. There was a pedofile there the first night and cops had to come. We checked out a night early because of everyrhing and it smelled like very strong pot the evening we decided to leave.

Room was very dirty. Microwave door was left open upon arriving. Someone had cleared warmed up food. Very bad smell in the room that would not leave. I called down to see if I could move rooms and was told fully booked. I found out that a friend checked in an hour after me and was able to have her choice of room.

The hotel is definitely old and dated. It could use a some work, but for the cost, it wasn't bad. It was nice breakfast was provided. We were there for a cheer completion, so the hotel was full of young ladies. A gentlemen decided to flash a group of them - it was reported to the police, but I guess it was a busy night in Kitchener and it took over 2 hours. The guy was not arrested as he denied it and the hotel allowed him to stay - not impressed as they should have asked him to leave given what was happening in hotel.

Our first time in Kitchener and we were ,looking for a place to stay for a couple of night close to the hospital. Judging from te reviews, we decided to book. Great choice! The place was very clean, staff super nice and accommodating (we had to extend our stay due to unexpected circumstances and a snow storm) Hot breakfast and coffee and all at a great price. And apparently has been missing since st Patrick's day last year according to the front desk as they insinuated that the cables where taken by someone with an electric car \"as that's what happens when. Very friendly and welcoming staff, and a great breakfast. Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean and conveniently located on the bottom floor so we could use the sliding glass door to go to and from our car. The hotel is located a short drive from the airport, which was super convenient for us as we were picking up someone from an early morning flight.
We had a lovely stay, I would definitely book here again when visiting Kitchener or catching a flight from Kitcgener/Waterloo.

The room had a flashing light that kept me up all night. I then had to try and get a hold of the manager 3 times before I received a call back only to be told that I should have switched rooms in the middle of the night. Which also would have been a terrible experience. I am not the first person to complain about this and feel the management is trying to not address the situation. A simple solution is to apologize about their experience and refund the money the customer paid - but manager was unwilling to do that showing the lack of care.

Room was in good condition although my room did not have a desk but rather a large side table the chair barely fit under. Hot water was a problem. It was necessary to run the water full on for over 5 minutes before it began to warm up. The second night of our stay parking was an issue. Both my wife and daughter use walkers and there were no parking spaces available near an accessible door which necessitated their struggling through snow to the main entrance.

The pillows on the bed are 12x12” way to small to sleep with they compress to nothing as soon as you put your head on them terrible. Finally the beds feel pretty comfy but are actually hard as a rock I’ve never woke up more sore in my life. Never staying here again.

Room wasn’t ready for check in on arrival at 1:45 pm. Yes yes I know, 4 pm check in. So refund me for checking out at 7 am. Room floor was very drafty from the frigid outside cold weather, noisy snow removal tractor outside my patio doors, poor sound insulation etc etc

The room was okay, the staff were courteous. What we didn’t like were the heater controls and the light from the smoke detector was so bright and always flashing. Not to mention the mirror is placed so that the lights on it are reflected directly to the sleeping area. Not noticeable in daytime but when you’re trying to sleep, it’s annoying.

It was clean and comfortable, basically what you paid for. My room was noisy so sleeping was hard to do.

I did not like that breakfast didn't start until 7am. I had to be at work for 7am so I didn't get a chance to eat before leaving.
