We were very dissatisfied, the bar area was was dirty, I asked for a 125ml of wine but was given far more- dangerous! We had to ask for the table to be wiped, the menu was not suitable as we only wanted a light snack ahead of an early morning start. The room was dominated by a drinks fridge that every so often would make a shel noise and rubble, waking us up frequently. So it was not a relaxing night but a near sleepless one and given the cost it was aw

Not good food for price. Restaurant staff were excellent!
You have to walk across all of the lobby, past the front doors to get to the spa, didn't like that.
Pool only 1.2m deep so not for having fun.

We didn't use facilities, it was just a quick stay over but firstly we booked into a double room when I explicitly asked for a twi. My son and I had to trail all the way to reception to get a twin room . We wanted to relax and watch TV but it would only play for 3 or 4 minutes before going off, in the end we just turned it off and went to sleep .
The bed was fantastic, and the pillows wonderful 😊.
They were the highlights of the stay, so I can't give 5 🌟 but a 3/4 🌟. Disappointed

On the negative side: The public areas are fine but the rooms are battered and out of date. The bathrooms were grimy and in poor condition. Hallway carpets had holes and stains. It was overpriced for the quality and should be a 3 star rating. On the plus side: the staff tried hard and the location is ideal

Good quality hotel, room nice. Staff, not so much. Got the job done but with no warmth, graciousness or attempt to make our stay enjoyable. Perhaps it was because I’m just back from America but I find the standards of UK hospitality are slipping dreadfully. And this was very clear at this hotel.

Nice hotel, easy check in with friendly staff. Hotel room was a bit dated, bathrooms old, with shower over the bath. Bedrooms need updating as feel grubby in places. Bar and restaurant a complete money but, so expensive..

Rooms and public spaces are very well appointed and comfortable
Sadly I always find the bar and bar staff a disappointment- and I stay regularly
It’s nothing they do wrong - but I expect more professional attendance to be honest - the person collecting glasses was slouching around in dirty trainers
The staff seem to lack expertise to give wha to would call the proper experience
I regularly hear complaints also about the bar food and service

Check in was poor, not a friendly welcome, there was no explanation of facilities or even enjoy your stay.
The beds were two singles not a double as I booked.
On checkout I went to hand my keys to the reception and was asked to place in the box, just felt my whole experience was unpersonable

Usually the staff are nice and the rooms are fine. On this occasion my experience was the opposite. When I arrived, the desk clerk was all smiles until he asked if I was having breakfast and then was I using the hotel car parking when I said no to both questions he showed his displeasure and was curt. The room he gave me was a normal with a double bed, but it also had a heavy fold-out single bed which took up over of the remaining free space! I stand on the thing to get to close the curtains and it was pushing up against the desk! I clearly for a ‘Standard Room’ ‘Not a Standard Room - Triple’ When I asked for a change of room I was told there we none available even though the hotel wasn’t particularly busy. I will go to the Hilton next time.

Fantastic location, just a few minute's walk from the terminal.
Check in was slow and my room was very tired. Clean and functional but way past its prime.

Great Location for Stanstead Airport (short walk under a covered walkway to departures & arrivals)
Lovely atmosphere, welcoming staff. Our room was small but perfectly formed, with great mood lighting and a nice clean bathroom with full size bath. We had an internal window overlooking the wine tower and bar area. The room was very well soundproofed and had all the necessary bits & pieces eg: Iron, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, t.v & aircon/heating. Very comfy bed too. Thank you, we will be back.

Would have been 5 stars but the food was terrible & overpriced; we arrived in the evening very hungry & ordered 1 standard burger (£24.50) & 1 chicken burger (£22.50), tomato juice (£3.50) & a beer (£7.25) - for this we were expecting a half-decent meal - food arrived at our table very quickly, obviously not freshly made, dry & luke warm - simply aweful! We skipped breakfast!

On the plus side the staff were great & the room was very nice

Our tip: Take you own food or 5 minute walk into the terminal & get something from M&S!

Toiletry bottles were empty. Ordered room service, waited an hour, it arrived cold, kitchen closed, no one answered phone at the reception so had to go down to tell them it was cold, had to have a refund, they overcharged by £10 and even forgot one of the plates.

Staff were great, room was great location was great . In case i dont get a chance to mention later, the only negative is that i like a bath. This was possible, with a bathtub in my room, but the shampoo etc dispensers are NAILED to the wall at a height of 1.7 metres, which is tough to reach without standing up

Very very disappointed with the restaurant. Only food at the bar was available - the College restaurant was closed. Very very poor vegetarian choices - just a salad or curry. The salad had no protein because they left out the edame beans. Imagine if the only option for meat eaters was a ham salad or shepherds pie! What uproar would there be? Staff were very polite about it and did try to accommodate but couldn’t do anything about the menu.
Won’t be staying at a Radisons again.

Really poor hotel my flight was cancelled and I could not get a flight from stanstead so had to go via Heathrow. Addison would not let me get a refund but did say I could cancel room and get zero money back. So I ended up keeping room and nobody stayed. Total waste will never be using this chain again. Very short term strategy from this chain
