This is my go to place to stay. This stay was disappointing. Door had to be slammed for it to close, drapes were torn, carpet had red stains, tub wouldn’t drain. Pillows were in sad shape. Room needs some attention.

Stayed here a week ago and there were people with a U-Haul under the covered area all day doing some kind of business. This stay they were there again.

Bed sheets were clean, toilet was clean, bath was clean.

I’m pretty sure that some hotels book less desirable rooms to people who use apps like this. I use it because it’s convenient and almost never have issues like this. The AC in the room barely worked and the bathroom smelled like backed up sewer. The floor in the room was stained also. The stay felt dreary and disappointing. I will not return.

On a positive note, everyone working there was nice, and the breakfast was ok. Not the best but edible. Not everyone likes potato in their eggs so to have it as the only option didn’t make since.

Snacks were severely overpriced but I guess you’re paying for convenience or something.

I never leave negative reviews, really, so I’m that disappointed.

En general el hotel esta excelente en cuanto relación precio-calidad. Quiero mencionar que este año he ido 4 veces y me ha atendido muy bien el personal, en el lobby tanto en el desayuno. Es mi hotel ya de cajón en el que me hospedo. Ademas, la zona esta perfecta a mi gusto, tiene la ventaja tambien de la plaza de alado con tiendas muy visitadas.

I always stay at this hotel when I come visit family. It is at a good price point and normally very clean.
Staff is always very nice and attentive.
Bed was very clean, bathroom was clean.
The pillows were not as comfortable as in my previous stays and the carpet was very, very dirty. I’m sure a good shampooing and steaming would take care of it. The room smelled musty, moldy!
I will stay here again, I do believe they will correct these things.

I would rate this a negative star if I would. Manager can never be contacted. Asked for corporate number and no one could provide that. The curtains at the hotel have holes in them. When I got there I booked a king bedroom and the ac wasn’t working. they sent maintenance in and he assured me it would start working again. So I unpacked everything (I had a lot of things and places to go) the room got hotter. I called again and they brought me a small room fan. At this point I called again and they sent me to a different room not even the same room type. It was two queens. I had to pack everything again. Be careful when you come to this hotel. I wouldn' recommend it. And after all those red flags because I’m a very humble person I work retail and understand things happen I still stayed. I am traveling to that area and having to stay in hotels now and this was my hotel of choice because it’s close to all my stores. And it is also my home town where I grew up. I decided to stay the weekend and use my personal card to celebrate my birthday and when I booked the rooms I accidentally booked one extra night. The front desk person said that there’s nothing we can do and that he’s worked there for a long time and no one gets their refund. Which is so unfortunate. I went through Expedia to see if they can help and they were so nice and helpful they tried reaching out to the manager and ended up declining the refund. I didn’t even stay that night so it went to waste. I’m so disappointed….

The front desk guy was nice and tried to help. Sadly, all three rooms we were shown smelled of mold. One room had a dehumidifier that’s how bad the smell was. Bed sheets had brown stains and pool was slimy and green and hadn’t been cleaned. We didn’t stay we left within an hour and went to another hotel. They refused to give us our refund. Don’t stay here!

We accidently booked a room for June 22nd-June 23rd. the error was explained to the manager but, she refused to give a refund. We always stay there but, after this experience we won't be staying there anymore. I don't understand that Comfort Inn Prefers to lose a customer for many more stays than to refund $80.00.

To start, check in was at 3pm and when we got there there wasn’t a room ready. So we had to wait. The pool had about 467 people in it so we couldn’t use that, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The room was a suite and wow it was filthy. The bathroom still had hair in the shower and the toilet and sink were still dirty. The worst part was the cockroaches we woke up to at midnight. They were everywhere, they had an infestation. We had to checkout! I give this place as low of a rating as I can. It’s a shame that a manager and owner of this hotel would let their property get this bad.

Carpets need attention

I always stay at this hotel when visiting family.
Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, slept wonderfully.
It is usually very clean, this visit carpets need attention. Many dark and dirty spots. Nothing a good shampoo won’t fix. Other than that it was good. I will stay here again.

Service at the front desk was terrible, the guy didn't know much. They advertised a pool, and it wasn't in service, still the rate was as if they did have it.

In the room the carpet was stained with a brownish color, the bathtub had mold and smelled.

If there's something good worth mentioning, it is the breakfast is above average for the hotel type.

I reported this to Expedia right the way and they gave me a gift card for staying in another hotel.

No call received at 1.5 hrs got back to property and there was still confusion on what room we had or who had checked us in when it was the same 2 guys. After that zero issues or complaints.

Security Risks

A few things were troublesome:
1) the smell of mildew was so strong I had to buy air deodorizer and repeatedly spray the room to try and mask the odor
2) staff at the hotel did not keep my room confidential and I was disturbed by an angry woman banging on my door threatening me and my guest.
