Check in was the only bright spot. Hotel was not at the standards to demand $300 a night. everything was dirty, everything. The sheets, counters, tub, sink all dirty. Multiple blown light bulbs in bathroom and bedroom. A/c could not be controlled. Tub and sink had turned colors from neglect. Couch stained and no sheets for the pullout bed. Hotel was supposedly at capacity so no option for a room change and no other comparable rooms in town due to race at Bristol. Will not stay again.

The only issue we had was a shower head that was crusted with hard limestone water. Management replaced the shower head and fixed it, took about an hour. Management apologized for the inconvenience. The ice machine area was very wet but manageable. Maybe ice was spilled, I’m not sure. Otherwise a very clean and nice room. Outside windows need cleaning though.

Staff was nice, room was clean, not a lot of choices for breakfast but it was good and I think the breakfast hours should be longer and outlets and lamps not working in the room was the only real issue and I would say to upgrade the tvs they were older and some of the buttons didn’t work on the remote

The hotel was not up to par to say the least! The floor was nasty in the lobby all the way to the elevator! The hallway to the room was dirty; it needed to be vacuumed! The smell was not that great. The bathroom towels were rough and the wall wasn’t clean! My boyfriend killed a bug on the floor. I was scared to sleep there! Please read reviews before booking hotels!!

To be honest while the staff was kind, the room was just very gross. We took pictures of half of the issues we were having and showed the front desk. They had a mold spot from water damage in the ceiling of our first room, spill spots all over the bed frame, boogers on the wall, a stain on the curtains, all in the first room. The second room no mold spots but wall damage with what looked like mud on the walls, large dent with rust spot on the tub, etc. Just to name a few. I appreciate the staff moving our rooms but unfortunately this place just has a lot of issues. Also, there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and the towels had some red stains and it slowly became worrisome if they were washed. I think the only pluses were the large fridge, and beds were comfortable. But again, a lot of improvement needs to happen here.

Nasty. The entire hotel stunk like weed. First room was absolutely terrible. Stunk so bad, i turned around and walked right back out of it. They gave me another room and it was better but the whole floor from the elevator to the room stunk. Even with the better room, I was woken early in the morning by the smell of one of the surrounding rooms having an early morning smoke session.

Too bad. The hotel itself was pretty nice for the price. But the pervasive and strong weed /pot smell throughout the hotel made it nasty.

The WiFi never worked for 3 days. The tub wouldn’t drain so you had to stand in ankle deep water. The air conditioner stopped working after the second day. Numerous charging outlets available but only 1 worked. Some lights weren’t functioning. Not a well maintained hotel. Staff showed no interest in addressing issues. Had stayed there previously a few years ago without any complaints. Will not stay there again.

Staff members were polite and tried to correct some problems like replacing inoperable keys. We never had a key that worked on the 1st try either at the room or on an outside entrance. Beware; You must specifically request towels and bed changes, etc. We didl But on the 2nd day, we returned to find dirty towels on the floor, beds not changed, and the dirty sock of a previous customer still on the floor by the closet. The receptionist offered the excuse that 50 people checked out that day. Then, schedule enough people! Shabby building, heavily stained carpet, gouged bathtub. Needs renovation. It's a Choice Hotel, and my choice is never to return.

Overall, this hotel was fine for one night. BUT we had to wait 20 minutes (no exaggeration) to check in as there was no one at the front desk. My husband stood there, and I walked around, peering into the office, housekeeping room, maintenance room (all the doors wide open) to see if anyone was around. Place was deserted! It was around 4pm on a Thursday. Finally, a man showed up. The room was perfectly adequate, what you expect from a Comfort Inn. Breakfast the next morning was just ok. Waffle batter was almost empty, orange juice was watered down and the Coffee ran out at 8:15 and there was no one around to replace any of it. So overall, 4 stars for the room but 2.5 for check in and breakfast.

