Номер на первом этаже с выходом в садик. Номер просторный с двумя комнатами, большой ванной и удобной двухспальной кроватью. Чистота в номере поддерживалась постоянно, включая смену белья и полотенец. Номер был оборудован индукционной плитой, стиральной машиной, посудомоечной машиной, духовым шкафом с функцией турбо гриля и микроволновки, холодильником. Всё новое и чистое. Набор посуды: две кастрюли, сковорода, столовые приборы, тарелки, миски, чашки, стаканы. Месторасположение отличное. Рядом остановка автобуса, трамвая, метро, троллейбуса. Добраться можно в любое место Будапешта. 20 минут пешком до автобуса 100Е, который идёт в аэропорт или подъехать на автобусе 105 или 210В пять минут. Нам отель очень понравился. Рекомендуем всем кто любит удобство, уют и комфорт.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the start, the issues I encountered were handled poorly, and the situation only became more frustrating. Paid for a room with a bathtub which they didn’t honor. Opposite room with babies screaming and throwing objects from 5am. They couldn’t relocate me to another room. I literally paid to endure sleep deprivation. In my personal experience, the hotel director, did not manage the problem in a way that felt helpful or reassuring. Instead of working toward a real solution, I was offered a refund for two nights and encouraged to move to another hotel, which left me feeling like the goal was simply to remove the issue rather than address it.

Being forced to relocate in the middle of my stay was stressful and completely unacceptable. This experience left a very negative impression, and based on what I went through, I will not be returning to this hotel.

Never again.

The hotel was very close to a metro stop and near many of the main attractions. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was good, hot and cold continental and you also had access to hot drinks 24/7. There was a courtyard with seating which I am sure would be great in warmer weather ( we went at Christmas)The room was spacious with each bedroom having its own en suite, the beds were comfy and the sound proofing coupled with being off a main road meant it was very quiet. Room could have been a bit better cleaned, hair round the sink, some sort of coffee stains on the bedroom curtains but nothing horrendous.

Stunning property very nice and helpful staff house keepers were exceptional, we had a gorgeous apartment some minor notes would be we had some issues with our showers, the AC isn’t very good at all made it quite hard to relax and sleep and the TV was dated. Overall despite those little issues it is a lovely property in a good location that’s very cost friendly and is visually lovely!

The staff were friendly and very helpful, great room service pizza and a wonderful location within easy walking distance of St Stephen’s one way and Heroes Square the other. Budapest is an amazing city and we had a wonderful week at this hotel!

Like a home from home, with kitchen, dining room and living room area. Our room had wonderful high ceilings and there was plenty of space for the three of us to hang out. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and then three short stops to the main tourist area. There are plenty of good restaurants in the nearby Oktogon neighbourhood.

The rooms are fantastic: clean, well appointed. I wish they gave us more towels, you only get one per person. I also wish the towels were newer, they were not in the best shape. The neighborhood is quite with a few dining options around. Its about a block from the museum of terror and a 20 minute walk to st. Stephen's (which is the tourist center of Pest). The mentro is right outside. Breakfast is not included and will cost you $12, its not the best breakfast so we only tried it once. Next time would stay a just a bit more central.

What a wonderful hotel! My wife and I stayed here with our daughter over the holidays and it was a magnificent stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, yet it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet and safe. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Mamaison Residence Izabella!

Very nice property indeed. Would definitely stay again if ever in Budapest. Only complaint is that we got in early and waited almost an entire day to check in. There was no urgency at all to get us settled in before 3 p.m. As it turned out we did not get into our suite until closer to 5 pm.

Stayed here on a city-break. We were put in one of the newly refurbished rooms and were impressed with the large amount of space and overall standard of the accommodation.
We did not try breakfast or other meal options, but the kitchen in the apartment was sufficient to make our own breakfast using items bought from the supermarket just down the road.
Handily located near to a Metro stop.
Great choice if you are visiting Budapest.

Very nice stay. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Trains are loud and can be heard all day and night, although they became white noise eventually. Light sleepers probably won’t like them. Good location. Wish there were extra pillows and blankets. Great wifi.

Care! Major Renovations during our stay! Noise!!

Internally, apartment was stunning, but experience marred by squads of builders renovating lower 3 floors on Garden wing. Hammering, sawing and drilling started @ 7.22am so no hope of lazy, quiet start to the day! Work expected to finish early April.

Quality of finish and ammenities are however, superb within the apartment. 5**** for that! Exceeded expectations. Izabella's location is excellent, 2 mins from Metro, and only 10 mins into City Centre on variety of buses,trams,metro & trolleybuses running every 2 mins! Hotel breakfast overpriced and Lidl supermarket only 8 mins walk away for freshly baked rolls/ pastries etc.
Budapest again excellent for a 3/4 night stay. Prices modest, food quantities and quality both great all over.
Pity about being roomed in a building site, though. Otherwise, would have given this a full 5 stars throughout. Just check that you are NOT in their Garden wing for the next 4/6 weeks, if you want some lie-in time before site-seeing!!!

I will fully recommend this to friends and family, once the builders are known to have left!!

