The hotel boasted of a family friendly environment. This was not the case. The hotel had transients in the stair well smoking and snorting drugs playing loud music and charging their phones. Also, the hotel had prostitution in the garage and prostitutes changing their clothes out in the open. The room itself was disgustingly unclean and should not have been given to anyone. There were no towels, hair on the floor and beneath the covers. As well as crumbs in the bed, with black, specks, and the same crumbs were around the bed on the floor. The bath tub had sand and hair in it and the sink looked the same. The desk area had food and nail polish all over it and we were kept awake by the loud noise/moaning and groaning next door accompanied by the slamming door about every 20-30 minutes. We were forced to stay in the room because as mentioned by the last hotel we called spring break and all decent hotels were booked up. The next day when I called to talk to Reggie the manager his attitude was just as nasty as what he called “his hotel”. He told me as long as I slept in his bed and used his toilet( which I did not I went to the gas station) he’d be charging us and in the future do our research on the area we are staying in which means he’s aware of the activity taking place there. I was surprised to see the hotel’s rating which all said he was nice because the way he raised his voice and spoke to me did not display those characteristics. I would never book at this hotel again.

Something is not right about this place. Not the guests , not the managers, or staff. After arriving to the place to check in, I wanted to leave immediately. I had 3 rooms reserved for me my daughter and son and family. After a long day of traveling I was informed that they didn’t have my rooms available. 0 out of 10 I would not recommend.

The hotel is more of a space to just arrive and fall asleep.
It is not nice at all. When we arrived there were a few suspicious individuals at the parking lot in their cars doing who knows what (Cleaning, rearranging their car)
Security guard was present but it was just sketchy.
I toilet water kept running all night, the shower here had a lot of build up.
The exterior door was not properly sealed, you can hear everything going on outside as if your door is wide open.
Definitely would not stay there again.

I checked out immediately after checking in. There was ants and cockroachs running on the floor when I stepped inside the room.

I was assigned to room 402, then I went down to receptionist to request a different room and then re-assigned to room 710. The same problem. I went downstair and requested to cancel my reservation.

I had a disappointing stay at this property. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor that did not go away during the stay. The bathroom ceiling had visible mold, which is concerning from both a cleanliness and health perspective. In the closet area, the wallpaper was peeling, giving the room a poorly maintained appearance.

Noise from outside was constant and disruptive, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. While I understand this is a 2.5-star hotel and expectations should align accordingly, basic cleanliness and upkeep should still be prioritized.

I hope management addresses these issues because the location has potential, but the current condition does not justify a return visit.

A lot of homeless people inside property going around on the stairs and elevator, many prostitution allowed in this hotel unsafe place to spend the night and we pay the night because it was close enough to places but this place is old everything is all dirty the room I was they had No towels no soap and it was disgusting

Booked this hotel because advertised close to San Diago Zoo. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Start with check in time was 3 pm. Arrived early and was told room not ready till 3. Returned at 3 and was told room not ready and could not give me a time when it would be available. We had reserved an upgraded room, but that room was not available and was given a standard room. (no reduction in cost). Once in room very dirty Bed sheets visibly dirty NO BED SPREAD 1 sheet only. Bathroom filthy light bulb burned out. Went to front desk to get a blub and was told why you need light in the bathroom. One towel that again was dirty. Believe it or not zero toilet paper. Refrigerator had rust and dried food in it. The curtain over the window had something dripping down where someone had thrown food at it. ONLY RESON I BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE WYNDHAM NAME. I have pictures if anyone is interested. Please Expedia take this off your recommendation Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this hotel.

The front desk that checked us in was so rude, doesn’t even know how to accommodate guests properly, I know this coz I work as a Hotel Manager!! Bathroom is dirty. We checked in for 2 queen beds, but amenities are only for 1 guest. MAINLY GIVING LOW REVIEW BECAUSE THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS RUDE AS HELL!

The first room was in ok condition, but the TV did not work, and there were no towels. After the maintenance person worked on the TV to no avail, we were switched rooms. No refrigerator, no microwave, but they did get the TV working eventually. Yay. We were only staying one night, so we were able to deal with the room. Good night’s sleep, plenty of hot water but would never stay at this hotel again.

