Don’t bother staying here.

Check in lady was very nice and helpful but that’s where it ended. Room had a strange smell to it, someone had urinated in the toilet and left it, there were hairs all over one pillow case, surfaces were dirty and had not been wiped. Something that looked like a piece of pasta in the plug hole, and someone’s empty shower gel tube in the shower.
Good things were clean towels and decent loo paper. Won’t be staying again.

Price was good, but room was extremely small. It was a very hot day, and air conditioner was not working at all, although the room was equipped with A/C). It is a motel style with outside gallery, so when the window is open, it is too noisy to sleep, and you do not feel safe.

I spent two nights in two different rooms at different times. First time I asked for a ground floor and was told fine but was given a room upstairs, the toilet smelt badly of stale urine. Second night was on the ground floor and bathroom was clean, however somebody came in to my room whilst I was taking a shower, when she realised somebody was in the room she left, no apology, and afterwards felt a little uneasy. Friendly people and reasonable for the price. I would stay again .

This is a budget hotel so rooms smallish and unglamourous. En suite bathroom was fine and shower better than many provided in more expensive hotels.
Beware bumping your head on the bunk above the double bed. Room had all the necessary if you just want a cheap overnightroom on your way from/to the St Malo ferry. Only one overworked member of staff, very pleasant. We passed up breakfast, looked fine but serving area so small that only one person could be self serving at a time. And we had an early ferry to catch. Best things - you could get a tea or coffee for one euro, and plenty of places round about to eat at, hotel is situated in the middle of a massive retail park :)

Midweek stay, Not too noisy, considering lots of workers and vans stopping. Reception was clean, breakfast sufficient, they kept it stocked. Our room was not the best. Poor lighting, the shower was broken so we had to tie up the shower head to keep it in place. Very, very small en-suite with a shower curtain that kept wrapping round your body. Beds firm, pillows were lumpy and the pillow cases had small black marks on them (fortunately I always take my own pillow case with me as a fresh cover). Staff were very nice. Ok as a quick overnighter, would look elsewhere for more than one night.

Rooms are extremely small with \"bolt on\" bathrooms, although the shower worked well. I was also disappointed having to return to the road at 8:30am, before McDonald's opened at 10am across the street. 10am is far too late to accommodate the travellers and hotels in the area.

This is the cheapest en suite , pet friendly hotel I could find near St Malo port . 24hr réception , lovely lady checked me in . What’s not to like ? It’s clean and convenient.
I paid in advance -having had rooms ( not here) cancelled because apparently problem with card , arrived late to full hotels - so now I always pay in advance - just to be certain .
I’ll definitely come here again if I’m taking the same ferry .

All was well until I reached my room. The next 2 rooms clients were leaving rubbish outside on the walkway. Milk bottles etc. Smoking , so could smell cigarettes every time they opened the window. Much noise came from their rooms until 3am. Couldnt sleep. Felt unsafe. Then at 6 30am there was a power cut. Left early to go to ferryport to wash and get a drink. I would hope for a refund, and will NOT be staying there again
The receptionist must have known the rooms had workmen in them, so why did she put me next door to them??? She could have put me , a solo 70 year old in a better room.

No frills, you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for I suppose. They were the cheapest 1 night stay at €40 including tax, however - the room smelt of damp and there were traces of mould up the walls by the front door. Beds were adequate. The small shower room was ok except that the shower head just hung down and didn't have a locating peg to hold it up. The shower controls were pretty bad and I couldn't get a consistent stream of warm water to shower with.

Lovely value-for-money budget hotel with clean rooms. Situated within a few miles of interesting places like St Malo, Dinan, Dinard and Combourg. The nearby village has a great bread and cake shop. Mmmm.

On our arrival, about 4.00 p.m., we were a little taken aback to realise that the beds had not been made up. However, the staff came immediately and dealt with this, while we had a drink of fruit juice in the TV area.

