The hotel from outside look good but as soon as you walk in the door you get hit with odor of mildew and it’s all throughout the hotel . I had my kids with me and they have asthma and they coughed most of the night and couple hours after we left . Wouldn’t recommend especially not for the price we paid . I’ve stayed at way better hotels for way less than that amount . We were going to stay at another hotel but family member lives on the opposite side of border where hotel was and they provided details to the hotel so that is why we stayed even after we got inside hotel but would not recommend unless they get that resolved . Also the beds were a little itchy not sure if detergent that was used or what but was not a good night at all.

Poor organization and service. The hotel was clearly full, but there were not enough staff to handle the situation. There was only one computer and one staff available for check-in, which caused a very long delay. I waited more than one hour just to check in.
While waiting, the two guests in front of me were already complaining because the AC was not working in their room, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, lack of staff, slow check-in process, and unresolved room issues made this a very unpleasant experience.

The property has run down quick, we stayed there when the property was fairly new. Upon arriving at our room we noticed the terrible odor of dampness and mold. There was an air purifier machine in the hallway. We could smell the same thing in the room as well. The ice machine was removed from the floor and you have to go down to the 1st floor for ice. The a/c unit wasn’t working properly so we had to be moved to another room. Went to the free breakfast and the food was very limited. No fruit

It is an old hotel so the facilities in general need to be renovated. The room smelled bad, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, too hard so my wife and I got back and neck pain. No water included, we had to pay 4 bucks for 2 small water bottles, since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere the is not other option.
