Good but Not for everyone!

The hotel is clean and staff is super friendly. But there is zero ventilation. With 4 people in a small room and no air or vent in the bathroom and no window to open, it was super stuffy especially at night. It’s a high tech system that relies on air filters. But it does not work.
It’s a shame. Because other than that it was a nice place

I cannot believe the way the manager acted when they gave me a room next to the reception desk and then tried to tell me im the only person in 6 years to complain about the noise. There are stairs next to it and it was soo loud the next morning after the concert that I had to switch hotels. The manager kept trying to defend the noise. It was strange. I don't care if it was 7am or when it woke up again at 9am, there is no reason to have guest that close to the reception desk! Just look at the picture I posted!

At reception we were handed a set of keys with 4 keys and an access code and it was up to us to figure out how to use them. We received no response from staff when we asked. It was a cumbersome and complicated system.

The studio apartment room was nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and we got a free bottle of wine which was nice. The breakfast was great better than I expected. The check in process was very long and annoying. It took a long time because we had to manual input everyone name and info even though they had scanned all of our passport. They need to come up with a smoother check in process.
They still using old style keys instead of key cards which was inconvenient. The door in my parents room got stuck and required staff to assist to open the door.

Be careful with your belongings here. My father left his brand new suit in the room and they claimed that they didn’t see it. Clearly it was stolen by by someone working for the hotel. I don’t why anyone would steal a suit.

Overall smart hotel was accommodating for our needs as it was very close to our friends place but the missing suit left a very negative feeling for us about this place.

We had 2 bedroom apartment with panoramic view and honestly it was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms in which we've been in. Piece of art - we didnt want to leave. Highly recommend to book here. The receptionists were very helpful and extremely nice and Sofia from Housekeeping did a wonderful job.

Great service for our unexpected stay

Unfortunately we had to book somewhere last minute as our friend broke her leg. The hotel staff were super understanding and helped us find a suitable accessible room. The TV in our first room was massive. Both rooms we stayed in were comfortable and modern.

The hotel is within walking distance of the metro on line 1.There is also a Lidl 2minute walk away. The area is very quiet in the evening.
I found all the staff from the receptionist to the lady in the breakfast room very welcoming and friendly. I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade to the duplex apartment. Very clean and spacious. I would recommend.

The reason the hotel got 4 stars from me is because of the way the superior rooms are advertised. They only have 3 bedrooms with sofas and the balcony with a good view. The rest are called superior but don’t have sofas to sit on.l and are small. Please don’t be mislead by the first picture on the website.

The other issue I had was the rooms have set temperatures so one cannot reduce the temperature of their room and the rooms can get very hot. No option to open the windows either.

I could constantly hear the washing machine running from my bedroom too.

On a positive note, the hotel is very clean and the stafff are very helpful.

We had a great experience traveling with kids and staying in the Panoramic Apartment. The apartment is located in a separate building from the hotel, but once we figured out how to gain access it was fine just more of a challenge since we were arriving after the hours of the reception (which are 07:00-21:00.) The apartment was spacious and nice, but our favorite features were the daily buffet breakfast (7:00-10:30 weekdays, 7:00-11:00 on weekends), the park right outside the frontdoor of the hotel, the walkability to the metro and to two grocery stores.

Nice modern and clean hotel but beware of paying extra for a “superior room” as the only benefit is you get a bigger window not a bigger room! Also, as reception closes at 9pm other guests can get away with making a lot of noise in the early hours after a night out and wake you up.

Good clean property in a very convenient central location, next to trolley bus and metro. Property had blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well presented. Staff was knowledgable, curteous and helpful. There was some minor construction next door during the day but the noise was not excessive and tolerable.