The hotel relies heavily on staff and business partnerships. The front desk staff is great, especially Anna, who is always busy but is able to pause seamlessly and handle your issues. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. The hotel is lucky to have her. The food relationship is prompt with good food. Not all the food in Budapest is good. So i used this a lot, pizza, pasta, yum.

Lovely celebration of a very special occasion!!

It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we had an amazing time at this hotel. Good location and the room we were given had only just been renovated and would be the bench mark for the rest of the hotel rooms. The room was amazing and absolutely made our celebration even more special! Every amenity you could want and complementary tea and coffee were available to have at any time. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The minute we entered the hotel the receptionist Sandra was so warm and a bubbly host. She gave us tons of information about Belgrade and made us feel extremely welcome. We did not get the balcony room and therefore a horrible interior view, but the room itself was spotless, beds very comfortable and had a large and airy bathroom. TV had many English channels. Breakfast was also adequate and again the young girl serving us was so friendly and warm.. the staff at Argo deserve full marks.

Apartments, so convenient. Good location, near metro, just of Andrassy blvd. Not in the busy center but it is more quiet. Convenience store at the corner, and nice Italian restaurant one block away. Nice and helpful staff. Practical to have washer and dryer in the basement (when one is available!) although it feels scary a bit to go there late at night!. There is also a small washing machine in the apartment itself. I was there only 4 days but if you stay longer it is nice to have a full kitchen and the extra space. Breakfast available on main floor. There are some stairs (a few steps) when you come into the building: not good when you arrive with luggage. To go to the airport, I sed the taxi service they partner with and that was awful. because I was a few minutes late to check out (less than 10 min) he drove like a madman (really) and then tried to charge me more than the set price. I point it out, he said OK but with an attitude. But that is not the hotel I guess.

Six Stars!! Great Experience.

Perfect location; roomy suite, large bathroom, good shower with plenty of hot water, big comfortable bed, 2 nice TVs, attractive furniture, and great amenities -- big laundry, fitness center, large kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washer.

But the best is the friendly helpful staff!! When my car broke down, the splendid night manager, Daniel, spent an HOUR searching for a towing company in a small town 2 hours away from Budapest, which towed and repaired our car on a SUNDAY MORNING, saving us untold grief.

Once we arrived, we found the entire staff to be way-above average!

We spent a few lovely days here in rainy fall weather. Great place to call home while in Budapest.

We had a beautiful apartment and really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately it wasn't long enough being cut short by flight delays. Staff very helpful. About a 10 min walk to Hero square and about 20 - 30 mins mins to the River and historical sights. Located in a quiet area, but with quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby. Also a small supermarket not too far. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Peaceful hotel and space to relax

This small suite hotel is a mix of long stay residents and tourists. A good location withing walking distance of all the major Pest side areas of interest, and on the Metro & close to tram for longer trips. We had a 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette The quiet suite is a good size for two and comfortable (although the bed is very firm and the double bed comes with two single duvets). Staff are friendly and overall the feeling as you walk in after a long day of exploring is one of coming home.

This hotel is a residence where you can stay with family for a nice long week end or more.
The kitchen is well equiped and living room is quite big with TV and CD rom reader.
Bathroom and toilets are very convenient
We have stay with two 2 young childrens 3 and 1 year old , and Residence provide us their beds free of charge.
The check out has been adapted due to rest time in the afternoon, which was really a plus.
Wiif is working perfectly.
You can have breakfast in the ground floor in front of the nice courtyard.You can have fresh water or beer or fruit juice in the lobby.
Fitness center and spas are available.
Parking also is proposed
Ask for garden view on Izabella side as even at night ambulances are very noisy in Hungary.

Boutique hotel in a converted apartment building

Fantastic location: the hotel is steps away from historic Andrassy street and about 20 minutes walk to the main downtown shopping area, Vaci street, and an even shorter walk in the other direction to Heroes' square. Service is excellent, the suit with 2 rooms was spacious, and it was conveninet to have an extra half bath. Room decor is simple and nice, however the kitchen furniture is a bit basic. We loved the washing machine, it would have been even better if they were able to provide some small amount of detergent because in the store one only can buy a huge box of it. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner or lotion unfortunately, but otherwise impeccable stay. We had no problems finding parking over the weekend right in front of the hotel, but we could have been just lucky. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, it seemed more like a basic American breakfast then a Hungarian one. On the other side of the street there is a small grocery store (called ABC) with excellent fresh local bakery items, meats, salamis and the famous Hungarian paprica, tomatoes and fruit that just explode of flavour, that is hard to beat.
The underground hotel parking is very tight and fills up quickly. Overall excellent hotel for families, would definitely stay there again.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Central, 2 minutes walk from Metro line 1 and yet quiet. Once through the front door it feels like being in a secluded place. All major attractions even walkable. But the best is the service. Always friendly and helpful, 24x7. In particular Kata at front desk was great. I would have no hesitation recommending this gem.

Perfect for a Short Stay

Excellent service from all staff. Upon check in, I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen. Super close to the Metro station and an easy walk to the Octagon location where there are several places to enjoy a meal or coffee. Far enough away from all the central sites but close enough to get to them using the Metro. I managed to see everything in 3 days; very comfortable room after all the walking. Worth every penny. Easy 5 stars.

