A quick one night trip from Rome for a relaxing mini retreat. An easy trip by train under two hours. Great massage from Olympia. The dinner service was amazing...the best service I’ve had in Italy! The only downside was the spa facilities don’t open until 9 am (11:00 check out) and closed at 8 pm.

Sono stata molte volte in questa struttura, con amici, con parenti , con amiche a dimostrazione del fatto che ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene. Per questo ho scelto il Salus terme per un soggiorno con amiche.Sono però rimasta abbastanza delusa nel trovare la vasca termale principale completamente impoverita . Non ci sono più le cascate d’acqua tantomeno gli idromassaggi . È diventata una bella vasca priva di identità e che nn offre più quel piacere completo che ho sempre apprezzato. Ho chiesto alla responsabile ma la risposta è stata del tutto insoddisfacente: problemi di calcare……..
E per più di 10 anni come hanno fatto? Mi auguro che quanto prima, venga restituita la bellezza completa a questa piscina. Inoltre nella zona relax, erano presenti dei cesti meravigliosi che contenevano delle mele buonissime che invece, questa volta nn sono mai apparsi. Le tisane si. Migliorati invece moltissimo la colazione e il pranzo: come offerta , nella bellissima presentazione , nei tempi di attesa. Tutto funziona perfettamente. Il miele , una delizia.. Quindi suggerirei una migliore armonizzazione tra i due settori anche perché , mentre le signorine della zona relax si percepiscono abbastanza rigide, dalla reception dell’albergo alla zona pranzo , colazione e cena, tutti i dipendenti sono veramente molto più disponibili e rilassati .

Conoscevo questa struttura e l'avevo sempre apprezzata. Questa volta sono rimasta delusa per la poca cortesia e disponibilità, rispetto ad una mia dimenticanza. Ho lasciato i miei costumi nell'armadio. Non sono di Viterbo e tornare a prenderli mi era impossibile. Ho telefonato in hotel e ho chiesto se era possibile, che me li spedissero al mio domicilio.Dalla reception, mi hanno risposto che era impossibile. Che dovevo occuparmi io di pagare un corriere, che provvedesse alla spedizione. Trovo scandaloso che essendo una cliente abituale e trattandosi di struttura di un certo livello; e non possano occuparsi di una semplice spedizione con posta ordinaria, per accontentare un cliente fedele. Attenzione a non dimenticare nulla!

Soluzione ideale per chi vuole una giornata di relax. Si accede alle terme dalle 15 e terminato il percorso si può andare direttamente in camera. Ottima struttura, solo il bagno anche se spazioso e pulito e con un buon kit di prodotti, è un po’ datato e scomodo. Molto buona la colazione con cibi di alta qualità ( solo per avere il massimo, tra cui il pane fresco e tanto altro, devi attendere almeno fino alle 8:30 per problemi con gruppi di Cinesi. Personale gentile ma ci è stata assegnata una stanza di “seconda scelta” pur avendo prenotato da Expedia. L’affaccio era su una scala secondaria e persino il portachiavi era una linguetta di plastica tipica da ferramenta a differenza di altre camere. L’impressione generale è stata quella di ricevere un trattamento di seconda categoria pur avendo pagato per un servizio a quattro stelle. Ovviamente questo non va a favore delle prenotazioni tramite Expedia.

Avevo già soggiornato altre volte,quest'ultima l'ho trovato un po' trascurato nello specifico la SPA, in particolare le piscine un po' trascurate maggiormente la piscina parzialmente coperta e quella tonda riscaldata in pessime condizioni......bella invece la nuova nella zona adiacente il ristorante è bar.
