Airport shuttle took about 15 minutes to pick us up from the airport and with the the hotel being last on the route it will take a few minutes to get to the hotel. Still better than a cab or Uber.
Hotel bed wasnt that comfortable and was super creaky. After (or before) a long day of travel, a comfortable bed is the most important thing. Would stay here again

If there is any negative star to give , i wish i could give . There was no soap and body wash and bath area was full of black mold . Felt like never clean. Worst experience. Will never recommend this location . Very poorly maintained. I hate it

The pool was shut down by AHS and since we booked pretty far in advance we didn’t know. Our first room did not lock, you could enter the room without a key. They moved us to a new room quickly. The new room had a broken window with tape on it. When we complained about the pool, staff told us the notice was on their website and Expedia and it wasn’t their fault we didn’t check to make sure closer to our travel date to make sure. Likely will not be staying here again.

There was no breakfast unless you pain, the hot tub and pool were closed by AHS and that was not on any website, there was no hot water for shower, which was good because the shower acutally had black mold. When I spoke with front desk about in on check out they only had excuses and no discounts. Won't be staying there again. Also it is not by anything, it is not in the hotel strip.

Check in was great and room was nice. Unfortunately upon getting in the shower there was no bath towels in our room. Called down to the front desk to ask for towels and was told to come down to the front desk to get them, very poor customer service having to get dressed and leave your room for towels. Shower stall was dirty and I had to clean it myself. Very disappointed

Check in was slow. We wefe told the pool was closed but that they hoped it would open the next day which was dissapponting. The pool bever opened the elevator was broken. The garbage in our room was full from previous guests. The ice machines were broken. The property needs some up keep. With so many better option in this area I will never book here again.

The rooms are rundown. The public area and outside are dirty. The pool was closed when we checked in they made it sound it was just for that day and would reopen in the morning. The letter on the pool door from Alberta Health told a different story.
There were no luggage carts available at anytime. The 1 elevator was down when we checked in, the next day my family and me were stuck in the other elevator.
In Saturday the other hotels with restaurants had 45min to 1 hour wait time. The restaurant at the Hilton appeared to be closed. Not worth the money paid and suggest you book elsewhere.

Check in was late as we had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes at check in as rooms weren’t clean. Then the WiFi wouldn’t work for awhile. During the late evening the front desk clerk tried to barge into our room with a whole family. Good thing I had the latch on as me a my daughter we just falling asleep for an early morning flight. It’s ok for the price except for these hiccups I experienced

Staff was kind and helpful, but the property could use some work. Pool was closed from health Alberta and while there the elevators stopped working so all luggage had to be carried up and down stairs.
The rate was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Floors and carpet were filthy in the halls pool closed by AHS, no hot water at 8pm, mold in shower and both elevators broken down.
Although bed and room were clean, guess you get what you pay for..
Would be a fine hotel is they’d spend some money on Reno’s and potentially had maids cleaning all day

The airport shuttle was the main reason I choose this hotel. I waited for 25 mins and the shuttle bus didn't come. The staff asked me to wait for the next one which is an hour later or called Uber. I had to take Uber unfortunately.

You forgot to schedule my shuttle bus and not even gave an apology. Job well done!

Room was clean, includes a fridge and microwave for convenience Staff were all friendly but one lady who appeared to not like people ha ha. The parking lot has plenty of space. There was not a lot of noise coming from hallways and outside . Laundry room has 3 machines although I did not use them.
The location is a short drive to shopping, airport and casino.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable—common areas and rooms felt neglected and poorly maintained. The pool was especially concerning, with murky, dirty water that made it completely unusable.

To make matters worse, there were no towels available for guests, which is a basic expectation. Our room was not cleaned our entire stay. None of the ice machines on any floor were working during our stay, adding further inconvenience.

It also appeared the hotel was severely understaffed. With a full hotel, there simply weren’t enough staff members available to address issues or assist guests in a timely manner. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Things looked clean on the surface.

But then its a case of not enough staff to keep things up and clean.

Only one elevator working with no notice of the other being out of order.

Hottub not hot or working

The water in hottub was Dingy

Over all propertie was in poor repair.

Only had 1 lightbuld between 4 lamps in are room.

Shower heads in are room and at the pool filthy and clogged.

Almost tripped on areas that the carpet was rolloing up.

Price of breakfast for what you get and time it takes was terrible.

Dining area was dirty because 1 server couldn't keep up.

Over all i wont be returning or recommending at all.

This hotel used to be great, but is now a total dive. It started when we got into our room and we noticed there was mold surrounding our shower which is disgusting.

