The shower curtain did not cover anything but the middle. Our door did not lock properly had to make sure the big lock was locked in order for door not to be pushed open

Got hotel fished, I layed on the bed an felt like I fell all the way down to hell same with the couch, took a shower the drain wasn’t draining the shower curtains wouldn’t close all the way so the floor was soaked after I took a shower didn’t need it but the shampoo bottle was half empty and there was blonde hair in the room and I’m bald so I know it wasn’t mine and the biggest concern I had was during the night the

I only saw one staff member for the two days of my stay, and that was through a tiny night window. The lobby was never open and the only way to do any business was through the tiny night window. At one point, I picked up the phone to call the front desk only to realize that the room phone had no cord and wasn't connected to anything. The television remote didn't work, which is why I tried to call the front desk. Most of the metal surfaces in the room had an abundance of rust growing on them: the table lamp, the office chair, the refrigerator, the wall light fixture, and in the sink/counter area. The drain in the shower had a strong sewage smell wafting up. On the plus side, we only saw one cockroach, and the mold smell wasn't as strong as most hotel rooms in the area. Otherwise, I suppose the room itself was clean enough. I've certainly stayed in worse hotels.

Well as soon as you open the door the room smelled like wet feet. The room looked like it had been remodel but they skipped on the small details. Had to use the rest room and got one flush out of it, the tanked never rerilled w/water. The light lamp was all rusted out, sheets appeared washed but were stained, didnt feel right so we just left and booked a room across the street at a BW. If your down on your luck and on a tight budget, the price is ok but you do get what you pay for. Learned the hard way.

there were roaches immediately by the door when we entered our room and then when we checked the bed, there was a huge roach in the bedding. it was absolutely disgusting and terrible to stay at!

Mattress too soft, no support for the lower back which caused back pain, the pillows were too soft, no support for neck either, bathroom with no lock, front door very difficult to properly close. For the low price is an ok place for maybe one night but for a more extended stay maybe choose a different option

Attendant stayed locked up in office. She was parked in drive thru where you register. My friend had to ask her to move so i could register. I am handicapped and cannot walk. There is a step up to the room. Recliner chair arm was broken. Ironing board cover had holes. Room only had 2 towels. Outdated and needs painting. Shower was a tub with two handicap rails. Man attempted to open our door while staying there, thankfully safety latch was on. Neighborhood was quiet. A conveniece store was close. A dog was barking upon arrival and departure n one of the rented rooms. Upon leaving put the key in drop box. Bed was soft.

Great service. I do find it strange that the office does not open and only transacts through the little window they used during COVID-19.

Clean and economical. However, at 10:40 p.m. when I was already in bed I was startled when someone tried to enter my room, able to unlock my door but stopped by the door stop. About 5 minutes later there was profuse and loud knocking. I opened with the door stop on to discover the owner or property manager informing me that I was not authorized to stay there and did not rent the room. I had a confirmed booking through Hotels.com, had pre-paid, and had checked in that afternoon with the exact same person. I emphasized that I had checked in and was given an electronic door key; hence, my presence with no signs of door break-in.

When we arrived they automatically gave us a smoking room. She said that's what we reserved. I told her that the only options we had were a regular room or handicap room. So I booked a regular room. I asked for the to change to a non smoking room. She changed to room to a room that was 2 doors down from original room. Go into the room, and it was still a smoking room....I guess she thought we wouldn't notice? Anyway on top of that there were roaches in the bathroom. The mini fridge looked like it went through a tornado. Rust, duct tape and scratches everywhere one it. The table that's connected to the wall on the left side of the bed is broken. It's slanted so everything rolls off. The bathroom door wouldn't open all they way because of the counter/sink. I've stayed at this location many times and this is the worst I've ever seen it. Very disappointed and will not be booking here in the future.
