The biggest issue is that they don’t have internet. They give you a WiFi that doesn’t require any password, but it is useless. At 1pm the net is soo slow that your emails won’t download, and from 8pm it just doesn’t work. I asked them if they had a different WiFi for guests, but they said NO.

Great experience using the sleeping capsules at Mexico City Airport. They were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being inside the airport. The check in process was smooth and the staff was very friendly. Perfect option for a long layover or early flight. I would definitely use them again!

However I reached out the day before and it was $200 when I got there it was $250 ( pesos). The outlet in my pod was not working so I wasn’t able to charge my phone which was a major inconvenience. The location is almost inside the terminal, but no directions to reach the place, I've expend almost 45 min to arrive the facility. The worst is Expedia description doesn't explain that are small cabins to sleep plus bathrooms and lockers for every body. I had to go out at 3am when someone in the cabins start getting sick or vomiting. The price is not fair because I can find the same price in a real hotel a few blocks the airport with privacy.

The room, staff, common area, and bathrooms seemed very welcoming and convenient. The only drawback we encountered was that to get to the capsule, it was necessary to climb some stairs while carrying two suitcases. This proved very difficult for my 70-year-old father, as there were no elevators or even escalators.

Tenía una escala de más de 12 horas en el aeropuerto MEX así que decidí quedarme aquí. Me pareció que la cápsula es cómoda para poder dormir y descansar (aunque podría tener una almohada de mejor calidad). El lugar estaba muy limpio y la cápsula en excelente estado (te dan tapones para los oídos, audífonos para la televisión, calcetines). Tomando en cuenta de que el aeropuerto de MEX es un desastre y que no hay áreas para descansar tranquilamente en las salas de espera, creo que es muy buena opción si tu escala será larga y viajas solo (las cápsulas son, desde luego, para una sola persona).

Perfect for an 11hr layover. I arrived at 3am and the staff were very helpful getting me settled. The pod had a ledge for my glasses and a bottle of water was provided. Took me a minute ot two to figure out the lighting controls and how to open the pod door from the inside but it worked great. It was a little noisy with people leaving not long after I settled in but I was provided with earplugs and eyemask at check in. My backpack and carry on fit in the locker. I enjoyed a shower before heading out for my connection. Perfect.

Easy for an early morning flight. Just make sure you know which terminal and how to find the place (ground level, outside of the actual airport, near the bus terminal). The staff were friendly and the pods were comfortable. They give ear plugs and socks to use. Just be prepared it’s not a traditional hotel, it’s a sleep pod with a shared bathroom.

Upon making my reservation, I clearly saw a price tag of 40 odd dollars. Somehow, I was railroaded right to the end of the process and ended up paying $81 dollars. This property is NOT worth $80 dollars. One has to climb 2 set of stairs to get to the lobby/reception. The pods are really small. Lockers, showering and toilet facilities are fairly decent. Next time, I will just book me a regular hotel room in the airport vecinity.

The facilities (toilets and showers) are quite nice. Pod itself was secure and the space fine. Temperature was decent. Main drawback was how firm the mattress is, I typically sleep on a plush mattress so did not sleep well at all on this. Pillow also was quite thin and tiny. Slight noises from other pods but with the ear plugs they provide it’s not an issue. The location is super convenient though.

It’s on top of a bus terminal with no elevators, revolution does not answer their phones, I didn’t even last 2 hours. They were doing construction at midnight when I stayed. Had in known, I would’ve booked a different property. When I informed reception they informed me that they couldn’t do anything to try and rectify the situation. So I contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to great back from them. The prices are economical but not worth the headache. I’d look at booking somewhere else

As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in this pod hotel. The staff spoke great English and let me know that they generally put men in the first section of the pods and women in the middle and last pods. The pods are very roomy and comfortable. I like that I can control the air conditioning and lighting and I feel very safe in it. The bathrooms are clean and tidy and have everything you need for a shower. The pods feel like something out of a movie! And there is a convenience store directly underneath if you need a snack. Highly recommend.

My first time booking an overnight hotel for a layover flight and it was a good first experience! Staff was very welcoming and helpful, the facilities were clean. It gave you everything you need for amenities to get freshened up, locker towels and showers with shampoo and body wash. And a bottle of water in your capsule. Made it easy to rest and wake up and go. If you are a light sleeper you will hear people coming and going but they do provide you ear plugs to help. The capsule itself was more spacious than I expected it to be and I slept well. Would do it again next time I have a layover here.

I loved it. A little confusing at first because your suitcase and the bathroom is separate from the pod where you sleep. So you only bring the few things you need, book, phone, purse etc, to the pod. It feels very roomy. Not claustaphobic at all. The mattress was firmer than I am used to but I slept very soundly. Took me awhile to get used to the pillow. It is a formed neck pillow. I need neck support but I am used to goose down where I can push it around to where I like it. But I fell asleep and slept soundly. The man at reception when I checked in was very friendly and very patient with the information I needed. Towel was big and nice and the bathroom clean and had everything. I would do it again, for sure.

There are a lot of steps going up to the hotel. If you have suitcases besides a carry on you’ll have to pay to check them at the desk because they don’t let you take them in the pod.

Really great place to stay! I had 7hr layover at MEX and just didn’t want to go to city for sleep. This place provided excellent alternative. Airport stuff kindly explained where to go. And check in was very smooth. Property is super clean and didn’t have any concerns about sleeping there. Highly recommend.

I was staying here due to an overnight layover at the airport, and wanted a place to sleep that was nearby. It was cheap, and well secured. It was also a novel experience, in that i had never tried a pod hotel. I liked the idea of it, but the pods were not very comfy. The bedding was uncomfortable, and the pods had very little noise reduction. So, I did not sleep well. They also do not allow alarms with sound, which made sense given the lack of noise reduction. They did offer a wake up \"call\", though. Overall, I got what I paid for, so I can't really complain.
