The receptionist was very friendly. Everything is somewhat ok, the location is clean, the location is not exactly extraordinary. Nothing special. There is nothing around for dining. There is a shopping center about 20-30 minutes away and a restaurant 10 minutes further.

I like this hotel - it is practical for me, well located for my needs. The furnitures are pretty plain but the room is spacious and I sleep well there. All basic amenities are provided and the hotel staff is always very helpful. The bathroom are likewise spacious though would need regular fixing - the hose was leaking a little this time and the water can spill out of the shower area some.
Overall good stay at an affordable price.

It is not at all suitable for family stay. We did not even get the beds that we paid for :-( The room size was smaller than mentioned and it was very sparse - very small cupboard. No air conditioning despite claiming individual climate control. Bath was very poor and supplies were not good.

This was the worst stay. No one cleaned the rooms. The bathrooms are filthy. Pets are allowed the carpets are stains yellow. The was dirt on the floor prior to our check in. This was no value for money and far out.

If a hotel wants to allow dogs it should contain them to specific floor with unique identification bedding do as not to inconvenience other guests that may have allergies and religious objections. We were3 people with terrible allergies and we had to stay out or sit in the lobby during our free time as the rooms triggered all our allergies.

Your cleaning do not remove cups from the rooms. They resume them bare fingers without detergent up the bathroom tap. How inappropriate. Move to disposable cups it’s more hygienic.

It seems newly built.
There is also a Lidl and a big Tesco about 4 minute's walk away for any items you may need.
You'll need to get the M3 Metro line into the city centre though as it's ~4 miles/6kms.

The Hotel was clean and generally efficient. Breakfast was quite acceptable, front desk staff pleasant and tried to be helpful. Large room for Europe, twin beds pushed together if you don't mind that. Not sure if all the rooms have twin beds or if some offer one queen bed. The location is a bit remote from the city center and it was somewhat difficult to get taxis. Fine for business but I would not recommend it for a personal stay as the taxi fares will add up and it is inconvenient to go back to your hotel in the middle of the day. Overall I would recommend the hotel as a clean, moderately priced hotel with commensurate amenities.

Easy check in & parking. Big room for Europe with great shower. Only negative was that housekeeping left the window open and there were bugs all over the first night. Good location if you have a rental car as getting in and out of tourist areas is easy, nice grocery store a block from the hotel.

Somewhat disappointing for a Radisson

The beds were extremely tough. We asked for a softer bed or a soft mattress on top of the existing one but the staff did not help us on this issue.
In addition, the personnel was reluctant to do their job (replenish the breakfast). It seemed they were tired of their job. The only bright exception was a young girl in the reception, called Michael (I am not sure I am spelling it correctly). She was very willing to help us with everything but unfortunately she was not there for the whole day.

It took me an hour to walk to the hotel from the city centre. No problem since I just had one bag. Its also close to a subway station for those with more luggage.

The room was great. A step up from an Ibis where I usually stay.

Great value hotel but limited local choices.

I stayed here for 4 nights while on company business locally.
The hotel is modern and kept clean and tidy.
The location was perfect for me as it was only a 5 minute walk from the office, however, it is quite a distance from the city centre and all the main tourist attractions.
The hotel didn't seem to have many guests while I was staying there and not many using the bar or restaurant. Therefore, I didn't use these but restaurant choices locally are also limited and are mainly fast food outlets in the nearby Tesco.
The hotel was fantastic value and I would use it again if working locally but I also know what to expect.

of poor: one large bed asked - given two separate, but this is understandable as they were New Year holidays. Rooms are well cleaned first 2 days, 3 days for the rest decided not clean and changes only towels. Bathroom water flows from under shower. And the thing that struck most of all - at the reception did not have a corkscrew.

no minibar in the room. in the bath there is only two liquid soap dispensers fitted on the wall, one to wash hands and other on the bath. no lotion or other cleaning dispensable items. the towels were small and hard. probably their lifespan is over since long time.

the worst of all, in the first night the room temp was no more than 20c even if the system was set to 30c.
when i complained to the reception i was told that i was the forth person complaining that night.
fortunately the next day was working fine. it seems the owner has decided to open the central unit to its full .
the bar closes at midnight, the latest.

For long weekend Budapest visit rate 2, but clean.

If you arrive on your own, by car: hard to find parking, hard to find reception, can be tough to check in even after 3.pm. If you are over this, and don't mind that basically the hotel is far-far away from anyting spectacular or even locally interesting on a Budapest capital-scale, then it worth to stay. For big international cruise groups, sport teams, business visitors with unlimited taxi access, this hotel can be a good choice. If you travel with your beloved one for a long-weekend to Budapest, then forget it!

I stayed there on 31th of december. As you know it means a lot.

so i wanted to have a room with double bed.

I thought it should be with double bed cuz i asked for it in advance.

But it was twin bed. On top of it the heater was not working properly.

I complained about that problem, but the receptionist said it will take some time to be heated.

But it was not so i got cold. If you ask me whether stay at this hotel or not, i would say no.

Overall it is good for a short stay.

Location wise, I think it is quite convenient since it is near to Tesco. You can easy find money changer, restaurant, and kiosk within 5 mins walk. Hotel is clean and quiet. However, I think the service is a bit on the low side compared to what we have paid for. I called the front desk to ask them whether they have toothpaste, and the CSR said he will call me back. But I waited for more than 30 mins and there is no return call any.

The hotel is fine, but the distance from metro station is a pretty long one, becoming tiring with luggage. In addition, there are surcharges for every room service order placed from your room, which is a dampener. The look and feel is good, and rooms are clean. Recommended but only for budget stay. If one can afford, a hotel in city centre would be much more preferable.

