The main building of the property including the rooms and the dining room and bar were kept very clean. The staff members were generally friendly. Special thanks to Garfield for arranging our catamaran tour with Sea Spray Cruises and Vanessa in the dining room for her consistently cheery service. We purchased the all inclusive plan and found the food to be very good. The beach was a short walk away and stores and restaurants were nearby. Nice, locally owned boutique resort.

Staying at this resort was an absolutely delight. The proximity to restaurants and lounges was a huge plus.
All the staff I encountered were absolutely amazing, but I need to give a special shout out to Telcar❤️ She took care of me and my friends as if we were her own. She radiated joy and happiness every time I saw her with her bubbly personality and jokes. Also the male Night Shift receptionist (I apologize for not catching your name) looked out for us whenever we had a late night.
It is because of her and the other amazing staff why I intend to visit St. Lucia and stay at Coco Palm again.

Wonderful resort! It has everything you need. The food at the resort restaurant was really good. It’s close to lots of restaurants & bars. 5 min walk to Reduit Beach. It was perfect for what we wanted.

The pool was lovely, as were the grounds.
The staff, especially the groundskeepers and housekeepers were very friendly and warm.
A nice feature is that the pool is open 24 hours, which I loved.

Minor complaints:
Visitors should be aware that the land along Reduit Beach near the hotel is walled off and under major construction.
You have to walk down a pretty unattractive stretch of road to access the beach.

We asked for a room change to a higher floor when we arrived and were told that the hotel was at capacity, but the room next to us and several others seemed to remain empty during our 4 day visit.

Again, these are minor issues. The place is beautiful.

I must say, WOW! The staff was very courteous and we were given welcome drinks. The room was nice and pool side. My husband is a swimmer, this was super convenient for him. What impressed me most, was how friendly the staff was. Everyone always had a \"genuine smile.\" Usually, hotel restaurants are a little mediocre, this one was really good. The chef knew what he was doing. Breakfast was inclusive in our price and what a breakfast. It was a buffet with a separate line for omelet. What a spread that was. You were left wanting for \"nothing\" at Coco Palm. I would definitely go back there and highly recommend it.

Great breakfast always with a smile. Pool staff up early and very diligent in cleaning the pool and grounds.
Some areas lacked good wifi but that was the provider’s problem we were told.
Drive from airport a bit long if you get stuck in traffic but was worth it when you got there👍

The room was nice and housekeeping was wonderful and pleasant ..Any requests were taken care off straight away..The concierge was amazing and helpful...They lost two stars because of the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast. The food for dinner was mediocre and not fresh in my opinion...My Mahi Mahi was like it had been cooked and reheated and was dry and boring and my wife meal tasteless . The service was so unfriendly and I think the staff did not know they work in hospitality and customer service is very important. Asked one server for lime and she said she would be back but ten minutes later she was till on her phone in other room ...Breakfast same no customer service asked for bananas on Island that grows bananas and she said no. So u lost two stars for that part (Restaurant)

Room smelled like an old people's home, and the mattress was sinking into the bed frame. It was very uncomfortable.

The room was great, neat, clean, cool and had a nice view of the garden area. I loved the pool, bar and restaurant. It was walking distance to most places you would want to go including the beach. And there was ample free parking. I would only caution to make sure your google maps has you going to the right entrance - it took us down a dirt road to the back entry gate, not where we should have been or could have parked. Make sure to drive around to the big, official entry and don't follow google maps.

Staff at Coco Palm are excellent! You get the boutique feeling where staff know your name. Michael and Garfield at front of house were friendly and we got above-and-beyond assistance in booking an excursion. Natasha learned our names day one and always offered a smile and helpful service. Vernessa offered warm friendly service and absolutely went above and beyond on our last day and made us feel so special. I could go on and on and am sorry for missing anyone!

We even witnessed bar and restaurant staff expertly handle a rude and abusive guest.

If you are seeking a smaller, clean, nicely appointed, well-located hotel where you will feel seen and treated with care and respect, then Coco Palm is for you.

We will certainly be back along with other repeat guests.

Coco Palm is a perfect retreat for those who value peace and quiet. The resort lacks live entertainment and planned activities, but it does feature a bar, a restaurant, and a gym. The breakfast is the same each day, but the location of the hotel is excellent. The lobby staff are wonderful, while the waitresses at the restaurant are less personable.

