No breakfast, parking was horrible, one blanket for two people. Address to their location was not true. Office then blamed customer for their websites errors on address. All three locations in south Texas are not worth the money. For $10 more you can get way better accommodations.

I love that there is no carpet in the rooms, and new flooring. I was surprised and happy to see the Bible in our room and hairdryer. Room smelled good, and clean, AC was cold all was great, except for the coffee, and loud upstair tenants dragging a chair constantly. Overall we have stayed here before and very happy with our stay.

The property is clean around but many things don’t work there , like the phone , blow dryer, and they don’t have hand towels. They only limit you with 2 towels we were 3 and had the room for 3 days , then the iron is not on the room you have to pick one up at the office it was so inconvenient because the phone didn’t work to call the office. I asked the house keeper to change towels and they didn’t leave any at all had requested them and they were asking for the old ones but I didn’t had they the housekeeper had taken them it was just to much to deal with it.

Owners spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate. Discovered you need to let them know at the desk if you want room service such as towels or toilet paper or wastebaskets emptied. Breakfast was cereal only. Location was ideal and it was generally very quiet. Room and bathroom were spacious and we liked the nice little table and chairs. Leaving the hotel and trying to make a left turn were very difficult due to all the traffic. Weather was cold and rainy and our heater quit after the first night. We were given a small heater for the room. Would we stay here stay here again? Yes

In the room the appliance are not good quality the mimi refrigerator never work. The ceiling fan trun on with a light so it can't use it at night. A/C took forever to start cooling the room. If you need a place yo stay, this hotel will do just that. The hotel a very outdated, everything looks old. The sheets did not smell clean and the comfortable smelled and looked dirty. They allow pets so that’s a good thing. If you don’t care much about smells or appearance then this hotel will do.

The front desk lady ask me for my bank card PIN number I told her straight up “ NO, are you crazy” she was very rude I will never ever stay there or recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The front door was locked even during operating times. When I went to get coffee in the morning the room was closed there was nothing put out this was at nine 9:30 in the morning. When we Arrive the pool very dirty and very murky. The rooms were clean I just happen to feel that the office staff was not very friendly or very welcoming. Decent inexpensive hotel. I chose based on the location proximity to my destination. Decent enough, will return. Being vaccinated, weird they still are doing check in without the lobby and force you to stay outside in the heat and humidity to do the keys, etc. But it worked for what I needed. Very roomy room, cleaned nightly. Pool was very active with kids most of the day and night, but my room was away from there so no issue for me. Parking was plentiful and free. Close to highway but not on the highway, which was nice. Rooms accessible from outside, so no elevator or interior lobby, and I could see my car from my room easily. AC seemed to work well, water pressure decent. Walls are a weird blue, but for the price, it was decent.

I liked how clean our room was, and how comfortable the bed was. I did not like how my upstairs neighbors were banging each other around in their room. I called the front desk, nothing was done. After an hour I called Alamo police, because they took their noise outside by our door.

The smoke alarm was missing in the room. The site says it has breakfast included. When I got there I and asked about it, I was told they were not offering it because of COVID. That's understandable, but it is also false advertising, they did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. I chose and paid for this hotel with the convenience of free breakfast.

It was a nice enough stay for the price. The room was clean. The hot water was warm at best and the bed was not comfortable. It really needed a new matress not just a foam mattress on top of an old matress. It was good for one night. Nice big tv though.
