Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. The room itself was clean and well stocked though the bathroom did have a slight mildew smell. However the pool area was small; pictures online are very deceiving! The indoor pool area was dark and dingy, The hot tub was smelly. The carpet on the 5th floor smelled terrible; it is in desperate need of replacement.

Breakfast and room was good. The breakfast staff are on top of things and so friendly. Random that our standard queen room had a full-sized house fridge at the foot of the bed…. Completely out of place and odd. The pool needs tile work but the kids enjoyed the combo of going inside and outside. The hot tub needed to be emptied completely and started over.. the water clarity was scary and over chlorinated. Overall though I’d give it a 7:10.

Room very clean, breakfast was fantastic, and biggest impression for us, was the staff. Excellent and very respectful and very helpful at all times.
Only things that left me quite sad, was the constant problem of the toilet which would not flush well several times, and because of weak pressure, would overflow and caused a great mess. And our Room was Accessable so that definately was very troublesome. Also, the toiletries did not have a pleasant smell. This is the first time in my life that a hotel does not offer a nice and effective wash. Despite these troubles, I would stay here again. The positives really impressed me and we really really appreciated the Shuttle assistance.. a huge plus!! We needed to stay for 5days and i would definately still recommend to friends and family. I really hope the troubles can be resolved and not happen again. Thank you! H.M.A

This hotel is ok. The rooms are just ok, I think the furniture looks cheap and gawdy.
The room was not real clean - the shower could use a good cleaning.
Breakfast was ok but one morning I took a bite and found about a quarter of an eggshell in the eggs - yuck!
One evening there was a large cockroach roaming the first floor hallway.
Staff was very nice.
I should have complained about the eggshell, shower, and cockroach but did not.

Pictures are outdated of how the pool actually looks now. Jacuzzi didn’t even work. Pool was dirty and everything around just looked old and dirty. We requested to cancel our stay through Expedia and Expedia contacted the hotel TWICE in two different days and management never wanted to get back to us about a refund or even cancellation. We were forced to stay the week because they never got back to us. The main reason why we picked this hotel was because of the pictures shown for the pool. And it was a total disappointment. Hotel is so under maintenance they only have one elevator working for such a big hotel. And they only bring you new towels every 3 days because they want to save water and electricity (they have a sign saying this in the bathrooms)

From the check-in, I generally am given 2 keys, but instead they said that they were only giving 1 key, because they are running out of then, and previous guests are not returning them back to the front desk. Constant having to play "who got's the key" every time one of us left the room. that was very disappointing. Breakfast was nothing to write about, Weird that they have refried beans on the buffet line. The most distressing part of the stay was the pool area. We arrived about 4 pm, the pool was full of mostly beer-drinking older men with possibly with kids were in the pool. They had music blaring loudly and the abundance of beer and empty beer cans littering the pool area. Took my kids quickly out of there and never returned. Elevator was super slow and down to 1 car only, shared by a full 3 story hotel. Good luck if you can get to your room less than 10 minutes. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN< Good luck if you like this sort of stuff at your next stay.

Overall the stay was great. The room was very spacious, had a microwave, and a pretty good size refrigerator. The breakfast buffet was good would have been better if they had bacon or sausage. I didn’t really like that I had to go to a separate building to enter my room from where I checked in. However, the staff was very friendly and also a great location.

Unfortunately for the price paid ($110 USD daily) theinstallation was very old and requires remodeling. The water heater did not heat the water very hot (which is what I like), The air condition did not heat above 75 degrees and the first night was cold for us with no blankets, no security box, the wifi was not working in our room. We reported everything but nothing was fixed. So I do not recommend this hotel.Of all thep problems, I really have a hard time when the installations are old and can not be comfortable. They should lets us know on their site when the last remodeling was done and make sure all their services are working.

Property is good for one night, we stayed 7 nights and found these problems. No drawers to store your clothes, we had to either live out of our carry on’s or put out stuff out in the open on shelves. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms so you don’t have the option of bringing back leftovers. No table in th room.

By mistake I requested a room for the disabled, when I got to the room and realized I went to the reception and asked to change it. The guy at the reception was very friendly at all times and gave us another room, however this second room was not in the main building but in one on the side. The area looked a little neglected and the room inside had an old and empty refrigerator of regular size, not a mini bar. More than a room, it looked like a wine cellar with that refrigerator right at the entrance.

Hotel needs attention

We got the handicap- accessible room
The bed was old and uncomfortable - one person moved, the other moved

The bathroom had mold
The showerhead did not have a base yo you had to hold it

The airconditioner (heating) was a very noisy and allowed a big temperature variation between its automatic on and off

And noise the whole night
