Lovely reception area and beach club. we had a 3rd floor suite. Not a huge suite but perfectly adequate. Nice balcony overlooking the sea. Very good and attentive breakfast service. Very friendly and helpful staff. A 10-15 minute walk into town but that suited us as we enjoy walking.

Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic - the only caution is I would avoid eating overlooking the sea at the beach bar - the food is basic, tiny portions and completely overpriced, which is the opposite of the other, lovely restaurant upstairs.

This is a charming, very well located and very well maintained hotel. The staff is attentive and friendly. It's a luxurious calming experience enhanced by the natural beauty of the surroundings, which are well taken advantage of by the layout of this hotel. Very highly recommend for an idyllic stay on the Amalfi coast.

The hotel is a short walk to downtown Sorrento before enjoying all the shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean, attentive staff, and the amenities are very good. Enjoy the beach deck down below with a full bar and light food or the restaurant with great views. The complimentary breakfast is very good as well. I’d recommend this place to anyone and will stay there again in the future.

Excellent hotel overall, we had a great time. Very quiet and very clean. Room was perfect size and very clean. Could hear the rumbling of the elevator from the room, but muffled enough to not impact sleep. Otherwise very quiet. Breakfast had the usual options, very good quality. Sea / jetty area was clean and the sun loungers were comfortable. The staff at reception was extremely helpful with recommendations and sorting things out. Staff by the jetty not so much, helpful when asked but won’t come by at any point to ask if you need anything or collect stuff. Location is stunning and overall the hotel is amazing. Mainly families and couples staying, but it felt very quiet even mid August.

Very nice people and good condition. It’s about 3/4 of a mile to the city center which adds up if you’re going into town for shopping, dinner, tours or anything else. We had a beautiful ocean view but the cruise ships park right in front of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and will help you.

We’ve traveled through Italy and Sorrento is my favorite. Talking about favorites…Pietro (the lifeguard/bartender) was our favorite, we loved talking with him and him telling us what to do, restaurants to visit and taking care of us each and every day. Your staff was wonderful and you should be very proud of them…we travel a lot and we were impressed! The property is located in a great spot to walk to everything, plus the views are wonderful. The staff were the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I left the hotel saying I’d never go back to Italy because of how awful the experience was. Truthfully, I love Italy. It was my 4th time there. However, this hotel made our stay so miserable it ruined our time in Sorrento. It’s not worth the money! Don’t stay there.

To be fair I’m not reviewing my stay because I never stayed here. Let me explain...booked this hotel in January 2020 for a stay in August 2020 just before the Covid-19 pandemic. Fast forward to July 2020. Flight cancelled by the airline and refunded, hotels booked in Rome refunded. This hotel refused to refund me my stay even though it is impossible for a US citizen to enter Italy even if I wanted to. Hotels.com said they won’t refund if the hotel won’t refund them. The room was “non-refundable” and I understand that but this is completely out of my control. Both this hotel group and hotels.com have lost my business in the future.