Smart hotel is at a great location close to every where, the max travel time was 25 minutes from the hotel and that was crossing the bridge other than that everything is close. We loved staying at this hotel great customer service good rooms. Especially Stella at the reception was so helpful throughout our holiday she even offered us a room for a few hours while we were waiting for our flight time to get closer. The Smart Hotel was outstanding for its contemporary image with our room having touch pad for all the lighting, TV and Fob access. As well as Touch pad for making requests for practically everything. new 4 star hotel that opened in May. Its unique selling point is that it’s “smart” so everything is done digitally ie you don’t have a room key but a fob to open your hotel room door, there’s a tablet on the wall to turn off/on lights, change the room temperature, ask room service for extra’s etc.
The standard room we had was fine, very comfortable double bed. Standard tea/coffee, minibar & toiletries in room.
There were a few things that being a new hotel they could change in the room to make it feel like the 4* it professes to be ie mini bar is extremely limited & considering the hotel is in partnership with a winery there wasn’t a selection of small bottles to try. Tea & coffee Facilities- don’t have milk (you need to ask reception for that - would be nice to either leave a note explaining that or have reception tell you when checking in) plus the only coffee on offer was a strawberry flavoured Nescafé 3-in-1 sachet (?).
Limited bathroom toiletries, not enough for 2 people plus it has a great waterfall shower but no shower caps offered for those who would want it. Again, little things but it’s stuff like this that makes the difference between a 3 or 4.
Buffet breakfast is lovely & fresh, continually replenished. 1 member of staff is always present. Again the only thing I would suggest is having the chef offer choices of eggs rather than the scrambled on offer.
Overall a great small hotel with a huge potential to be even better. staff were friendly & helpful.

Only issues for us was the connecting door to our room wasnt exactly sound proof!! We could hear everything from the connecting room and the gap under the door didn't help at all! Not being able to lower the temperature to under 18 degrees also wasn't always great!! The lovely welcoming receptionist is an asset to you! (Sorry i cant remember her name) overall it was great though!

Smart and the Best

This hotel rates great in all regular fronts. In addition it is a great experience to stay in an environmentally responsible and high tech space. But what stands very high in this hotel is staff of the hotel. We have traveled a lot in many parts of the world (Asia, many parts of Europe...including many parts of Hungary... North America and Middle East) and have stayed in so many kinds of hotels. In our experience staff of this hotel, from the gentleman in breakfast area, three front desk ladies we met, two managers we talked to in addition to the cleaning guy are indeed very caring, very helpful and very very nice. They go out if their way to make your stay comfortable and great. They all treated us, individually, as if we were their guest in their own home. We have never had such a great experience.

This brand new hotel had a wonderful staff that were more than happy to help us with anything we needed. Unfortunately, because the hotel is so new, there were some teething issues with new fittings not working as expected and the bar closing hours earlier than it should have. Having said this, the staff were more than happy to rectify these issues.
The hotel is linked with a winery so if you like wine, this hotel is for you.
They also have a wellness suite but we didn't venture in to see what this was like.

Overall, this hotel could be great given some time for the team to get used to the daily running of the hotel.

Non ho alloggiato nell' hotel ma in uno dei loro appartamenti situato a pochi metri dall’hotel quindi non posso giudicare le camere ma solo l’appartamento che tutto sommato è carino ma non per 4 stelle max 2/3.
Ancora con le chiavi per aprire nel 2025 mi sembra un po’ retrò la pulizia lascia a desiderare trovato peli e capelli ovunque la doccia che allaga l’intero bagno protetta con una tendina non ti accompagnano per i bagagli devi trovare tu l’edificio
Punto a favore comodo al centro e ai trasporti per il resto tanti punti di domanda
Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio

La decoration de l’hôtel et de la chambre n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et de nos goûts. Sinon accueil parfait, hôtel super propre, plutôt bien placé. La chambre étant carrelée au sol, ma femme n’as pas eu hyper chaud. Nous recommandons malgré cela cet hôtel.

Had a good stay in a large apartment, the entrance and elevator ride there did not do it justice. But the apartment itself was really good. Not very clean sadly. A lot of dust under cabinets and on surfaces. Strange smell from the small toilet, big toilet was fine.
