I appreciate the hotel’s drive to be more eco-friendly but didn’t warm too well to the room light going on automatically when visiting the bathroom during the night. Likewise the frosted window between the bathroom and the bedroom. Not helpful when one is a light sleeper. Everything else was fine

Chose this hotel for the pool, but all the loungers were taken when we arrived and you have to go into the hotel to get a drink from the bar. Cocktails are a poor impression of the real thing but are reasonably priced. Room was too hot in summer nights and the air conditioning couldn't cope. Needs toilet brushes, and the bleach stains all over the hall carpet replaced. Good parking and friendly staff and a great view over the river.

Loved this hotel. Comfortable room with king size bed and little outdoor seating area. They have a great swimming pool and a big indoor hot tub we really enjoyed! There is also a wonderful bar area with outdoor seating overlooking the pretty river with boats parked or going by. So picturesque!

Stroll down the river a block or two and you come to the street going up onto the charming town. The street is cobblestoned and VERY steep but a free shuttle bus makes rounds periodically.

There are so many restaurants around and a bakery. More up into town.

The hotel breakfast has a big selection but you do everything yourself and it takes forever to figure it all out. At 18 euro I would skip it.

Parking was free at the hotel and there was plenty of it. The hotel is tucked away but is well signed so we had no problems finding it. The entry is on the side away from the parking lot. Can’t go in the back door.

Overall it is an excellent hotel in a beautiful location. We would certainly stay there again if we were lucky enough to return and met many people who came often.

Clearly a relatively new hotel, the room was very spacious, especially the bathroom which was one of the best I've seen in hotels in my price range.

Pool was good too, very welcome as I arrived on a hot day.

Bike storage was also provided with no issues, Secure but is outside.

Breakfast was the usual continental buffet and very good.

Only issue was the room window had just a net curtain which made it feel a bit exposed when in the room with lights on at night.

Always a great stay in this hotel. We love the proximity to the port and old town and with an outdoor pool to swim and relax after our cycle from Saint Malo. The only grumble being the unnecessary wait of 19 minutes until the magic 15:00 check in time despite the room being available.

The hotel was in a beautiful location. Shame most of the area’s restaurants were closed over Christmas. We were told that the hotel didn’t have a front desk, but it does and has someone there all the time to help with any questions you may have.

Staff not up to par. When checking in I was asked if I wanted breakfast the next morning. I hesitated and was told it was included. The next day after breakfast I double checked and a different staff member said it wasn't. I would not have taken breakfast because it was 32 Eros for two. Also was never told after asking about how to walk up hill to old city. Found out after the fact on our on. Too late as we drove to town.

Although not disabled we were given a disabled persons room and so maybe had more space than if we had been given a standard room. It could not have been any further from reception which made it very quiet but the outlook from the window was a bit disappointing. The bar area was quite comfortable and although a bit pricey the breakfast was good. The hotel location is right on the river which is very picturesque.

Modern, clean good sized rooms, ours on the ground floor with king-size bed and large ensuite with shower. We like this hotel as it has safe, secure storage for our bicycles and is close to dining options we like to experience on the other side of the Port de Dinan. We enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool and good sized powerful jacuzzi which was a lovely way to relax after a cycle ride from St Malo and a mooch around the old city

Along the water of a beautiful small port

There were 4 of us in two rooms, all of whom loved this hotel. Fantastic location along the water where there were authentic creperies and Breton restaurants all within an easy walk. The restaurant had a large parking lot for convenience. The rooms were cozy with nice bathrooms. For the price category, this hotel was spot on. There is a small street train that will take you up the hill to the charming village of Dinan, or you can walk for exercise. A lovely experience staying at this Mercure.

Very good hotel.Staff friendly and helpful.Room clean and comfortable.We had a meal in the restaurant which was very good.The hotel is well situated in a lovely area,very close to restaraunts and bars in the old port area.Dinan is a short drive away and is well worth a visit .The only thing not 100 percent was the breakfast,nothing wrong with the food but there was a bit of chaos with items running out! Also many of the tables were left uncleared which did not help people finding somewhere to sit.This was the only little thing that we found at all wrong so nothing that can't be fixed.All told a very good experience and we would certainly return and would recommend to others

A short stay in this hotel, an excellent position down by the river with a several good restaurants nearby. The Hotel is fairly new and very comfortable although we found it difficult to regulate the air conditioning which only allowed modification of 3 degrees from the set average! The staff were cordial and pleasant but not overly welcoming. Breakfast was fine but expensive.

The hotel let me leave my car in their secure car park whilst I traveled to Paris on the train for two nights.

This hotel is in a very picturesque port section of Dinan across a small stone bridge on the opposite bank of the river. There is an excellent restaurant right at the bridge where we had a wonderful view and dinner. We used this location as a convenient site from which to visit Mont Saint Michel. This hotel had ample on site parking which is a plus.

Have stayed at this hotel several times a good hotel in convenient location for visiting around the area and also close to Dinan centre although up a steep hill which would not suit those with mobility problems.
Good clean room with coffee making facilities,hairdryer etc.
Building work being undertaken in the old reception area at the time of our visit but this did not any inconvenience.

Perfect Location.

