1) there was construction work going on just down the hall from our room making it dusty and noisy
2) There were no visible outlets in the room and my partner uses a CPAP machine during the night. Eventually the staff got a long extension cord however the cord was laid across the path to the bathroom which was hazardous
3) The level in noise from outside went on until one in the morning including sirens.
4) we did not have WiFi in the room as advertised. The only place to get consistent wifi was by the front desk dining area.

With no central heating system, the hotel was FREEZING!!! There was no hot water. Also no receptacle plugs, and the soap dispensers didn't work. Unfortunately breakfast only starts at 7am & we had to be at the airport by then... It would be good if the hotel offered a takeout breakfast for travellers.

I was assigned a corner room that unfortunately had a strong unpleasant odor. The flooring was visibly deteriorating, and the fire alarm sensor was beeping throughout my stay. Additionally, room service trays were left in the hallway for extended periods and were not cleared during the two days I was there. Overall, the condition of the room and surrounding area did not meet reasonable expectations.

I wanted to like this hotel but is not located in a good area, dirty dishes on the common areas outside rooms for days. Loud guests, construction happened very early in the morning which I couldn’t sleep properly, The bed is uncomfortable, no outlets to plug in your devices, no AC. I couldn’t open my door without concierge help. Never coming back here!

It was my first time visiting Mexico City and we had a good experience. The hotel was accommodating and the next day they held our luggage since our flight was late evening and we really appreciated that because it gave us more time to get to know the city. They offered to call a taxi to get us to the airport and overall I would stay there again.

Las fotografías que muestran de las habitaciones en la página no tienen nada que ver con la condición en este momento de la propiedad. Todo sucio, viejo, en condiciones deplorables. El trato de la persona que te recibe al hacer el check in de muy mala manera. De verdad esto es una estafa, no deberían cobrar esas tarifas por esta propiedad, me tuve que mover a otro hotel por mi seguridad y la de mi familia. NO VENGAN A ESTE HOTEL.

Respecto a la estancia, muy buenas instalaciones el hotel está bien. Detalles: se pudiera abrir más el horario de su restaurante, tienen muchas llegadas posterior a las 9pm los cuales nos quedamos sin servicio de comida por el horario restringido. Respecto a limpieza, solo pequeño detalle , encontré par de papeles (basura) que olvidaron los de limpieza.
Adicional, y tal vez no es cuestión del hotel directament, pero por cuestiones de perder clientela, que se verifique la negativa del transporte (taxi) desde central de norte ; negativa en corridas a dicho hotel

The room and restaurant are very clean, staffs are friendly. When I asked the receptionist for an extra blanket, they brought it immediately.

I only stayed one night. I felt so unsafe. I thought I had booked closer to the city. Boy was I wrong. I went outside and it was so scary. I felt so un safe. I didn’t go further away from the steps of the hotel. I ate some tamales and champurrado a vendor was selling outside the hotel. I ask for a place to eat and he said around there was nothing I would like to venture. He said it was Very un safe. He recommended I stay indoors and wait till the morning. So I did. Never again.

El hotel está bonito, las habitaciones me gustaron, limpias, son amplias y tienen luz natural y ventanas. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno. Tiene vías de transporte muy cerca (metro San Lázaro y metrobús que te lleva al aeropuerto, al centro, Reforma o Buenavista) lo único malo es la zona, ya que no es muy turístico alrededor. No es inseguro, pero no hay mucho que ver caminando cerca del hotel.

Wifi doesn't work. The location is bad, there is no business nearby, doesn't feel safe. The hotel restaurant closes too soon. Tv was broken. They make you go up and down to reception for everything. Never would come back. But at least the bed seems clean.
