This place is an adequate stay if you need a quiet spot and staying for a short while it’s a small but big enough space for one-two people and they were able to accommodate us to a smoking room and they do have a short fee for early arrival but nothing to complain about.

False advertisement booked a room, but when I showed up to the property, I was informed there was unavailable rooms and they don’t do refunds even if you weren’t checked into the room.

If, you reserve online and you prepay online, the hotel personnel and manager charge up to $20 difference when you check in, because online the rooms are cheap because they are considered smoking. If, you want a non smoking room and downstairs for your disability, they lie about having availability for handicap rooms at check in time, because they leave those rooms for the rich families traveling from Monterrey, Mexico that travel to come shopping at the nearby Ross and at La Plaza Mall which, btw discrimination against hispanics who prepay online at a cheaper price online.

High mold in walls of property from water damage, shower falling through floor, roaches, could not get in room when I came back and spent 30 minutes with staff while he figured out I had not been entered into computer. Covers are old curtains sewn together, old nasty stained mattresses, old nasty clumpy pillows and window air unit worked only with extreme cold. These rooms should not be occupied by anyone in the condition they are in and should be reported to county, state and city health departments for closure.

Too much cigar smell seems like some guest prior was smoking inside the room and there were lack of cleaning process, shower floor was old and dirty.
Blankets sheets was burned by cigarette in both beds.
The TV remote control was not at the room and I asked the person on the lobby for it, and the answer was that there was not remote control for that, I need to turn tv and change channel manually.

I've had better stays at Motel 6. The fiberglass in the bathtub was cracked, the door looked like it was in a fist fight, no hairdryer unless requested, and no convenient place to plug in a charger. I had to plug it behind the night stand. On the plus side the ac was great, the room had a ceiling fan, and there was instant hot water.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. Don’t even bother booking. I was only tempted due to the price and the photos and not worth it. My room had the top security lock broken and the side of the door had a dent where someone pried it open. Paint of different colors, chipping. Dirty walls. Worn and broken furniture and sink area. The fridge was all rusty on the inside. Bed uncomfortable and the pillows half the size of normal pillows.
I asked them for a different room because I didn’t feel safe. They said they were booked. Didn’t offer anything else. Just to have maintenance come and maybe fix the lock. It didn’t look fixable really. I ended up saying I didn’t feel safe and wanted to leave but they told me I couldn’t get a refund cause the manager wasn’t there. Turned my keys in and left.
Called the next day and the manager only offered to refund one day although I didn’t stay in the room whatsoever. Thought that was absolutely ridiculous. Also hotels.com didn’t offer me any tips of credit to help with this. I don’t care that I didn’t buy trip insurance. This issue has to do with the property feeling unsafe and looking NOTHING like the photos presented on the website. The manager blamed the low rates for the reason the rooms are attracting bad people. Thought that was silly. Not sure how bad people caused the paint peeling in various areas 🤔.

Its says it had a mini fridge and it didnt work, and when i told them if they could change me the room they say they couldnt. After speaking were i rent it they called them and they change me room, then the other room didnt turn the light on in the bathroom. They told me to what till tomorrow because they dont have no one to fix it. I really dont recommend this place they just very rude persons and they cant help you.
