When I checked in I was told cleaning was every other day. Fine! So my first day to have my room cleaned was Saturday the 17th. I waited in my room until noon and no one came. I left my room and asked the lady if they were going to clean my room and she said she had closed my room out because I had the do no disturb sign. I told her I did not and what time did she come by and she said at 9 am. I told her that was not true and that I needed my trash taken out and fresh towels. She said no that I would have to take my trash out myself and that she only had one towel and that I would need to go to the reception desk to ask for more. This was absolutely ridiculous and not great service.

Great breakfast too, good gym equipment for morning workouts, and even a little area to buy forgotten toiletries or stuff for a midnight snack. The drawback we had and it’s more of personal taste- the bed itself was quite firm and did leave us both with achy backs the next morning. If you like your bed firm the this is the perfect hotel for you but if you don’t it’s something to bear in mind

My husband and I woke up to either bed bug, flea, or tick bites all over our bodies. The electricity went out at about 4AM which shut off our air conditioning. That caused me wake up and couldn't go back to sleep. Then car alarms were going off in our parking lot outside. I brought up our concerns with the front desk clerk. All he said is, \"I'll be sure to report the room for bugs.\" I expected an apology. We've stayed at other Hampton hotels. This one was not our favorite.

They close doors at 11 which it’s understandable for protection but they shut down elevators which had to make my grandma walk all the stairs to get to the 3rd floor. Then lights went out could not heat up food and my kids where taking a shower all lights went out had to walk all the way down the stairs to ask what was going on and the front desk had no idea why they went out . Finally after a while they came back on . Was not happy over all .
