This property is amazing for what you pay for it. Rooms are HUGE. Tons of room for your luggage. Advertised with air conditioning but we had no air conditioning. We opened the window at night only to find that this is located next to the local apartments and kids stay up screaming til 3 am. Breakfast is below average. Views are good from the terrace. Pool is very small. Please note that if you arrange a driver from the airport it is CASH only. 10% surcharge with credit card.

Amazing view to Amalfi

Since it was off season the hotel was almost empty. We received a very nice room with nice view. It was raining so we decided to eat in the hotel and eventually the dinner and parking and cocktails became very expensive….

Beautiful hotel in Ravello

Great hotel within steps of the main square with friendly staff. My room was quite large with a queen and a twin bed. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. I was there at the end of the season in early November, so it was quiet and lovely.

Firstly, Ravello is a beautiful town. Hotel Bonadies is ideally situated at one end. The hotel could do with a few minor upgrades in regards to decor but don’t let that detract from the overall charm of the place. The room was a decent size with excellent aircon, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was a decent buffet style.
There are two main reasons why you should stay here. The staff were super helpful, especially Vincenzo who organised surprises for my wife’s birthday. Secondly, the views are amazing. Some of the best in Ravello.

We took the bus from Amalfi up to Ravello/the last bus stop on the route and it was about a 10-minute (albeit uphill) walk from the bus stop to the hotel. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk was extremely welcoming throughout the entire check-in process. We noticed an ants problem in our original room but immediately got moved to another room once we notified the front desk.

Breakfast is plentiful and had lots of options and it's hosted in their restaurant which has a beautiful view from the balcony.

Pool has limited hours and limited seats, but nice if you can make it in. Showers have weak pressure but no other issues overall. Would love to stay again in the future.

Rooms are not fancy but super clean. Staff are friendly. We dined at a restaurant near by and didn’t have time to try the restaurant in the hotel but it looked great. The view is fantastic! Overall I give it 4.5 out of 5

Ravello and Hotel Bonadies is truly a unique experience. The views from the hotel are second to none, it almost doesn’t feel real. The staff were fantastically helpful and friendly. We were at the end of our trip and would probably lose our heads if they weren’t attached to our bodies.
The room we stayed in opened up to a massive balcony overlooking the coast and mountains. We had a comfortable stay, the only feedback would be that the bathroom light flickered like a strobe and the door kept getting stuck. Breakfast was also fantastic. We would love to return.

Lovely Boutique Hotel In Ravello

Lovely stay at the Hotel Bonadies fine helpful staff a lovely choice of breakfast foods and a fine meal in the Restaurant we stayed for a week while attending s friends wedding in ravello.
We kept finding people from the wedding party who weren't staying at the hotel eating in the restaurant at night as it had been recommended by locals as one of the best in Ravello for its seafood and pasta dishes which we enjoyed on several occasions great hotel great staff and a lovely stay we will be returning !!!!!

Hotel was good in terms of location, temperature, room size, cleanliness, and service. Hotel restaurant was okay. I never really leave reviews, but feel the need to bc the beds were horribly uncomfortable including the pillows and sheets that were scratching me. Would not return for this reason alone.

Everything was perfect for us but particular the friendliness and assistance from ALL staff: the quiet location just minute from centre; the stunning views; the excellent cuisine in restaurant the cleanliness; the pool and service. Great View of the Amalphi Coast

We were upgraded to a superior unit that had an amazing terrace that overlooked the stunning Amalfi coast. Room was clean and very comfortable, and was a great place to stay. Location is about a ten minute walk from the bus stop. Staff was very helpful and suggested sites to visit.

We stayed at Hotel Bonadies for two nights and hotel was very adequate. While we were a little disappointed that Ravello was mostly \"closed\" for the season, this hotel was very attentive! Restaurant closed, but an adequate breakfast was provided. Check-in was great and our hosts provided information on local bus routes (stop nearby), etc. We're sorry not to remember the owner's name (woman) but she welcomed us in the lobby for our 6:45AM departure with espresso AND a much needed umbrella! We would return to this hotel on our next visit! (FYI, it seemed Wi-Fi in lobby only.)

A great location. Near Ravello's delights.