The restaurant offers very limited options with very basic service. Our waitress told my husband he can get his own coffee from the lobby while we were sitting at the restaurant. I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette and it came out with neither. I asked the waitress about it and she said oh sorry, we dont have any mushrooms and she walked away. The bar has barely any selection of drinks.

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was luke warm and very UNenjoyable.

Only one elevator worked the entire time.

The customer service at the front was also horrible. When checking in, the worker was busy talking to another worker. It felt like we were bothering them by being there to check in.

This used to be a great hotel to stay at, its very run down and dirty with terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend.

While rooms themselves were fine, the rest of the hotel was in various states of disrepair. One elevator was not operating, main entrance was barricaded so had to use small side door with no auto door to assist in bringing in luggage. Business lounge was closed and not available for use. Hallways were in bad shape. Rugs needed replaced, bad paint and damaged walls. Parking lot and walking areas were extremely slippery and rutted from lack of any snow removal for some time. When the danger of walking to the hotel from our car was mentioned, it was pretty much brushed off by staff. We won’t be back.

The room was filthy. I have photos of the black hair all in the bed (sheets weren’t changed), the desecrated chicken wing under the chair and the giant ball of dust uhanging from the ceiling. Dead bugs stuck to the curtains. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is without a doubt the most disgusting one. I reached out to the manager who never got back to me. Almost all of the amenities were out of order, including the business centre the front door and the hot tub. I could not recommend more strongly staying anywhere but this hotel.

Been staying there since it opened and has gone down hill...lack of maintenance. Pool tiles lifting around hot tub, lights burnt out, beds are old, no hot water just warm. The area around the property has 3 feet of grass and never cut. Limited menu in lounge. Certainly not representative of hilton properties.

The entire hotel was without cable TV service over the weekend. The water temperature was barely warm enough to take a shower. The hotel hallways and stair cases are cold. The air temperature in my room was cool. My room thermostat did not work and it was not until the next morning that I found out that every room has different air temperature control some on thermostat and others on the HAVC unit itself.

I checked in and was immediately uncomfortable by the desk agent. As soon as I got to the room, the pungent smell of something rotting hit me. I asked to be switched into another room and they made a big deal out of it. I then asked Expedia for a refund and they said the hotel had to approve if it. I literally didn’t spend an hour in this hotel and they refused to issue a refund. Expedia was NO help. As a solo female traveller, this is unacceptable. I know have boycotted all Hiltons.

We stayed one night in transit and chose this hotel mainly for the pool, but it was closed for maintenance that day. It was disappointing since I had checked the website beforehand. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a small gesture to make up for it, but otherwise our stay was fine.

The check out staff were MIA I waited 15 for a staff to check out, when I checked out they made me wait another 10 minutes so the cleaning staff could inspect our room before they would refund us our security deposit. I was told it was policy, yes this was the the second stay they suddenly started doing this. We were travelling with our young son. I will never return and do business with this hotel ever again, you just lost me as a customer.

The hotel was meh it definitely needs some upgrades. One elevator was out of service and the other one sounded like it was going to die. There was POOR communication between staff at breakfast and we ultimately ended up leaving hungry because of the sheer chaos. Room had mold in the shower and along the seal of the shower door, the bathroom door was dirty, there was coffee spilt in the coffee holder. We were super disappointed in our stay and wont be returning. However the pillows were super comfy.

We didn't have a lot of issues with the hotel or service, although the hotel could use a little love (ice machine not working, one elevator not working, hair dryer in the room didn't work). Our main concern was that the air conditioner was not working and it was 30 degrees in our room. We called the desk and were told that maintenace does not work on the weekends. They tried to see if we could switch rooms but they were completely booked. The next day we talked to the desk again and also learned that they are between maintenance guys and the new guy starts Monday. While we sympathize and were met with kind and apologetic staff we were hoping that more could have been done. We ended up each buying a fan at Walmart so we could try to have a more comfortable sleep. Perhaps having some fans on hand for situations like this might be a good idea, especially since maintenance doesn't weekends.

They were telling everyone that they are waiting for room to be cleaned but when i got my room it was dirtybarthroom and hair on my bed and clung eg bathroom sink ,the wifi didn’t work it

Horrible Hilton.

This place is very run down and in need of a makeover. No hot water. Air conditioning was so noisy that it woke us up all night. Ice machine was broken. Coffee downstairs was horrible and cold. No towels in the pool. Phone in pool broken. Hallway and elevator was filthy. One elevator was broken, the other sounded like it was about to break any minute. Worst Hilton I have ever stayed at, will never stay there again.

Never had any towels in pool room. fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning for a half an hour. breakfast sucks $18 and couldn’t change anything asked for one scoop of scrambled eggs and one sunny side up because it said you were allowed to have two eggs they wouldn’t change it.
