Probably the best option for an overnight stay when traveling in or out of MEX. Restaurant is good and staff are friendly. Rooms clean. Very easy to get Ubers or taxis, and there is a shuttle to international terminal. I stay here every time O am connecting in MEX.

Pedi limpieza de cuarto a las 3 pm me dijeron que sin problema salimos a un festival y regresamos con la sorpresa que lo limpiaron no me quedo de otra mas que solicitar que retiraran la basura y toallas limpias a las 3 am .
Pedi hielo a recepcion a la 1 pm y me lo llevaron 4 horas despues de que marque de nuevo

Staff… phenomenal! Only issue i had was, there was dog fur on a couple of chairs and that spiked my allergies. Because my allergies are bad, the old rug throughout the whole property messed me up.

First the good news. Unbeatable location for late arrivals and a great breakfast buffet. On the other hand, the room had an inoperable air conditioner, smelly pillows and a ramp immediately outside the door which means a big step up.

beautiful all around, excellent restaurants, staff is absolutely the best, so courteous and friendly, very helpful!
We have stayed at this location on 3 occasions and every time the window view has been the other building and or pipes. It would be nice to get better views. Otherwise perfect!!

Excellent place, convenient, food is great, and the lobby bar is perfect to watch sports. As already the people is what best; Mexicans have a distinctive way of being welcoming and generous. If you are traveling to Mexico and have to stay overnight in Mexico City, Camino Real is the perfect option

A perfect hotel to access the airport for an early-morning flight. We arrived the evening before, treated ourself at the lobby bar to an excellent last-day-of-holidays Margarita, had a nice meal, then slept in a very comfortable bed.

The room was in excellent conditions even the restroom was pretty clean, However, durring the night we heard a lot of noises in the hallway and from the room next to us. I really was concern about a door in the wall that communicate to the next room. After all, everything was just fine and I will continue to visit this place.

We had no assistance with bags, and indeed could not find our room and had to be shown the way by another guest. We had been travelling for over 20 hours and we were very tired. I would not stay here again.

Ok stay at a hotel close to the airport. Only stayed one night - room was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was ridiculously expensive - just walk outside the hotel for a true Mexican breakfast fo a tenth of the cost!

Staff ok. Room seem clean until I got to look at the sheets and found several black hair on it. Also no noice of plains even Dow we was right next to the airport but their was several explosions throw the night making it difficult sleep. Will not stay here again.

It's at the airport. That's the win. The shower was nice. Otherwise the room so humid when we arrived, even after the room AC brought it back to temp, the bed felt wet. It was insanely noisy.

All about the rooms and the place itself is fine, its seems it has gone through some kind pf renovations and upgrades. The only issue is when getting a room situated in the front of the hotel, the sirens and car noise from the terminal are endless all night.

This the second time that happens this year. I paid for a premium room and get a crappy one. Floors were dusty, towels really old, bathroom needs a good redo. What happened?? It’s used to be a great facility, now is only convenient.
Las time we stayed the pillow cases smell bad. They didn’t change it.

I really like this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the airport. You can walk to it, but it is a long walk, which is good after sitting in the plane. There’s some construction going on in the airport. It was noisy walking but otherwise it’s conveniently located is very clean and the staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast is excellent but it’s not included in my package. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and even though it’s near the airport, I did not hear any sound from the planes . They also is a great store with silver jewelry. That is handmade that I like liked.

The reception staff person was rude. As well, it was unclear from the emails versus what the staff person said whether or not breakfast was included. The staff person said we were not entitled for breakfast.

In addition, we ate at the bar - the food was terrible. If it wasn't so late, we would have left. The hamburger ordered was not cooked inside, despite requesting well done. And, the margarita pizza was barely cooked, and tasteless. After discussions with the staff, we were still charged the full amount of the meal - which was outrageous even for an airport hotel. Will never stay here again.

Courteous staff, but rooms lack finishing touches like towel racks or hooks, loose toilet seat, beds with wheels that roll like office chairs, no carpet, just cheap vinyl click floors. Felt more like a Super 6.

The hotelnis across the street from the airport but the bridge that crosses the highway is closed for renovations. That is not the hotel's fault but we arrived at midnight, we waited for about an hour for their shuttle, which did not show up and noone answered our calls to the hotel.
We took a taxi which cost $20 to basically go across the street.
When we arrived at the hotel and complained, they said it wasn't their problem that the bridge was closed.
The room was ok, very dated and in need of an update, faded glory comes to mind when describing this hotel.