Tv didnt work, but the nice assistant fixed that. The assistant in the morning didnt know which way to go to get to the motorway, I think that sort of info should be known. No easy chair, just a sit up chair, uncomfortable. Nowhere to walk in eve. Breakfast was a total rip off, Never will I pay €7 for a slice of baguette, a slice of cake, horrid cheap breakfast cereal, and cheap yoghourt again. Bed comfy, very clean. Evening assistant was super. No tea and coffee in room.

Very good overnight stop. Cheap practical stay which suited our purpose very well. The accommodation is basic, but it was clean and comfortable. We have used Premiere Classe hotels many times and this was a good example of them. Good value for money.

This hotel was a good choice for our family, as we were just passing through. My husband thought it was perfect because it was simple and bare-bones (he thinks it's ridiculous to pay a lot just for a place to sleep for a night). It was in a good location and the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Not advice for holiday just for one night passing through due to low price.Internet very slow (15mn to load google map) I gave up - room is clean but bathroom door broken. Mention to arrive b4 9pm as all the hotel in St Malo couldn't due to boat so send an e-mail- they didn't get it! the check in computer didn't recognised my booking number - them it recognised my name but refuse my card to pay €0.60 which can't be paid with the booking - had to find someone to get a room. It was 10pm an another 4 people were getting room at the same time. Was told by the person that they specified not to arrive after 9pm. Hotel clean.

Very handy for the ferry port.

I like the easy access to your room from the car park. I didn't actually meet any staff as I used the automatic check-in. The room was very short of floor-space, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The directions were not quite right, though. If you enter the \"ramp\" towards Rennes, there is no gate into the hotel! You need to take the exit before that, at the roundabout, then 3rd exit at the next one, which leads to all the hotel entrances. We had to go to the next exit off the motorway and back to the village. Handy to have places to eat nearby. MacDonalds is open all the time, I think.

Our family rented 4 rooms. We have stayed at this chain of hotels a few times during our week week vacation. We checked into the hotel June 5, 2014 at night. All 4 rooms were disgustingly filthy! Hair in sinks, showers and toilets. Stained pillow cases and sheets. The females refused to stay at this chain of hotels again. In general this hotel chain offers Spartan type rooms that are the cheapest in Europe. There are no frills here. We stopped, we slept, and then we left. It would be better to sleep in your car than this place!

Location was ok but NOT well signposted, tucked away behind a B&B Hotel. Place was locked on arrival so no facilities or staff to question. Room had seen better days, was not particularly clean and the shower \"cubicle\" had seen better days. TV had no English speaking channels, so not too good \"entertainment\".Would not stay again, you get what you pay for.

Beware if you have more than one dog !

We arrived at the hotel after 10 hours of driving after a weekend of competition to find that the manager was only going to allow one dog into the room and we have five dogs. There is no indication on the web site that there is a limit on the amount of dogs, it just states pets are accepted. I do not like leaving my dogs in the van overnight, so thankfully we managed to book into the Hotel B & B next door for the night and stayed there instead

The hotel was very close to st malo centre about 10/15 minutes by car and right next door to a mcdonal ds which my toddler loved. There is also a supermarket 15 minute walk away useful for water,juice etc. But I have to say that's about it. The room was not small but tiny the bathroom was so old and dated and you felt like the bed covers hadn't been washed. Desperate to get outta there and was only there for one night.

Perfect for the ferries.

An ideal hotel for either a late arrival or early start for the ferry, conveniently located just 10 mins from the port just off the main Rennes road. If arriving late though (after 10pm) contact the manager to ensure that you can access your room, the manager was very helpful. Breakfast is an extra but very worthwhile at on 4.80 euros pp. The room is nothing special but it is clean and has everything you need for an overnight stay.

Hotel is a Basic Hotel, very clean close to St Malo it is priced correctly. That is clean, double bed, basic room and good locks on door. Security parking gates lock after 22:00 but can get code for gate to come in later. Restaurants with in walking distance and village close by. People of the village very help full and went out of their way to help us.
Only problem was Hotels .com did not tell us check in time is after 17:00. Automatic check in did not work but that is being fixed. People only on desk in morning or after 17:00.