The staff at the Coco Palm could not have done more to make our trip St Lucia a memorable one. Even if this hotel isn’t 5*, the service and hospitality was!

The welcome and check-in was excellent and our room was exactly like the photos on the website. Throughout the stay the room was cleaned daily to an excellent standard.

The hotel is ideal for travellers wanting to stay in Rodney Bay, with lots of good bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk of the hotel.

During our stay we met a fantastic travel rep called ‘The One’ who arranged an excellent trip to the Gros Islet Jump Up and a Catamaran Tour to Soufiere. If you meet him, he is one of the good ones!

The reason for an overall 4* review was the limited choice of foods for breakfast and at busier times, some of these choices were not available.

When staying Bed and Breakfast, the breakfast is a key part of the experience and I would have expected a wider choice and for option to be restocked more frequently.

Coco Palm is a lovely hotel, the all in clusive options was extensive and restaurant style which we enjoyed. We really appreciated the front desk staff who were always helpful and friendly, they even upgraded us and helped us with anything we asked. Food was good, pool was lovely. Parking was easy, we travelled around quite conveniently all trip and the beach was walking distance, as were some local shops, a few restaurants and the bank. Rooms were large and had everything required. A few repairs or slight maintainence in bathroom would have improved the rooms more but nothing that ruined our stay.

The property is old and a very outdated. While the food was amazing, the wait time was terrible. We stayed there for 5 days and not one day were we offered coffee for breakfast. My husband and i had to go find it ourselves. Some of the wait staff was nice. Mya at the bar was super great and very kind. The housekeeper was very great too. The walk to the beach wasnt bad but the beach has construction all around, so i wasn't the most relaxing.
Overall, the hotel was okay.

False porpaganda y no es todo incluido como prometen es solo un enganche, ya qur en la descripcion no ponen las restrinciones de todo incluido y no hay tantas opciones solo un restauran y un solo bar , y una pisina bien chikita , las playas bien lejo y el aero puerto de donde tienen permiso aterrisar las lineas aerias de usa queda a 2 horas en carro al hotel y tecobra 100 y 120 dollares al llevarte ya que el hotel no provee trasportacion las habitasiones no son tan lipias ni las condicionez que enseñan el las fotografia , en mi opinion le quitaria estrellas y no le diera ni una , por falsa propaganda. Overall had a great trip and the resort did a good job with a good number of things. Loved spending time by the pool except on our last day, the resort allowed a group of about 30 small children from a local summer camp to use the pool ALL DAY. I thought this was unacceptable—literally ruined the pool area for those of us spending thousands of dollars to be here on vacation. Also: why was there never music playing?? Idk, seems like such an easy thing to add that would enhance the vibe so much. Food was pretty good, but would’ve liked some more casual options. The AC in the room was good but it would’ve been nice if cool air had been circulating in the lobby area too. Staff were kind and helpful for the most part. The rooms themselves are a little dated—I think with a renovation this place could be incredible.

I book all inclusive but not good as others Caribbean places. not much option or things to eat at the resort. only one restaurant. over and over again i have to eat the same thing. i have to eat same thing for two to three time at lunch and dinner. because I pay for all inclusive. i don't mind to pay 1/2 price but not much option to eat.
the breakfast is not good for me. it's the same thing every day. i can't stand it. I stayed in resort 9 days. I feel good to eat only 3 days but days after I eat only cereal, one banana, coffee. nothing good for me at breakfast.

Its a nice place with almost anything you needed in walking distance. But only stay there is you want to disconnect from the rest of the world the wifi was horrendous. Frequently going in and out in the rooms and balcony even in the bar and restaurant. I go in on Saturday and the pool was cloudy by Sunday night and didnt get cleaned until Wednesday morning. I was in a swim out room. Other than those two thing it would have been great. The food in the resturant was excellent. Without a doubt it is worth getting the all inclusive package if you stay here.

I had a great time at the Coco Palm. They were absolutely so nice. Everyone was helpful! The food was delicious. Although I didn’t get all inclusive I did have lunch and dinner there once. I had breakfast every morning and it was great. There were restaurants and bars right outside the resort. The only issue I had was housekeeping stole an item out of my room. I checked in with the item and several employees saw me with including the manager. Of course the cleaning staff denied they took anything. That was an unfortunate end to a relaxing and beautiful trip.