Extremely helpful staff.
A fantastic location within a short distance of many of the charming places to visit in Ravello.
Our evening meal was a delight. Great food, great views. Great place to base yourself.
A continental breakfast had enough choice though not the bacon egg that some might prefer.
You could order this as an extra though.
Very reasonably priced and would go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed in the off season so we were the only ones in the hotel. We booked three night but two nights would have been fine. We would stay longer in Amalfi & Positano next time.
Ravello is very small...not much to see except the views of the coast.
But the staff were very friendly and it is a family owned hotel. The rooms could use some upgrades and renovations but they were spotless clean.
The breakfast was basic, but very fresh.
We took the local buses to Amalfi and Positano & Sorrento...driving a car is very challenging. The hotel is far up in the mountain.

Charming Hotel in perfect Ravello

I can't say enough good things about this charming gem in Ravello. We were on our honeymoon and had just the best treatment from the staff at the Hotel Bonadies. The morning breakfast buffets were delicious and we had the most wonderful view both from the breakfast nook balcony and our room. We were so happy to have stayed in mellow Ravello rather than the insanity of Amalfi or Positano. What a beautiful location and beautiful people. Thank you Hotel Bonadies!

Recent stay in Ravello.

Looked at numerous hotels in Ravello, all very expensive, found Hotel Bonadies, and was very satisfied with it. A small hotel in a lovely area, has been a family run hotel for many years. Very clean, nice bedrooms with large balconies either with sea views or mountain views,both spectacular. A small but adequate pool and lovely terrace. Charming staff, helpful & polite. Would definitely stay there again.

I traveled to Ravello for a friends wedding and chose Hotel Bonadise for its location to the event (the impressive Hotel Caruso) and the excellent value. It is a charming hotel, full of old world charm and wonderful friendly Italian staff. The views are out of this world, complete with hot tub/pool, although I did not use either.

We were here for my son's wedding.Hotel Bonadies is very well located.Our AC was not working and it took about 5 hours to get fixed.Shower had a funky system and difficult to use.Since the hair dryer was inoperable they had purchased a dryer for the room.Very weak WiFi.Free breakfast was adequate.Lunch and dinner were awesome and we had some of our best meals there.Even though there were some bumps I would return to this hotel

Avoid: Terrible rooms

This is an old hotel, and not in a charming way. Whilst the staff are helpful and polite, the rooms, in particular, are appalling and barely worthy of 2 stars (nevermind 4 stars). The door of our shower was falling off, the lights were hanging out of their sockets and the decor was reminscent of a 1970s curry house.

Breakfast was included but not very good (who still serves tinned fruit?!?).

It boasts a pool, but it's barely a dipping pool and only has room for about 4 sun loungers.

All in all, a pretty dreaful place and very overpriced.

Great Hotel with a great view of the Amalfi coast!

We stayed in Ravello to attend a friend's wedding nearby (it was held at the Caruso, which has a stunning view but way too expensive), spent 3 days in this small hotel. We were in room 19, and the view is amazing. Their free breakfast is good. The concierge was nice (he even tied my tie for me!). They have a pool but we never used it, we were too busy exploring the area. The only two complaints are that the internet is spotty (which I have experienced in every hotel in Italy so far), comes and goes at random. The AC didnt blow as much cold air as we would have liked. But none of that was major enough to ruin our stay in this wonderful hotel.

You can beat the location! You can see all Amalfi coast from the terrace and the restaurant.

My family spent 4 days and 3 nights at Hotel Bonadies. The hotel is located in a quiet section of Ravello, just a short walk from the main piazza and plenty of restaurants. Views from the hotel and breakfast room are exquisite, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Hotel has breathtaking views of the amalfi coast. Great to have your breakfast overlooking the scenery.Breakfast however was lacking any imagination or variety, but if you like ham and cheese everyday.....Generally though, the Hotel is fairly priced for the area, was a comfortable base for the area and always clean. Would recommend overall.

Perfectly acceptable place to stay

Hotel Bonadies is located fairly well in Ravello, with just a short walk to the main square. The hotel is a little dated (I certainly would not describe it as a 4 star) but did the job for a one night stay. Breakfast was a little disappointing (they ran out of a significant number of breakfast items and took over 40 minutes to replace them). However, the hotel did the job and was a comfortable stay for one night.
