I was worried because the hotel rating was not good, but I had a good rest. When I entered the room, it smelled similar to cigarette smoke, but it was quiet and the bed was large so I could rest comfortably and overall it was okay. It was nice that there was a fast food restaurant right in front so I could walk to eat.

This hotel is disgusting. There were live and dead bugs inside, stains all over the walls, floor, and sheets. The air was thick with the scent of cigarette smoke. Holes in the walls, missing handles on the shower and sink, no soap or shampoo or toilet paper. Mystery stains all over the mattress. We stayed a few minutes and then left to find another hotel

Did not get the wifi password during my time there, ask when you get your key because that will be the only time you will see an employee as well ask for more towels they gave a family of 3 only 2. Could not change the air conditioning settings. The lobby was close all the time therefore it was difficult to contact the employee. There were no snack machines available. This might be a little cheaper then the other hotels but there is a clear reason why the price is like that.

Sheets were stained on both beds. Wall sockets are loose so phone cord falls out. The room smelled like marijuana most of the time we were there. Pool was dark green. I asked for an iron and it was burnt and black at the bottom so I couldn't iron the shirt. Upholstered chairs sre dirty and stained. Booked last minute due to death in the family. I should have paid more attention to what I was booking. My daughters were afraid to sleep in the bed.

It was a very bad experience once we got to the hotel the first room they gave us didn’t had toilet paper and was leaking real bad in the restroom ceiling not to mention the front door lock was broken so went and complained at the front office and ask for another room and they did have me another one it took them like 20 minutes to find another and to our surprise the sheets and mattress were so dirty and discussed plus the towels in the restroom one of them was dirty. Will never again stay in these hotel. It looks more like a prostitution and dealing hotel than anything else.we couldn’t even sleep all night for all the noise plus who wanted to rest in dirty sheets like that smh 😡

The property was absolutely atrocious. The rooms were so bad that neither I or my son stayed at the motel. It may be pet friendly, but it is not fit for a dog. In my opinion Expedia would be better served to remove this property. Now I understand the prepay policy.

I arrived on the property about 10pm after working 15 hrs. There was used condoms in the parking lot . It took the front desk person 20 mins to give me my key card . He informed me it was he was on a personal phone call. Once I got to my room ,,, it was gross . The floors were sticky , the A/C unit was stuck at 78 degrees, the water pressure was a joke . It’s difficult to shower when the water is trickling out . I did call the front desk and there was no answer. I would have left but all the surrounding hotels were booked due to hurricane relief efforts. Stay clear of Texas Inn & Suites .