Two minutes away from the metro these apartments are very centrally located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and have adequate space. Only drawback is the lack of housekeeping. They do not provide housekeeping during the stay.

Our Budapest pied a terre

We arrived in the evening and were warmly welcomed back by the smiling girl at the desk. The staff are wonderful, kind, friendly and all welcomed us back with genuine warmth. This makes such a difference and so other hotels, please note.

We always enjoy our visits and will go back again as soon as we can.

It is stylish, without being in anyway flash.

Good size suite

This is a very pleasant apartment hotel. We had a washing machine, dishwasher and big fridge as well as a hob and everything we needed to cook during our stay. The size was great and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

It is close to substation. If you come from airport, you may use the mini-bus system to arrive at this hotel. it is in walking distance to train station (though takes 20 to 30 minutes). But very close to subway station

Great hotel .

We had a wonderful holiday.We really enjoyed the fantastic atmosphere that Budapest has.It was such fun wandering the streets and looking at all the great restaurants offering an amazing selection of foods, terrific variety.Beautiful architecture to feast our eyes on and enjoy the energy and splendor of a great old European city.A huge treat for us living in North America .The coffee shops were both friendly and served amazing coffee.It was delightful to visit them.Budapest is a MUST SEE city.

Excellent hotel

We found this hotel through an Expedia deal, and definitely felt we got very lucky! We had a Classic Suite, which is the smallest sized suite, but it had more than enough room for the two of us, with a separate living area, kitchen and good sized bedroom. We also had views of the very pretty central garden from our balcony. All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are not cleaned every day but that didn't cause any issues, and the bins were emptied daily. We didn't try the breakfast as we made use of the kitchen for our own each morning. The hotel is about two minutes walk from the metro station, and very close to bars and restaurants.

Superb hotel. Very convenient location!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Mamaison!! It is a great Apartment-Hotel. Extremely comfortable. Super fast wifi. Large comfortable suite that easily accommodated three people. Very conveniently situated, next to the Metro and bus stop. Attached car garage though entrance is a but tight, especially if you have a van or a big car. We did not order breakfast and instead walked across the block to the grocery store to get our sumptuous breakfast supplies for less that 10 euros and there is a toaster and enough crockery in the kitchen. The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in our European trip so far. I would highly recommend it!!

PS: Definitely buy the 48hr/72hr Budapest card as it comes in very handy.

Perfect apartment for a family holiday

We found this accommodation for us as a family... Stylish, clean and well equipped will all essentials needed in an apartment. Excellent staff who was always very helpful and served with a smile. Well connected to the city center with public transport or a good walk... We would very comfortably recommend this to anyone and will happily rebok this when we visit Budapest next :)

We got a deal on Expedia so the hotel room was at a special reduced rate, and we didn't know what to expect. No need to worry!

Mamaison Izabella is wonderful, we had a suite in the garden wing, overlooking the central courtyard, which is lovely. There was everything we could have needed! It was quite a surprise just how good the kitchen was! We bought our own tea/coffee/drinks rather than using the minibar/breakfast service.

The Bathroom was very modern and clean, and the bed was really big. The beds/towels aren't changed everyday, unless you specify, however we prefer this style of hotelling, and the bins were changed everyday.

We had a problem with getting the wifi to work in our room, but we just used the foyer when we wanted to check something, and the trip advisor city guides app has everything offline you need to plan a day's sightseeing anyway. The hotel foyer is pretty nice just to sit in to be fair and the hotel staff were very friendly.

It was very easy to get everywhere in town and easy to find!

We Would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

The best restaurant we found was Kiado Kocsma, 5minutes away.
The best bar we found was Szimpla Kert 20minutes walk away approx
LOVED the Szcheny baths in the park 10/15minutes away

Brilliant Hotel

Great hotel, right on the Andrassy Ut . Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - well located for the metro and other attractions. Great little italian restaurant close by (Da Pippo) and coffeshop (ecocafe). Also close to the House of Terror , if you're into the communist era at all.

Unconditional great experience

This interesting hotel is located in the first ring or neighbourhoods outside downtown Budapest, three metro stations from the central square (sth like Vurushmarty give or take a few consonants). Rooms are big, spacious, clean, same for bathroom. Bed was pretty good. I got a little kitchen, which would have been useful if I knew how to cook. The room was a little dark, but that was partly the consequence of the terrible weather I had when visiting (cold and overcast). Staff is friendly and discrete (especially the guy that looks like Stanley Tucci). My first impression was not so good, especially when they told me that I will not have room cleaning during my stay (they only have it for stays of at least 7 days long, mine was only 4 days), but that turned out to be not a problem whatsoever. YOu just need to be careful with towels.

Best Hotel EVER!!!

I have traveled on business for over 30 years and this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and kind, even leaving a chocolate Santa for my grandson on St. Nicholas Day. The laundry for hotel guests was a bonus. There is wonderful artwork everywhere, - not the usual chain hotel kitsch. The location is central to everything. I would highly recommend MaMaison.
