Shuttle office very easy to find. Shuttle to hotel was excellent. Shuttle from hotel to airport was unprofessional. We were going to Terminal 1, driver was going to let everyone off, but a man told him that his airline was not at this stop. This was also my airline the driver took us about 2 km to a different part of terminal one. If it would not have been for the man correcting the driver, I would have been let off very far from where I needed to be. The driver needs to come confirm what airline people are flying.

Unexpectedly nice hotel near the Mexico City airport with a free and frequent airport shuttle. Very modern hotel with large rooms, huge TVs (70 inch), comfortable beds, great showers, electric window blinds, lots of power outlets and...cool configurable mood lighting. It was the perfect place to stay overnight near the airport to get a good shower, great sleep and a stress-free ride to the airport. A great value for the price. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was awful. The free shuttle left because they \"didn't see me\" (I don't think they came in the first place). So I was stuck waiting 30-45 minutes after being assured \"it's very close.\" I even offered to take Uber. Then, the driver said we had to pick up another couple at the other terminal. He stopped and packed in a bunch of people who I assume were employees.Then they gave me my room and it was occupied! I scared some poor man half to death!

We had an early morning departure so were trying to sleep earlier, but only managed a couple of hours. The staff at the front desk did not seem very friendly.

The hotel is very well situated with modern amenities, however the shower had issues with the drainage and the water overflowed onto the floor. The toilet was in a separate room where both the light and fan were motion activated which meant that the door needed to stay closed in order not to hear the loud fan.

The only downside was the rain shower splashes onto the ledge of the shower pan and then runs into the shower room and out the door into the main room. Had to use the bath mat and hand towels to mop up the mess. There's no hook in the shower room for the bath towels. Overall it was an excellent value for the money and I would stay again.
