1st room they assigned me (315) had an industrial fan blowing when I opened the door. 2nd room (314) was handicapped, which is no big deal. Room was fine, shower had very low water pressure and the hand held sprayer had broken away from the gadget on the wall and just hanging down.

I got an early check in which was good. I told receptionist I wanted a quiet room on an upper floor and asked if the construction going on in the rooms was nearby and he said no. I ended up being three rooms down from renovation in the rooms and the workers blocked the egress with a big chair. Heard them talking in the hall while they were working, but thankfully no loud music

I departed the next day before breakfast, but there was a grab and go, which was nice. When I returned after a 12 hour day, key door malfunctioned and I was unable to unlock it until maintenance Came up to fix it. That required three separate trips down to the receptionist. When I went in the temperature was 80° and the maintenance man put the AC on cool which malfunctioned and sent the temperature up to 87. This required another call to the front desk, who sent the maintenance man back up but it was unfixable. The front desk was initially unable to give me a new room saying the hotel was full and they couldn’t accommodate me and I either had to stay in that room or they would try to find me a different hotel but I had to pay the difference. After calling three hotels all were full. After an hour I was finally given another room with AC. Despite offers of staff to help me move all of my belongings, nobody came to help me. This was very frustrating to say the least since I was in town that was new to me, and it was about 7 o’clock and dark out when this happened

I recently had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon entering, the entire place felt incredibly humid, making it very uncomfortable. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, which set a terrible tone for my stay. When I got to my room, it had a terrible odor that made it impossible to relax.

Adding to the frustration, they demanded a pet deposit after I had already checked in. When I stepped away to address this issue, they refused to refund me. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We travel to Harlingen all the time, and this was our first stay in this hotel. The location is great, close to dining options and the highway without being too noisy. Staff was super friendly even when we had some issues with the booking, I truly appreciated their help.

Rooms need to be updated a little bit, but they were clean and very comfortable. Our room in particular had a broken oven (door was falling off) which wasn't an issue because we didn't have to use it, and when we pointed it out to staff they told us they were already working on replacing it.

The hotel itself is very clean and we were very impressed, we would definitely stay here again. Once again, shoutout to the amazing staff!

The fact that nothing is immediately around it besides the Outdoor World / Bass Pro shop, and especially that there is really no one parking for that store on this side of the building, means there is much less likelihood of random people walking around or checking out vehicles or people checking into the hotel, than if it was in a more dense area.
Also, though, the rooms are nice, the place is clean, the breakfast is good with many hot and cold options, and the staff is friendy.

The service was exceptional and the night clerk remembered my name and greeted me each time I walked by. That is unheard of.

Unfortunately this hotel has carpet throughout and it desperately needs replacing. It is dirty and smelly. Every time I got off the elevator on the second floor, it smelled like garbage. Spend some money and replace all the nasty carpet.

We attended a funeral, and all the family stayed at the Residence Inn. We had room in the lobby area to meet and visit, which is so important at a stressful time. I had a shipment of flowers shipped to the desk, so I could DIY in a better container (which I brought with me) and take them to the gravesite. The desk personnel was accomodating and everything went smoothly.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Just gorgeous!

First of all, this hotel is INCREDIBLY clean, modern, new & beautiful! The guy at check-in was extraordinarily kind, welcoming & helpful. I booked the largest 1-bedroom suite, which I loved was on the 1st floor away from all the other rooms. I had kids with me, so it's nice knowing we're not bothering anyone below. The reason I booked this hotel is for the basketball court & amenities. My son LOVED playing basketball; we brought our own ball, but I bet they have one to loan. They also had a gas BBQ pit & we were able to borrow their cooking tools. The pool was clean & plenty of towels were available. They have a cushioned seating area next to it with a fire pit, plus tables & chairs to eat at. The suite itself was GORGEOUS, my kids were SO amazed & said they wanted to live there! Lol The kitchen had everything you needed including very nice plates, cups, colander, stove, roomy fridge, dishwasher..literally everything. The couch was comfortable & clean. The desk area was awesome with tons of plugs built into the table; there were even plugs built into the sofa area. This is so convenient, as opposed to older hotels where it's hard to find/access plugs. Restroom was very clean, large, & modern; WONDERFUL showerheads/water pressure! We brought an air mattress, since sofa beds are rarely comfy. That was the 1 thing I wish, that they offered a suite with 2 beds. I paid $185, with fees on a Saturday. I checked for a different time, but it was $350! I'd stay again for $200 or less.

Our 2 day family stay was amazing. Great property and Management Team. Super clean property and room ( minus the pool) it was super dirty. They have an on-site laundry, which is super amazing. I hate traveling back home with dirty clothes in my luggage. So this was super convenient.
The location of this hotel was perfect. Close to the highway but not noisy at all. They have tons of dining and shopping within walking distance. You have Walmart, Target, HEB and a mall all within less than a 5 mile radius. Loved this property!!!

The room was very comfortable. However, we stayed for four nights and received no housekeeping services. At some point, our trash cans were overflowing and I inquired about how to get housekeeping. I was only then informed that the hotel had a policy of not providing those services unless you had at least an 8-night stay. I would have been fine if I had known this in advance AND if there had been an easy way to empty our own trash.

Staff was very friendly. I feel we shouldn't have to wear a mask unless we want to. I don't believe in hiding my identity from the Lord. But i was told we have to were a mask, even though the Governor put a stop to the mask mandate. You definitely need to start having a regular Breakfast, not the grab bag.
There was a large crack in the shower wall.

Amazing staff they are very nice and polite and the rooms are very nice and good for family's and the market place is nice too it's good got an midnight snack and also the pool is big and clean but there is no hot tub personally I don't really care but other people might also it's secured I recommend this hotel (but note that if you get this hotel you do require to bring your credit or debit card when you check in it needs to be by an bank cant be 3rd party it don't need to be the same card you bought the room with)

We live in the area and were looking for somewhere special to stay for a special event in the area. We were both very pleased with our accommodation! Hotel is super clean, staff was very friendly... even at 11:55pm when we checked in. Loved the shower and we both slept wonderfully on our comfy beds.