Wonderful expirience!

We stayed at the hotel in October 2013 and had a wonderful time!! It is situated just off Vaci ut and is very peaceful at night. We stayed there with our kids and they were able to get a good night sleep after the long walks. The metro station is a 10 minute walk away and the metro is a good way to get to the inner city. The staff was helpful and available at all times. We didn't take the breakfast, but did have a meal in the restaurant and it was not good. If you planned on having meals there, don't. There are shops and malls near by where you can have a good meal. If you are traveling by car on a weekend, you can park in right in front of the hotel and save on the parking (it is free on weekends). All in all, a great deal!!

One night in Budapest...

Booked this hotel for only one night, so that I would have easier access to the airport. Booking went fine, but hotel informed me upon arrival that while they had my (approved) reservation - they were totally booked. After 20 minutes they were able to find me a room, informing me that it was an \"upgrade.\" It was not... Room was exactly what I had booked (less the requested view), so unsure as to why it was considered an \"upgrade,\" and not immediately available upon my arrival.

Requested a taxi be available at 04:15, and was assured that the hotel would manage this. They did not... I understand they were extremely busy due to the F1 races occurring throughout the weekend - but with a 06:00 flight, this taxi was required. After speaking with hotel staff in the morning, they made a call to the taxi company which arrived at 04:45. Yes, I (just) made my flight...but this is a stress that could have been easily avoided.

Room was sufficient, with the exception that the television was not visible from the bed.

We were in Budapest for the World Touring Cars and this hotel provided the perfect base. There was easy access to the Hungaroring (about 16km away) and also in to the City Centre. The hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were basic, clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the food and with the friendly and helpful staff. We would definately use the hotel again if we were visiting Budapest.

Good hotel. Value for money. The only drawback is the location from Cirty Centre and the airport. However, the hotel is well connected to the city centre by underground Metro Line 3. Trains run every 2 minutes and and the journey time is exactly 10 minutes. All staff members understand English but expressing may be problometic for some staff. Should be expected and nothing to complain about. No waste paper baskets in room which the management must look into urgently.

Friendly staff, nice athmosphere! however the rooms need improvement. i changed rooms twice but without much luck. the first room made some \"screaming\" noises when the water started flowing trough the pipes. that made it a bit hard to sleep.
the second room smelled funky when i entered, and started smelling worse later on. the 3rd room had basically the same (smell and noises) i suspect its an issue with the sewage.

the rest of the hotel was perfectly fine, so if these issues get resolved i would decently return here.

Mejorada mi experiencia respecto a la vez anterior, donde el estado de ciertas cosas como la cortina o la moqueta era bastante malo con agujeros y manchas.
Esta vez esto estaba corregido, cama cómoda, habitación amplia y todo limpio.la ubicación es lejana del centro.

Pero hay tres cosas a mejorar:
-las puertas de las habitaciones cierran con mucha fuerza y hacen un ruido terrible, te despertarás varias veces con estos golpes de las puertas de los vecinos.
- Las maquinas del gimnasio están casi todas rotas. La cinta de correr está coja por ejemplo.
-los precios del restaurante no son acordes a los precios de Hungría, son bastante caros y la comida no es buena.

Es difícil de definir, un hotel bastante moderno con unas instalaciones que están bastante bien. Pero el hotel está tremendamente descuidado. La moqueta con manchas, la cortina echa un poema con cientos de agujeros que dejan pasar la luz.
Uno de los días no limpiaron la habitación, cosa que ya leí en otros comentarios....
Por lo demás el hotel es. Cómodo, aunque alejo de la zona céntrica.

The team was only partly helpful. When we asked for tips where to celebrate NYE they only told us “in the city”. In addition we had a electricity failure in our room that could not be fixed because no personal was present. The receptionist offered us to change the room if we wanted it - no excuses and compensations. So we had to collect our things in the dark and move to another room during our preparations for NYE.

Additionally the room was quite worn off and the cleaning wasn’t efficient enough. There was hair underneath the sink in the bathroom when we moved in and it was still there after the room had been “cleaned” after our first night. On top the pole for the shower curtain (something from IKEA) was already bent.

All in all really disappointing for a hotel and especially one of this category. Regret having stayed there.

Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Bildern sehr schön und Sauber am 1. Tag. Jedoch wollte ich das dass Bett am 2. Tag frisch bezogen wird habe dementsprechend auch die Karte auf das Kopfkissen gelegt, es wurde nicht beachtet und einfach nur gebettet. Am nächsten Tag rufe ich um 9.50 Uhr bei der Reception an und möchte Frühstück bestellen, dies wurde von der Empfangsdame abgelehnt weil es nur bis 10.00 Uhr möglich sei, jedoch hätte ich noch 10 min gehabt und hätte es ja Bezahlt. Dies hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden das war Super, Lage ist auch nahe am Zentrum mit dem Auto.

Stora fräscha rum i bra skick. Området var dock lite off och omgivningen tråkig men man åker till centrala Budapest med taxi för runt 100 kr.
Personalen var bra och service minded, städningen helt ok.
Även om sängarna var lite väl hårda och trots läget, är helhetsbetyget ändå helt ok.

Perushotellihuone kohtalaisella sijainnilla.

Ihan hyvä perushotelli. Huoneissa jääkaappi, tallelokero, tv, omalla mielivärillä valittavissa oleva yövalaistua ja vedenkeitin. Siivous toimii. Ei täysin äänetön kadun äänistä ja talon tekniikasta. Ja me olimme ylimmässä kolmannessa kerroksessa. Aamupalaa emme kokeilleet 12 € hinnan takia.
