This is not a hotel ! . . It was a basic apartment , that you’re meant to take your own bedding , linen and towels to . . we asked for such and got sheets but no pillowslips and had to make the bed up ourselves . . all a bit grim . . and we had to give a deposit before we stayed , which we did get back , but not usual though !

Hard to describe. Hallways a very dim, all on sensor lights. There's lots of \"rules\" around your room. Just felt uncomfortable about being there. Dinan is an amazing town, you can do better for accommodation than here

Very nice spacious rooms with functioning mini kitchen. Entrance was a bit tricky to find at night, but key was left in a safe box and clear instructions were given , so no problem

I was quite pleased to find these rooms are more like flats which is great and spacious for the kids. Can buy food at the supermarket and prepare at home, however, you have to make sure of the kitchen facilities in the room as we had a fridge a hob and a microwave, no oven.
So we bought diners/ breakfast accordingly.
The rooms were very plain but perfect for our stay, however I had to clean a bit to feel comfortable. Switches were quite dirty and there was dirt on the walls in every rooms, toilets, bathroom. I saw many reviews mentioning about that and I was disappointed to see the hygiene standards hadn’t improved effectively.
The place smelled of cigarette, for non smokers it’s a bit repulsive.
There is a pool outside which is great for the kids.
This place isn’t my favourite but is quite convenient for families with no particar standards.
My standard in hotels and rentals is hygiene so we could come back if we have to.
So we bought diners/ breakfast accordingly.

Reception staff were friendly, accommodation is very basic and not that comfortable but fine for what we needed. Room was clean, no real issues at all, I wouldn’t stay again if I had the option of spending a little more for comfort - hotel was not easy to find, sat nav couldn’t find the hotel as the name actually differs from Expedia

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this apartment. It's about a 10 minute walk from historic Dinan which worked wel for us since we had a car and it was easy to park it and leave it. My kids liked the pool after a long day. The kitchen worked but just be aware that it doesn't have any condiments, oil, etc so you'd need to get those

Accueil peu aimable, réception seulement ouverte de 16h à 19h (pour récupérer les clés de la chambre) et piscine fermée à 19h ! Si vous venez 1 nuit comme nous on ne peut profiter de rien. Car il faut en plus quitter les chambres à 10h qui est l'horaire d'ouverture de la piscine !

A l'arrivée le plancher était très sale, nous avons garder des bas dans les pieds tout le long de notre sejour. Lors du checkout, j'ai dû attendre a la réception pour que le personnel de l'hotel aille verifier l'etat des lieux alors qu'une caution avait été prise au début.

Hotellet er utrolig slidt, gangene ligner noget fra en gyserfilm, værelserne, er slidte, toilet og bad er opdelt og der er ingen håndvask ved toilettet, så man skal igennem stuen og soveværelset for at vasken hænder.
Dyner og specielt puder er i særdeles ringe kvalitet. Værelset var slidt og beskidt. Man skal selv lægge sengetøj på og gøre rente efter sig. Morgen maden var ikke pengene værd - simpelt med meget lille udvalg.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit au sein de cet établissement. Tout s'est bien passé. Le parking très pratique, la réception facile d'accès ainsi que l'accès au chambre. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. L'endroit est très calme. La chambre très spacieuse pour nous 4 et très propre. La seule chose à redire est sur les oreillers que nous avons tous jugé un peu trop ferme, mais c'est tout. Nous n'avons pas teste la piscine qui est ouverte à cette saison. Elle paraissait en tout cas très propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, et bien servis. Le personnel est agréable. Il s'agit d'une bonne adresse à retenir!

Séjour très convenable. La piscine couverte est un atout indéniable. Les parties communes des étages mériteraient d'être rafraîchies mais il est vrai que nous sommes en période COVID donc difficile pour ce secteur. A noter d'ailleurs que les consignes sanitaires sont bien respectées, le geek hydroalcoolique disponible... Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Attention ce n’est pas un hôtel, le linge de lit et de toilette était fourni car séjour de 2 nuits mais lits non faits à l’arrivée. Piscine très agréable. Petit dej disponible et payant en sus mais non testé. Centre de vacances et non hôtel, à 15/20 min à pied de la vieille ville. Bar restaurant à proximité immédiate si besoin…

La résidence est très propre. Nous avons eu un studio pour deux jours qui a été parfait. La chambre est grande et la salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire.
De grands placards permettent de ranger nos bagages facilement.
La localisation de l'hôtel permet d'accéder rapidement au centre ville (un petit 15min de la gare et a 20-25 min du centre ville).

Vi hade nog fel föreställning om stället som primärt bedrev långtidsuthyrning av semesterbostäder & inte hotellverksamhet. Läget är ok. Kortare promenad till gamla stan och bra livsmedelsbutiker en liten bilresa bort. Stor gratisparkering. Rummen var stora (bra), kokvrån ok även om köksutrustningen var av skiftande kvalitet. Diskmaskinen hade tyvärr gått sönder så vi fick diska för hand. Städningen efter tidigare gäster var inte bra. Golven var inte fräscha.
