This place is not suitable for families if the weather is warmer than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The hotel is too warm for younger kids. The WiFi was unusable. I couldn’t complete any work or play shows for the kids. We left about 2 hours after check-in. They refused to give me a refund after several attempts. I don’t recommend. They lack dignity and respect.

I loved that it was clean, the location was great. I did not like the rudeness of the hotel guard. I came to visit family with my siblings and we brought luggage’s the fact that my uncle couldn’t help us take our luggage to our room since the hotel employees did not offer to help. They wanted to charge me for taking him to my room. He was rude and my siblings and I felt so uncomfortable and made my visitors feel unwanted.

A very nice hotel. The rooms facing Calzada Tlalpan are noisy so I upgraded to an interior room. The restaurant serves buffet style and should be improved. It is not always a family hotel. The neighborhood is bleak, without services and the walk at night for a block to the metro is uncomfortable.

Noise everywhere. Only one towel, only one soap, and you must pay for extras (Believe me, it was a very expensive extra towel). The staff was terrible. They cant find my reservation, and said to me that internet has a mistake and the breakfast was not included (as I saw in the description). When I finally leave, I need more time and I must pay 5 extra dollars every 15 minutes delay. Absurd. Be intelligent and go away from this place.

Staff was very nice and polite. I speak some Spanish which helped. Needed extra pillow for comfort and they bought a new big and fluffy one! That's customer service. Jessica, who is one of the managers, speaks english and was a huge help. Breakfast from room service was great, had Spinach Omelette with cheese, Frijoles, and fresh hand made corn tortillas. Prices were good and reasonable. You can ask for a taxi from the hotel, it costs more, but they are very safe and comfortable. Otherwise there are city taxis within one block.

Is not a hotel is a motel, people use it to have sex, all the tv have porn, they charge me doulble and when I complain about the tv and that it wasn't a hotel an in fact a motel people rent by hours to just have sex the girl ar fron desk was rude and told me I should book at holiday inn if I wanted a hotel. Expedia watch this what if people travel with kids?? They will not be able to even turn in the tv

Me hoapede por 3 días dentro del hotel, al llegar a ser mi check in tardaron 15 min. En atender mi reservación, la habitación estaba impecable solo el servicio de limpieza se ejecuto 1 vez cosa que no me agrado del todo. Al segundo día la recepcionista mando a deshalojar mi habitación con seguridad cosa que no me parecio porque no reviso que mi estancia aún era vigente. Acto que me disgusto por completo faltando a la privacidad de los huespedes y sus pertenencias.

El hotel está bien, solamente mencionar que en la habitación que me tocó no contaba con Wi-Fi solo acercandose a la puerta, además de que había un poco de polvo en los muebles y el control de la TV no funcionaba, fuera de eso el personal fue amable.

EL BUFFET | de desayuno continental, me decepciono, es todo lo contrario al restaurante, los del buffet no tienen comunicación con recepción, ya que en recepción me dijeron que el buffet es hasta las 12 pm y cuando baje a las 10 am ya no había nada porque ya habían recogido y para el segundo día, no tenían mesero para rellenar el buffet, solo estaba una cocinera, cocinando y sirviendo como podía.
