The room was not what I expected in accordance to description and pictures. Was very disappointed that there was no pool. I admit i didn't check but took it for granted. My soon was having surgery the next day and wanted to give him a relaxing day and not have to drive in from our hometown. After 20 minutes of checking in i rented at a difference location for the pool. I went to check out and was told i would get checked out after midnight. Not even half of a refund but still.

My stay at the Tru by Hilton was disappointing overall, despite some positives. The shower water pressure was extremely poor, making it hard to shower comfortably. The thermostat also didn’t work properly—even though I could set the temperature, the room never cooled down, and the fan never turned on. The display said the filter needed attention, which might explain the issue. Another guest mentioned they experienced the same thing, so it wasn’t an isolated problem.

On the positive side, the staff was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and parking was easy. Unfortunately, the room comfort issues made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

We were assigned a room in the second floor. The room looked clean until we went to the window. There were some dirty tissues, a make-up sponge and something else. I went to the front office to let them know. We were moved to another room in the 3rd floor. This room wasn’t as spacious as the other one but it was clean.

Very sub-par stay in many ways for what they charge.

Breakfast was stale, cold, and looked like it was from the previous day. Very limited options all around. I ended up opting for cereal but even then the milk was warm/room temperature and had obviously been sitting out for a while (gross).

The room had several issues. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and screeched very loudly after a certain point. Imagine this getting up to go to the restroom during the night or first thing in the morning. Seems like it was out of the doorjamb. Same thing with the shower door - it kept sliding open as I showered.

The guests above us were stomping around all night and I made several noise complaints to no avail. Finally at 1:45 AM it got so bad that I went to the front desk to make sure that the attendant (who was sitting on the couch in the lobby on her phone) actually called the room in question. Only then did it stop.

So, considering that I paid nearly $200 for a room that didn't have a decent breakfast, loud guests, inattentive staff, and doors that won't close, I'd say that you can find somewhere better to stay.

The breakfast was a little disappointing..... cooked options were fried potatoes and sausage.....no scrambled eggs just hard boiled eggs....then they subsided the fried potatoes with potatoes and chorizo (which was a bit on the spicy side)....
When I made the reservation it was $100 a night and when I paid it came out to $163 total, I know there's taxes and fees but my reservation was $114 total for 1 night including taxes and fees..... the clerk said she fixed the charges and the difference would be refunded to my credit card......

Probably one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in but this one was beyond amazing. The cook I think his name is able went above and beyond every morning for breakfast even cooked some bacon for my son which is super picky about food I’m really great full I would give this rating a 10star if I could just for the bacon and how able was super outgoing respectful and attentive it’s the little things that matter I would definitely stay here again and recommend it

The rooms are noisy; I guess there is insufficient insulation between the walls.

Place was convenient to stop by for the night customer service was good. Elevator has a weight limit and one was only working, ac is controlled by the wall but room was not cool enough had to lower it all the way to 65 to get the air flowing it was slowly cooled by the time we fell asleep. And not sure what the hearing was for om the app for the room if the nooise levels were ridiculously high I could hear next door conversation and opening and closing doors running around Beds where a little harsh and not very comfortable due to springs in the mattresses maybe the should be updated changed to firmer more comfortable ones. Both beds had their pillows but the minute we set our heads on them all were flat.

Checked in at 11pm, room did not have functional AC, they claimed they reset remotely and its a kmowm issue for them, they are working on it, finally at 230am they moved our family to 4th floor in new room from 3rd floor. In the 4th floor room, commode flush was not operational. Since we had traveled from Houston and we were dead tired, we just decided to sleep and deal with it in morning. In the morning, front desk reluctantly gave us another room with functional bathroom. Worst experience ever. No apologies, no regrets, just worst customer services for 150$ a night plus tax.