When we arrived as we turned into the parking lot we were greeted with half naked females standing in the middle of the road(almost hit one).Checked in to room late (8pm) and no bath towels but one wash cloth and the towel for the floor in room. Called and asked for towel at 7am said that when housekeeping got in they would bring up. Waited till 9am went down stairs and they said they let housekeeping know and they would bring up as there was no towel in the back. We finally used the 2 to little towels that were there. We left for the day And when we returned at 7pm there was still no towel went down and waited for someone to come to front desk only to see manage was on side of playing craps with a group of men . Lobby smelled of weed very bad. Went to enjoy my bayside view only to see cops present and 5 to 7 hookers standing on the corner. Would not recommend for family’s

Horrible! Unsafe! All the photos advertised for this place are FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I felt like I was in a 3rd world country at this place. First, when we pulled up for check in time, the lobby was empty, no one around, the amenities that were all CLOSED. No restaurants, no bars open, no luggage cart, nothing! I called out a few times before someone came to help me, but I could hear them in the back office using vulgar words and cursing. The guy who helped me had tattoos and did not look professional at all. The room was dirty, the towels had stains on it, I do not understand how a place using the name “Wyndam” could be so dirty and filthy! The sink was broken so it had water drip. The mattress had a bed sheet that was loose, so it came off easily and the mattress stunk. When we parked at the back of the parking, there were cars that pulled up and they were dealing drugs. At night when we went out for dinner and came back, the drug deals continued but this time there were also hookers that were walked out the hotel and standing around on the street, cars would pull up and flash their lights, and a black guy would run over and make deals. When we got on the elevator 2 gangsters walked out from the back office and got on the elevator. It looks like the reviews dating back months say the same thing and NO ONE has done anything about it! So, I did not want to waste my time with a review, but I wanted to warn future customers what is going on at this hotel. I did not see ANY staff

The bathroom had major bugs. The bathroom door got locked from inside out which took them over 2 hours to have someone come up and fix. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to open the bathroom door. Couldn’t use the lobby bathroom because it was not working. Ordered towels, waited 2 hours, had to go to the front desk and request towels again. Stairwells smelled like urine. Front desk barely answered the phone. Very disappointed and would not recommend staying there. This hotel has gone down.

The wash sink was getting clogged, the A/C was dripping water and the water went all over the room by the time I returned from outside.

The bed great, carpet needs replacement, bathroom needs upgrade. In the middle of the night someone was screening on top of their lungs just outside our room waking us up. There was prostitution and drugs addicts going in and out the of hotel and no security stopping it windows are not sound proof so you can hear everything from the street and there was people yelling and screaming from 2am till 7am and no one tried to stop it

I have atayed in Ramada Hotels in the uk and have been Pleased with the service generally.

This time l was disappointed.
The Laundry towels were not available when we arrived. The towels did not arrive till the next day.

The booking into our room was slow.
We had to go through the process again when the person dealing with the booking walked out of the room.

The floor was dirty it obviously had not been cleaned.

There was no Bar facilities and restaurant facilities they were both closed throughout our stay.

The under floor car park needed a clean up trash was on the floor.

We understand there was a problem getting good staff the impression was they werenot well paid.

The aircon was very noisy it obviously needs some maintenance.

The view from the external balcony of the city was good.

We asked for a non smoking room and we got a smoking room. We checked in at 3pm and they told us the room wasn't ready. As soon as we walked in the room there where dead roaches on the floor and in the toilet. There was no towels in our room when we arrived in the room. We couldn't change the channels on the tv because the remote was not working. There was not an ice bucket or coffe cups. I went to the front desk to ask for cups and ice bucket and they told me they didn't have any. We asked for a hair dryer and they did NOT have any. Everything about this experiences was not good. The resond we got this hotel was because the wedding we where attending was down the street.

Sendy was friendly and had great customer service, checkout lady was not. Thought the customer service was great, the property maintenance was the worst I've ever experienced. First I get a non smoking 2 queen bed and it smelled like someone just finished smoking in the room. The second room we got made me and my family nauseous and sick. The room had poor air circulation and there was mold in the refrigerator. We did not stay in the room for more than 15 minutes.

Loose Faucets and shower head.
Floor was sticky/ Couldn't walk barefoot
Not much insulation/ could hear music from both sides of room.
Homeless around parking lot.
Loose women around the hotel.
Hotel was over booked/ thank god i checked in at 4pm.

Reggie helped us get a similar room to the one we had last time since we liked it on our last visit, so shout out to Reggie! The room and hotel were quite good as usual.
