the property was very nice and clean, but the walls were very thin, and overall structure was not to the Hilton standard. I was woken from my sleep several times just and it was not like other guests were being loud. The vibration in the walls was amplifying every noise/movement in the hall and above us.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton! The service was great and the staff was really friendly. The room was clean and I really liked the location (lots to do nearby). The pool and fitness center were also nice! One of the things I appreciated most though was that they had a vegan, gluten free frozen dinner option at their little store. This was a very thoughtful detail!

The only con: the pool furniture could use a little attention- the long chairs have a metal bar that digs in into your back and the cloth sags. Not so great for lounging.

The only thing that is keeping this hotel from 10 is the breakfast. Expensive no variety if you ask for over easy eggs that an extra fruit thats an extra charge.
Breakfast buffet should have fruit, pancakes, waffles, toast, choice of eggs all included. Step up your game on breakfast and this hotel is excellent

My husband and I stayed here last night and everything was pretty good until we went to the bar and he ordered Maker’s Mark whiskey. The waitress was wonderful, but my husband noticed the bartender serving him Wild Turkey. So he asked if they didn’t have the whiskey he wanted, they could’ve told him and the bartender got upset. Dinner was excellent. Then around 12:30, my husband woke me up because he heard something. We saw a rat come up from the A/C unit, onto the counter where the TV was. It went back into the AC unit, or a hole underneath. I called the front desk, and they moved us to another room but it was so inconvenient. They gave us breakfast vouchers, and my husband has been calling to speak with a manager and nobody has returned his call. We’ve stayed there before, but this time the employees were not that concerned about having a rodent in the room!

A ritzy and expensive hotel that completely lacked the amenities that would have been helpful. We were there because of a conference and there was no effort to meet the special schedule of the guests (the conference, involved field trips that began as early as 5 AM.) $15 breakfast available only after 6, no coffee available until then. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and there is always 24 hour complimentary coffee in the lobby. Lighting in rooms inadequate and just plain weird-the bathroom light was triggered when you entered it, and it flooded the room whole room. Multiple touches on switch sometimes turned it off, but not always. Not appreciated by your sleeping hotel mate! WiFi “free” only upon giving them your email and permission to receive promotional material. I don’t see us staying in another Hilton Garden Inn ever again.

Clean rooms and restrooms, plenty of parking and in a quiet, nice area. Close to Sam’s and 4 minute drive to Walmart if needed. They have a lot of options at the store in the lobby (albeit a bit expensive but that’s pretty much standard). Didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant or grab breakfast but I would stay again and would recommend :).

Everything was perfect except the air conditioning thermostat, it was in the wall, which didn’t control anything at all. It was hot in the room, till I decided to get up (at 3 in the morning) to try and get the ac to work, the controls were actually on the unit. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. We were just there overnight but didn’t sleep much.

I stay in 2 to 4 Hotels per week. This Hilton was immaculate! Had to store some frozen product in their walk-in freezer so I got to see the kitchen too. Spotless! The only thing I didn’t like was the motion sensor on the thermostat. Didn’t like returning to a 75° room when it was in the 90’s outside.

Booked a Suite w/bathtub only to be put in a cheaper JR Suite w/o bathtub upon arrival without notice. After 30 minutes on phone with Hotels.com a partial refund was issued. No safe in room or maid service on 2nd day. Not a happy Hotels.com customer; second misrepresentation of a room in a row.

I stayed here (Room 215) for business. When it was time to unwind, the TV didn’t have a signal. I called the front desk to request service and 2 hours later I had to call again. I never received TV service. The water from the sink was almost nonexistent. The shower was pretty good. The bed was okay. The breakfast was great. Desert from the restaurant (caramel crunch cheesecake) was delicious!

We booked a king bed months in advance. Got there and they didn't have any rooms with king beds left, so they forced us into a room with 2 doubles. They didn't even have the nerve to tell us they were changing us up, just let us take our luggage to the room before finding out. They tried telling us this was an upgrade. I get that maybe it’s a more expensive room, but for a couple traveling without kids who want to sleep in a king bed, a room with 2 doubles is not an upgrade. The property is nice and connects to the convention center. The area the hotel is in feels a little sketchy and I was worried about my truck in the unsecured parking lot each night.

The property is nice, but my AC didn’t work. Maintenance spent an hour in there, finally got power but was never able to cool. Staff didn’t seem to worried, they were set in fixing it and making me wait apparently. So I left. Switching my room was never an option either I guess.