This is a lovely hotel in a superb location overlooking the river and in walking distance of lots of restuarants. The hotel is very clean and neat but we had a problem with our cupboard door and they removed it but never brought it back!! As it was the door with the mirror on it would have been good to have it as we were there for 5 nights.
It was a pleasant surprise to see some English breakfast but unfortunately fatty bacon and tinned sausages are not to my liking, having said that you are able to boil your own eggs and there is a toaster so you can do it all yourself and there is plenty to chose from in the continental section.
The hotel bar is not manned but if you let the receptionist know that you want a drink she will come and serve you as soon as she is able.
This is still a hotel I would recommend as many french hotels fall well below the standards of this Mercure hotel.

This hotel is in a stunning position right by the river in port de Dinan, has outdoor pool and indoor hot tub, the rooms are excellent and staff very nice, has a bar and restaurant,
There are a lot of places nearby to eat & drink, I would definitely recommend it. We would stay again. The only thing I would say is we didn't have a he breakfast as it is very expensive at €15 each!

Second visit to this hotel,which for us is ideally located with excellent free parking.The hotel has a number of facilities, free to guests (gym, sauna )Bar was welcoming and warm and the staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. As we were in such an ideal location we did not use the hotels restaurant but did think 15 euros for breakfast a bit steep. It might have been worth it, we don't know.

Hotel is hard to find (had to ask many people who had trouble explaining how to get there. It is at the bottom port area for Dinan. We had access to bike rentals down the street and could walk uo the steep hill to an adorable town. Hotel was very comfortable-modern, reasonably priced with a good large bed. Nice towels. Swimming pool and gym. We had a balcony-we thought it would overlook the port but it looked over the pool. Probably unnecessary expense.

A perfect end to a perfect holiday

We were returning from a 3 week camping touring holiday in Brittany.
So you can imagine how much we enjoyed the very pleasant experience.
The setting is amazing. A stroll up an enchanting cobbled street which dates to the 15 century, was a delight.

Ideal situation to start your stay in Dinan,

We were on a cycling holiday and wanted to spend two nights in Dinan to explore the beautiful medieval town, staying down by the river meant we did not have to attempt the climb up the cobbles with two bikes and heavy panniers, might add I know Dinan and also knew the climb. The hotel is ideally situated to explore both high and low town.

Enjoyed our stay very much - we will return. Helpful staff - would have like information pack in our room, but nice overnight stay. Will book for a longer stay next time. A little more Information in the room would be very helpful as sometimes difficult to remember all you are told at the check in. The little folders in other hotels would be useful - went back to the desk for wi fi log in and entry to the pool. The wi fi code was on a little card in the room which we had missed but information all in one place great. We also hadn't worked out the air con on the wall. However, great location helpful staff didn't want to leave and return home.

Very nice hotel near the river

The hotel was very nice, although felt a little sterile. Was overpriced at what you get, especially since breakfast was not included. Found a few hairs in bathroom and had no soaps or separate shampoo/conditioner. Towels were very thin and had been used/washed many many times. In my mind I think of hotel towels as big and fluffy. Was a nice room, but felt more like a posher version of F1 than a 4 star hotel.

Lovely location on the edge of a beautiful town

Dinan is a lovely town to spend a day and the Jerzual is nicely located in a quiet and pretty position on the old quay. It's a bracing uphill walk to the town - but not too far - and there are a couple of nice restaurants on the quayside if you can't face the walk. Parking is easy and free. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable, but the restaurant is nothing special. Go out for dinner to enjoy a more romantic evening. The pool is small but good, and I doubt that there are many hotels in the town with a pool. So if it's summer, this is a good choice. On a summer evening, sitting on the quayside, enjoying a drink, is delightful.
The staff were very helpful and attentive, and good English is spoken.
All in all, we enjoyed our brief stay.

Pleasant greeting from staff and room very clean.
Our criticisms - irritating light sensor in doorway ( constantly turning light on/off when we moved in room), no mirror in bedroom, very limited clothes storage, only one (uncomfortable) chair, door onto balcony seemed to open the wrong way for easy access, no shelf for soap/shampoo in shower.
Overall the room was too minimalistic rather than practical

Nicht sehr freundlich. Niemand grüßt. Die Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption hocken vertieft vor Ihrem PC. Der Hintereingang, der direkt zum Parkplatz führt, bleibt verschlossen, so dass man jedes Mal komplett um das Hotel herumlaufen muss, um zum PKW zu gelangen. Freundlicher Service geht anders

Très bon séjour ! Une chambre très confortable et propre. Bien situé près du port et non loin du centre historique et des restaurant.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Séjour d’une nuit. Enregistrement long du fait que la chambre n’était pas prête à 15h. Attente pour un changement de chambre. Pas de restauration le soir mais un snaking proposé. Sinon de nombreux restaurants alentour. Literie très confortable. Une très belle chambre à l’étage.

호텔위치랑 청결도는 좋은편이고 호텔방에 냉장고도 없고 ..장애인용 방을 배정해줘서 목욕탕이 일반인이 사용하기는 조금 불편햇다..
배정전에 장애인용 방인데 어떤지 의견을 물엇으면 좋을텐데,, 암튼 방배정으로
