What a surprising airport hotel. I did not expect it. The room was very spacious. Surprisingly big really. The bathroom was rather contemporary and clean. Room was quiet. The shuttle to the airport goes around the clock (or at least when I needed it for a small fee). I won definitely recommend this hotel.

The automated checkin option was weird. We couldn't work it out, luckily there was a person from the hotel that checked us in. The bathroom has dried in liquid stains running down next to the toilet. I thought it was urine, my wife thinks it's condensation.

Thrilled there's a regular shuttle bus to the airport at even horrible hours without need to schedule and for an OK price (though you will feel like cattle that way they pile you in and hot corners at speed, lol).

It was a good stay - easy check-in, clean, comfy room. It had a slight smell. I arrived after midnight and was worried that my room would have been given away. I called maybe ten times earlier in the day, and no one ever answered. But in the end, check-in was no problem, quick, and easy. I took the shuttle bus from the airport. It costs 4 pounds, but they do now accept cards. I had read that the shuttle was cash only, but that is no longer the case.

This is an airport hotel (motel?) so no one expects anything especially nice. My room was spacious and clean, although there was a noticeably strong scent of cigarettes, despite it being a non smoking room. The staff were friendly and happy to provide info re: transport to the airport.

Hotel car park is in part of the Stansted airport service area and cost 19 GBP. For travelers by air, this would not be a problem, but it was an unexpected cost for us traveling by car.
The automated check in was impossible without a code (not sent in my email) or UK post code. We had to call for help after a number of failed attempts

Der stod at man kunne komme til dette hotel til fods. Dette er på ingen måde muligt. Det er heller ikke muligt at komme til det med bus eller tog. Så eneste mulighed er at betale 30 pund for en taxa hver vej. AC larmer så meget at det var helt umuligt at sove , for koldt hvis den var slukket.

Receptionisten bad oss betala trots att vi redan hade gjort det, och bad inte ens om ursäkt för misstaget.

Dessutom förväntar jag mig att ett hotell så nära flygplatsen ska kunna erbjuda frukostlådor (breakfast boxes) för gäster som reser tidigt. Det hade de inte här, så vi fick åka hungriga trots att vi hade betalat för frukost.

I övrigt var rummet okej. Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen och har shuttlebuss varje halvtimme.
