The staff was courteous and very helpful! They assisted me with extending my stay, they helped me when I got locked out of my room and they gave me directions to places I needed to go in the surrounding area. They resolve an issue I had with the deadbolt and they brought me more blankets. They were great.

The room was still filthy, hair on the floor and toilet. The room was dusty and the counter was sticky. We've stayed here before and the room was spotless, this time it was horrible. Besides being dirty, it was very loud throughout the night. Didn't get much rest.

If all you need is a private place to crash with a bathroom, then this is for you. We could hear other guests all around us, and we were on the second floor. Out of the 4 days we were there, only 1 day had coffee. The beds are not very comfortable at all. I will say that staff was nice and courteous and addressed issues with our needs very quickly. The elevator is hit or miss and very harsh. So all in all, not terrible, but definately can do better.

We have stayed at this hotel over 20 times over the years and always had great experiences. All was well with our room, check-in, friendly staff and cleanliness. However, a large group was down the hall from us on the 1st floor and they were obviously having a great time after midnight until after 3:30am, making it impossible to sleep. We heard knocks on their door throughout those 3 hours, but nothing changed until 3:30am. The walls are apparently very thin, so nothing about that party was missed, making it a very unpleasant visit.

Only issue is the walls being too thin to where when the room is quiet you can hear everything even tv from the other room, can hear conversations down the hall. I didn’t sleep at all through the whole night dealing with different noises here and there. First was at 2 am next room with tv loud till 3 am and then something going on in the room upstairs to where sounded like construction was going on and heavy stomps, no where near sounding like intercourse, then people talking in hall way then around 6am-8am child crying and talking going on, cart I’m assuming from cleaning crew rolling down hall way. Was just non stop noise sounds. I couldn’t sleep and my child couldn’t sleep. Only thing that would help block out noise was a/c unit that only lasted on for about 20seconds. Room was beautifully nice but stay was horrible!! When it was told to front desk person it really was like they didn’t care.

Could not sleep due to barking dogs in the middle of the night, or people talking loud in the hallway in the middle of the night, or doors slamming at any time (maybe rear entry door or service doors), or loud TV's from other rooms at night, or noice or crying children from other rooms. Unsafe place as indicated in a door sign inside the room advising to double lock the door for our safety. Hotel (\"motel\") not recommended.

Check in was the worst experience in a lifetime of traveling. I arrived at 3:15pm, room was not ready and I was told to come back at 4 pm, which is regular check in time. I came back at 4 pm. Room still not ready. New guest, without a reservation, arrived at 4:15 pm and was able to get a room. At 4:25 pm, clerk told me that my room would now be cleaned! I didn't get my room until 5:05 pm.

Front desk staff very rude. The person checking my husband in grabbed his phone to verify his license plate. Later that day police were everywhere due to potential harassment with that same clerk.
The next night the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and no apologies or relief were provided. No one had a reason for it to have gone off for about 15 minutes.

Hotel itself is great, comfortable beds and very minimalist design. It gets the job done. But the staff needs a revamp!

The matress on the bed was cheap and uncomfortable and the sheets were not soft at all. The lighting in the room was fluorescent and felt like you were in a hospital. Plus the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. When i got home, the clothes in my suitcase smelled like stale cigarettes.

You've heard of you get what you pay for, it's true. BUT the staff here makes it feel oh so grand! Lovely smiles and welcomings from everyone! They know what they have to work with, and they do it so well! So yes, small prices for small rooms, but BIG on the customer service. And I'll say this now for past and future references, anyone who says otherwise about this location is obviously entitled and think they deserve more for less. The front desk staff were very helpful and hospitable. They have coin operated washing machines and dryers on the property which really came in handy! Love that all Motel 6 hotels are pet friendly at no additional cost. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave which was really convenient. This location is right off the expressway so it’s easy to access. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

Not what I expected.

Usually I stay here and it's very calm and quiet. This weekend was not so pleasant. There was a lot of rowdy people around 2-3am yelling and talking very loudly. My room has a door separating my room from the one next door. Which I thought was very weird and uncomfortable.

Not a great stay.

Drove into town for a funeral and stayed at this location. I asked for iron/iron board since none in room and I was told by front desk that they did not provide this. I had to go buy an iron. The air conditioner was loud during the night turning off and on so could not sleep very well. The worst was dog poop in the hallway and I had to mention it to the front desk.
