Disappointed with room, front desk and maintenance service. Paid for a 2 bedroom suite and was only able to use 1 restroom because maintenance was not able to fix toilet problem, front desk didn't know what to do and no hotel manager was available to assist 😕

The hot water was warm, at rush hours was not hot at all. The check in process was a bit slow and could be improved.

It was very disappointing to spend the night at a high star rated hotel and have the room look like it was cleaned in less than 5 minutes.
The shower still had hairs and residue from the previous guest. The kitchen area had not been sanitized(we could tell because there was empty bottles of water and paper towels lying around).
I hope this was just an issue in our room and not in every other room. I had stayed in this franchise before and had not experienced this. Hopefully this was a one time thing.

My over all experience was a great one. My room was excellent. They only things I didn’t care for were the water pressure for the shower an toilet. And although I do appreciate that there is free breakfast and dinner I did not care for the food. Need more vegetarian options. Other than these things my stay was great. I would stay here again in the future.

Even though this was a suite it seemed the layout was poor and not overly functional. Again the overall experience was just ok.

It’s close to everything. Thermostat is impossible to figure it out. Motorized blinds don’t work. Don't get the rooms on the mini golf side, they have this Red/yellow/ blue lights shining and blinking all night outside the window. When called front desk to ask them to turn off at Midnight, they didn’t know how. Otherwise its a great facility, clean and spacious. Shower is slow and not enough pressure. Toilets don’t flush well.

Lots of tricky bells and whistles, but so much of it did not work. Almost every lamp in our room had a short in it and didn’t work properly. The powered window shades did not work at all in the front room. Shower only, no tubs, and the water went everywhere no matter how hard you tried to keep it in. On my list of “never staying again”.

The pool and staff were great. The room was cold and we kept turning up the heat but it would always reset o 50 deg, burr. Not sure why we kept getting just one ash cloth each day, must be a thing in Texas, Also the bed sheet was so small it was hanging on the mattress for dear life and completely pulled off in the morning. the Breakfast was good and the Hawthorn Suites is located in a central spot.

I wish I could leave a good review but unfortunately I can not do so! First we arrived at 11:00 pm and was tired from driving 8 hours to check in and customer service was awful! So we get passed that and wasn’t told anything about the card to turn on lights in our suite and so we figure it out ourselves then go into the bathroom and the door is off the rail so we just deal with it and called in the morning so maintenance can get it back online! For the amount of money we paid for 2 nights to come in to be treated like that is not cool or uncalled for! I hope you don’t treat anybody else like that!