Pillows were like cottonballs very small and not very comfy for head. The shower was very slim and hard to keep footing in. Breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, fake sausages and bakery items. I am gluten free so i only had the eggs and sausages. They offered yogurt one morning but not the other, no fruit offered. There were bugs in the juices offered.

We had a great overnight stay. Booking was easy through Hotels.com. The receptionists at the front desk was very friendly and engaging. We truly felt welcomed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I loved having the couch adjacent to the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. I used the exercise room while I was there, and I would normally walk on a treadmill, but the two main pieces of equipment were an elliptical and a recumbent bike. I chose the bike for low impact. Breakfast the next morning was good, though the selection was a little limited. I was disappointed that there wasn't some fresh fruit. It appeared that the gentleman who preparing and serving the breakfast foods was also responsible for being at the front desk. Perhaps more help would be beneficial. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Good about this property was its location. Other than that, nothing was good.
Poor things about this hotel was breakfest was not fresh nor good tasting. Room was not completely clean. Card locks were hit or miss on working. Bathroom needs major upgrade due to lot of caulking to fix cracks along with mold along walls and ceilings. Also, mini fridge was not clean inside of fridge. Long as while we were there, there was a construction company staying at hotel and took up most of parking spots with their dumptrucks and other vehicles.

I showed up at the front desk and had to wait for ten minutes to have someone come out to greet me to check in. Went to my room and my bathtub was not cleaned well (including an old piece of soap in the tub). Then, the next morning a woman was working the front desk and doing the breakfast who had clearly not showered and their clothing was dirty which left me grossed out. However, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good.

The key cad did not work the gave me 2 different ones and both would not work. The came to the room with the master key it worked tried the 3 rd key card and of course it did not work! Said they would bring another one to the room. Well it has been 3 hours and no new key! Now someone that is staying above our room is making noise like jumping off bed and on to floor! Going to be a long night! Cannot leave room as we will not be able to get back in as our 3rd key does not work and did not bring us a new key.

The floor was so filthy, and there was hair in the shower, as well as mold on the walls. Barely any shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The pool’s railings were about to fall. The halls looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. So gross. You can tell they are cutting corners with not having a professional cleaning crew come in to clean.

The location of our room was not good. It was near a door that went outside and another door to the stairs. There was noisy doors clicking until about 11 PM and then started again at 6 AM. There was also about 20 dump trucks parked less than 100 feet from our room. We could hear them all leave around 6 AM.

We were not happy with this hotel. We were put on a floor where they were doing construction and my family was woke up by the hammering on the wall next to ours. There was also furniture lined all in the hallway and it made it difficult to get to out room. Our toilet overflowed while we were there all over the floor. The floor in our room had sun flower seeds all over it which was proof it was not cleaned thoroughly. Would never stay here again.

We chose this place for location. It’s not terrible but it’s not what it used to be. Main complaint is cleanliness, there was trash including a soda bottle full of what looked to be urine, behind the curtain. Luckily for everyone I found it before my toddler did.
Next breakfast, was ok but you have to ask them to bring items out, like yogurt, then they put 3 at a time out for a whole
Room of people just fill the fridge. And last staffing is minimal, having to wait 10 mins for assistance with your door lock not working. Just not very satisfied this time, and this is my 3rd summer visiting this hotel.

Not bad for one night. The lights from outside came in and we had to use a hair clip to try and keep the curtains closed. Also heard road noise off and on. Walmart is right across the street and had lots of places to eat nearby. Front desk at check in was very friendly. Breakfast was good, just your normal hotel breakfast. First room that was given to us, toom 225, had a busted AC unit. Went back to the front desk and was promptly given a different room. 115. Only complaint was kids jumping and running on the floor above us. Continued through 1am. Went to front desk to complain and ask if they could make them stop, but no one was at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes and no one ever came up. I have stayed here many, many times over the past year and this was the only bad experience I have had. It still wont deter me from staying here again. Great staff, clean and nice motel, and great location.
