Firstly, the room I booked online had a picture of a bath tub but when I was not given a room with one when I checked in. I had to inform the guest services and was told that not all rooms had a bath tub. I felt cheated as your picture of the room had a bath tub.

Sound proofing of the rooms were ridiculous. I was constantly awoken by sounds of people talking and doors opening and closing. I did not get a good nights rest.

Service from house keeping was great. But overall the other service I felt from the staff was cold and not up to par with what branding this hotel has.

While I was initially a little disappointed by the small and old hotel lobby, I changed my mind once I checked into my room. The view from my room was phenomenal. The bed was very comfortable, with special buckwheat pillows, and I slept very well during my stay. The bathroom also had a useful smart toilet. These two things—along with the friendly and helpful hotel manager, Mr. Li— made my stay at this hotel worthwhile.

Unbeatable view!

The Xiamen suite is spacious and has a direct view of Gulangyu. Location cannot be better! Huge deck (with a tub) where you can chill out. Mini bar is not stocked but you can order drinks via QR code and have your order delivered by a robot straight to your room! For such a nice suite the kitchen can be better equipped -- for example, there is nespresso machine but there is no capsules? No wine bottle openers or wine glasses either. The biggest problem is the bed -- it is sagging and badly needing to be replaced. But overall it is a very pleasant stay. Will be back.

Best in Xiamen

Awesome location. Next to many walkable restaurants, bars, and sites. Staff is great, rooms are really nice with views of the sea and the island. Only downfall is their outside patio. Small and limited service. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever been to and that is saying allot! Best omelet I have ever eaten.

Cool hotel, near the main commercial street.

Nice boutique hotel right in the center of town. Great views of the neighboring island. Rooms are quite large, clean and have great design aspects. Staff is friendly and accommodating, but level of English is not too high.

Great view, nice hotel, and helpful staff!

Beatiful and modern hotel. Our room was huge and came with a view of Gulangyu Island. Our room was so high tech, the curtains opened and closed automatically. The bathroom was big as well. Hotel staff was very helpful. They called us taxis and gave us a late checkout. The front desk staff spoke great English. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food and a gorgeous view of Gulangyu Island. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in excellent location - near all.
it's very clean and comfortable, but lack of bar/hooks in bath room for towels.
all is good except the overly priced bottle water - sold for 20 Chinese yuan in hotel room which is only 1 or 2 Yuan if you but it outside of hotel.

The hotel is good for exploring the old town but you can hear the traffic outside. The air conditioning also makes funny noises. For the price and area u can stay here.

Great but be aware!

This hotel is very convenient to near by eating and walking areas. I will stay again in the future. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a harbor view. Unfortunately, our grown sons were placed in a windowless room that attracted smoke in the room when the electricity was turned off. Be aware of the windowless rooms - be sure to ask for a change. We only stayed one night otherwise I would have definitely asked for a different room for our boys.

Happy stay in Xiamen

This a great hotel. We arrived hot and tired after a long journey and were greeted with smiles and plum juice. Our room had a fantastic view over to GuLanYu and was calm and comfortable. Our only issue with the room was poor soundproofing, I think at the area of the windows. Breakfast was a great buffet and all the staff are friendly and efficient. This is an expensive hotel but you get a lot for your money. We had a great stay.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Xiamen

We loved the hotel but the front desk staff were not very nice to us. We booked through hotel.com and the reservation said we had a king size bed. When we arrived the hotel said we had twin beds. After showing them the reservation they said to me \"well you should really double check with the hotel and not believe the website\". I was not happy. We ended up with a king bed and a beautiful room but the front desk staff left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be staying there again.

Convenient and close to city sights

My family very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the ferry to Gulangyu and the pedestrian shopping street. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I've stayed at many hotels in China and I have to say this was one of the best hotels in terms of cleanliness, comfort and hotel staff helpfulness. You won't go wrong picking this hotel.

The property is rather old and the lobby is small. I questioned when i arrived whether it's a 5-star hotel.

The king bed is made up of two twin. One is higher. I slept on the lower one and the ingredient between the two twin made me hard to fall asleep.

The tap can only provide cold water or very hot water. No way to tune some lukewarm.

The view is okay, but not stunning.

The waiter on 4th floor restaurant is good. But the breakfast is just soso.

Paid RMB 1069 for one night with two breakfast. Not worth it.

餐廳員工服務很好，主動安排座位，主動詢問要否增添咖啡，茶或食物，值得表揚，前台員工一般，訂了海景房，只安排最低層海景房，同層有健身房及兒童遊戲室，有点吵嘈，住宿按金不收現金，早餐種類一般，估計下次到廈門不会再入住此酒店，住过隔鄰酒店同類房間，價格相若，但無論早餐及房間質素均較佳。

整体挺不错的，对面就是鼓浪屿，就是酒店前台态度一般。没在酒店吃早饭，所以不太清楚。不过出酒店门就有一条步行街，各种小店不少，现在还有很多店再装修，估计后面会更加好一些

中山路から近く観光にはすごく便利な立地で且つ窓から見えるコロンス島も最高でした。早めのチェックインも対応してもらったりコロンス島のフェリーチケットの購入もフロントで快く対応していただきました。ホテルの隣にスタバもあるのも嬉しいですね。

위치상으로 최적의 장소였으며, 중산로 이용 등 매우 편리했습니다. 공항에서 한번에 중산로까지 오는 airbus 이용이 가능해 공항 이동을 매우 편리하게 할 수 있었습니다.
공교롭게도 배정받은 방이 bathtub이 없어서 딸아이가 아쉬워 했는데, 있는 방을 보여주면 변경을 원하는지 확인시켜 주는 등 친절한 서비스에 만족했습니다. 조식 부페도 3일동안 다양한 메뉴가 선보여져서 지겹지 않았습니다. 샤먼 여행 계획이 있는 지인한테 적극 추천하겠습니다.

我在入住時加錢換了高層海景房，相當好的房間，房間大小也相當大，只是在細緻位置看得出時間留下的印記。
酒店餐廳價格和外面遊客區比較，雖然貴一倍左右，但品質相當好，我覺得除非想吃當地特色，還是在酒店餐廳比較適合口味。酒店樓下亦有其他餐廳，可以一試。
廈門特色的來來去去也就是沙茶麵、小籠包我有試過，吃過一次就夠了，可以的話，還是酒店餐廳我覺得比較好
