The first room still had urine in the toilet. The second room didn’t even open. The third room had an ac so loud I couldn’t sleep in the room. I left.

It was last minute booking so we just went with some quick and affordable. The staff was VERY friendly and the room was honestly really nice for being a Motel 6. The location is good as well, I definitely would stay here again.

I went out and I came back to stay my second night. The clerk informed me that the manager was gonna charge me $50 to clean the room. I hadn’t checked out yet. I hadn’t completed my stay. You can’t charge me for incidentals when I haven’t completed my stay. I have the option to clean that room

While the bed seemed as clean as other motels, the bathroom needed some serious attention. The toilet seat really needed to be replaced. It was disgusting. While I used it, I had to find a way to not touch it and still use it and I don't mean to just line it with paper. The vanity and mirror were disgusting. There was substantial damage to the ceiling in the bathroom from what seemed like a previously busted pipe on the second floor. The bathroom needed a serious paint job. Since I was only there one night, I decided to not even use the shower. I forgot to pack the flip flops. It's not something I thought I'd need. I travel to Harlingen frequently and was looking to save some money by staying here. You truly get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

When i drive into Harlingen I never know if I'm getting a room until I finish the job. Might be 3am to 6am so I'll ask for a late check out. 20 to 24 hour day and I'll need to rest. Late checkouts might only be one hour but it helps before another 3 hour road trip. Correct me if I'm wrong, yes it happens even to me. Does late checkout actually mean beat on the door 1 or 2 hours before a normal checkout?

The front desk person gave us a room, and when we went to the room, it wasn’t even clean yet. We had to wait in the hallway 20 minutes for the cleaning ladies to clean it. Then afterwords we left for a little bit came back and the sink in the restroom had ants all in it so they were able to switch us to a different room. Also on the second and third floor of the rims, the hallways stunk really bad all musty.

The receptionist took like 10 minutes to show up in the front desk and went we left the were no one in the front desk we waited for 10 minutes to check out so I left the card key and left. My problem was with check-in. I booked through Hotel.com and paid in the app. At check-in she asked me for my debit card and I asked if it was for incidentals, she didnt answer. She charged me for the night after i told her it was paid already. At checkout they tried charging me again, telling me i had a balance.