All Inclusive for 16 days. We had a good stay, rooms clean, comfortable and functional. We found food good quality, however menus are rather restrictive, would suggest varying Lunch/Dinner options and offering daily specials. The Easter Sunday lunch buffet was fantastic, it was a real shame this isn't offered every Sunday.
Garfield the guest relations manager is very friendly and helpful.
Ganet at Breakfast/Lunch supervisor has eyes on everything and is brilliant. Male supervisor in evening not a clue, needs training by Ganet!. Our stars of the stay: Migel, Hazel, Vernessa & Celine.
Our biggest gripe: pool advertised as open 7am-7pm, however on week 2 was never open earlier than 10:30, and it was as late as noon which wasn't great for little ones or if you needed a plunge to refresh.

We stayed for 10 days in coco palm from 3rd of April 2025. The hotel is in a nice location at Rodney Bay with 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches. It is one and half hour from UVF airport to the hotel.
Staff at the receptions; Carleen, Roxanna and Vincent; were very polite and helpful.
The Bartender were kind and helpful with smile all the time. He knew his job very well.
Waitresses and waiters ; Ellisa, Chrizen,... were very kind and helpful. They all were doing their best to serve any customers with any taste.
We were frustrated on our arrival at the airport. The hotel supposed to send a taxi for us but it never turned up. After one and half hour waiting, we took a taxi to the hotel.
Lunch and Dinner had set menu. Food varieties were OK. But Breakfast needs some improvement in regards with more fruits, varieties of chesses.
Unfortunately, wooden beds were old and making noises and need some repairs and fixing.

The property is located in a good location. This was my 3rd time staying at the property. I would say that there needs to be some updating and deep cleaning. This time some of the bed frames and furniture in the room were molded. There was also some mold in other areas of the room and the shower house needed changing.
My stay outside of what is mentioned above was good, but management should address this.

My stay was fabulous. I liked my room, view, breakfast and drinks at Ti Bannane. Staff were helpful and often went above and beyond. The location to the Village is second to none. The pool is large but perhaps too shallow , there are several outdoor spaces to chill and the beach is only a few minutes away. I got a good airport taxi driver.
Only hiccup is my bedsheets were a little dirty and the balcony could benefit from a couple chairs and/or a small table.

I am glad we did not book all inclusive, I have never had such terrible service. We ate there the first night and then ate out every night. We often waited 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar while locals seemed to be getting theirs topped up. The bar staff had a really poor attitude, such a shame as outside of the hotel the St. Lucian people could not have been more helpful or friendly.

There is a Wi-Fi problem in room 112. The General Manager, Mr St.Rose was very rude and out of place, threatening to lock me out of my already paid in full room.

The free breakfast buffet had a lot to be desired. The other meals were acceptable.
The property could use an update, ie bathroom and bed in room needs to be replaced.

It was our first visit to St. Lucia and Coco Palm was a good place to stay. The pool was great, the best part of the resort is the food. Great selection and we chose to do the all-inclusive package which really allowed us to try multiple meals and options from the menu. The only downside was the elevator didn’t work well, so we used the stairs for most of our visit. The resort is a little ways away from the beach, so if your goal is to be on the water, probably not a great spot. It is a great location for shopping, restaurants and transportation was easy to access from the front desk. The resort is close to the marina, which made it great for our excursion days out on the water, so definitely check that out!

I recently stayed at Coco Palm Resort and had a fantastic experience overall. Upon check-in, I was greeted with the infamous rum punch as a welcome drink, and I enjoyed the swim-up room that came with the all-inclusive package.

While the breakfast wasn’t to my style, both lunch and dinner were amazing—just check out the videos of the food! I appreciated that I didn’t have to leave the resort unless I wanted to, as everything I needed was on-site. My room was beautiful and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and staff checking in frequently.

As a 29-year-old American - Black, I enjoyed a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The manager mentioned that the resort often attracts a British crowd, which might explain the breakfast style, but for me, the peaceful vibe was perfect. I had multiple drinks a day and three satisfying meals each day, making my stay truly comfortable.

Although most of the activities I wanted to do were about an hour away, the resort’s proximity to Rodney Bay, shopping malls, a nearby club, and several dining options added extra convenience. I did get bitten by a few mosquitoes—a small reminder that you’re on an island surrounded by nature—but that was easily managed with bug spray (which I wish I had brought).

With amenities like a spa, a bank, and prompt, helpful responses to my emails, I truly felt taken care of. I would definitely book here again and highly recommend Coco Palm Resort for a relaxing vacation.
