Ok, for one night.

Room was fine. Upon entry, some long hair was found around the sink. Breakfast options were disappointing. Literally: Cereal, coffee and an apple (no juice or milk or anything else). Waffle iron was on the counter, but the clerk said they weren’t serving waffles (batter) today.

Wouldn't stay here again.

Older motel in need of updating. Bed was very uncomfortable. There was a huge hole in the ceiling above the shower. We wouldn't stay here again.

I'VE BEEN THERE ONE TIME BEFORE ABOUT A YR AGO. WE LIKED IT SO MUCH, THAT'S WHY WE PICKED IT AGAIN. MR DARVIS AND IS STAFF ARE GREAT. I TAKE OUT MY TRASH DAILY CAUSE I DONT LIKE A MESS, AND HE HAS NO ISSUES GIVING ME EXTRA TRASH BAGS. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD THIS TIME WAS THE BED IT HAS WORN OUT ITS WELCOME, THE SIDES SLANT DOWN , SO THE MIDDLE PART IS HIGHER, A BIT UNCONFORTABLE, BUT WE WERE WORKING SO WE WERE SO TIRED WE DIDNT NOTICE UNTIL 2ND NITE AND FRIDGE NEEDS A LITTLE FREON FOR COOLING, I DID FORGET TO MENTION IT TO MR DARVIS (AT END OF STAY), BUT OTHER THAN THAT WI FI GOOD, TV GOOD, TEMPATURE GOOD. REALLY NO MAJOR COMPLAINTS. WE WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN FOR SURE !!!

Cheerful and helpful staff, but terrible odor of urine in the room; maybe from a pet accident. Paint and maintenance are definitely needed, as well as attention to breakfast; maybe earlier and have the waffle iron hot and the batter properly mixed. Phone did not work on arrival, but was fixed the next day, when we really needed it.

when we arrived we got room on first floor like we wanted, but tv wasnt working (some would have been upset) but we were tired so it didnt matter but first thing next morning they had it working - office recieved a fed-ex for me which was great - front office was so friendly, i needed more toliet paper and trash bags and they brought them right over no questions asked - thanks

The bedroom was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Although the shower had rust and it had a baseball size hole in the corner, and when i got there the receptionist wanted to charge me the regular price which was $70 for that night when i found it here for $53. I still ended up paying $61 which didnt make sense, but i guess. Other then that it was a good stay.

We were planning on staying just 1 night and ended up staying from Saturday-Wednesday, I can say that the room was clean, sheets were soft and extremely clean and white, tv was great, customer service was exceptional and breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there again 👍

Stayed for a High School Class Reunion

The room was Horrible. A lot of little roaches all over the bathroom, king size bed Needs to be replaced. My fiancé and I rolled to the middle of the bed where it was sunken in!!!!!! Woke up with bad back. Not all lights in the bedroom worked and remote to tv wasn't working either. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, I'm not one to complain, but this hotel was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely Disappointed!!!!!

Smells a little old, as expected, but clean room and bathroom. Key card kept demagnetizing and didn't work, but the employee said to keep it away from cell phones and it was fine. Employees were very nice and helpful. Bed was a memory foam and very firm, so if you stayed in one spot you kind of sunk in. Large room. BK and carniceria next door. Right off the expressway. Would recommend for a no-fuss getaway.

During check in the front office clerk tried to charge me when I had already paid the room in advance. The towels were dingy and there was a dead cricket in the room along with a skittle. Finally the beds were terrible, you could feel every spring in the mattress. Never again!

It's an ok hotel but I wont stay there again.

I was asked if I wanted it clean while I stayed there I said no, but needed towels every day. Well we had to go ask for them and in order to get clean ones you had to take the dirty ones and then th ed y give you attitude and one day they have enough because they were drying them.

First of all, the room did have bath towels, to start, second the T.V. sucks could not see the cowboys that good, had to go to the bar to watch T.V. third, the mattress was real bed, could all the spring on my back.

Hotel is fairly new and clean. Lots of cleaning going on every morning inside and out. Needs a little more attention to maintenance of small items in rooms, loose fixtures, drippy faucets, etc. First room I was given hadn't been cleaned so they switched me, new room OK but booked for my second night so I had to switch. Second room OK but heater fan squeel on every start up. I could sleep through it most of time but something that should be noticed and fixed. Drippy plumbing in both rooms, no TV remote (replaced upon request), minor maintenance issues. Staff friendly and helpful, reservation computer less so, but all problems resolved ASAP.

During the night constant traffic to one room in and out while police toured parking lot chasing the visiting cars out

Overall not for the faint hearted

Horrible. We arrived on a Saturday night and it was infested with lizards; they were everywhere: the floor, the walls, the railing, the windows, the stairs, the doors... absolutely everything. We returned the key and left. We requested a refund for the cancellation, but it was refused. The lizards left a disgusting feeling and a bad experience with this hotel. // Horrible. Llegamos un sábado por la noche y estaba infestado de lagartijas; estaban por todas partes: el suelo, las paredes, la barandilla, las ventanas, las escaleras, las puertas... absolutamente todo. Devolvimos la llave y nos fuimos. Solicitamos un reembolso por la cancelación, pero nos lo denegaron. Las lagartijas nos dejaron una sensación desagradable y una mala experiencia en este hotel.

La habitacion estuvo muy bien pero el personal terrible. Deberian de capacitar mejor a su gente. Pregunte por tel desde mi habitacion sobre el desayuno y la Sra me dijo que no incluia. Le dije que segun expedia si incluia y alcance a escuchar como le dice a otra persona que eataba ahi con ella que pague muy poquito por mi habitacion como para pedir desayuno y se burlo. Despues me contesta que si incluye pero solo cafe y cereal. Pesima atencion, cero profesional.

Al llegar al establecimiento y pedir mi reservación No me la querían hacer válida argumentando que estaba muy barata la compra y que ni las taxes pagaba, le comentó que yo la adquirí x medio de una App y que ya estaba pagada, la encargada insistiendo en cancelarme y volverme a hacer la reservación pero con costo de fin de semana $86dlls por noche, le dije q No q ya estaba pagado y confirmada la reservación y se molesta y me dijo q me la iba a pasar pero q eso era un error.
Fatal tener q pasar por esas situaciones pues llegas cansada del viaje y lo q quieres es entrar a tú habitación reservada.

Muy descuidado y maltratado con un penetrado olor a viejo, falla cerrojo de puerta principal y puerta de baño, bañera quebrada, por nada regresaria, ademas se venden como la copa inn que en realidad era la que habia separado en mercedes texas y llegue y me dijeron que ya no era copa sino otro hotel y a mi me redireccionaron a este que amablemente me dijeron en recepción que podrá cancelar pero hoteles.com cobraba multa
