Hotel was perfect, comfy, clean and right where we needed it. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the centre of Paris and lots of restaurants around. Metro Station directly opposite was perfect to reach some of the further areas. The front desk staff are very friendly and really made our stay wonderful. We enjoyed the spa a few times and breakfast was just perfect. I traveled alone (female) with my 12 year old daughter and the area (and hotel) felt very safe, even after dark. You can’t go wrong with this hotel, it added so much value to our trip.

This is my new favorite hotel in Paris. Great location and the staff is flawless. Kind, helpful and professional. I took the hotel breakfast the last day so I could use my last morning minutes for a walk. It was indeed delicious and again run by kind and professional staff. A most lovely and romantic property. Everything is spotless, very friendly and helpful staff, quaint and with a nice view into a little park. A bit noisy if you keep the windows/balcony doors open but that's to be expected anywhere in the city. Everything is working and in great shape. I'm a picky traveler and have no complaints whatsoever.
You can walk everything within 15 to 45 minutes, Eiffell tower is about 25. The area is somewhat residential so you'll find small shops and restaurants that are not all that 'touristy'.
You can't go wrong! Highly recommended!
Oh..and the metro access, taxies and EV charging are all in front of the hotel.
It's quite the perfect spot. This was our first visit to Paris and this was the perfect place!

We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel in August. 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel is a small property in an old heritage building across from Musée de Armee and a convenient walk from seine, Eiffel Tower and champ de Elyse along with other Paris attractions.
The hotel is in the diplomatic zone so lots of police are on constant patrol. Extremely safe.
The rooms are nice and air conditioned. The breakfast was sublime and the staff very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Will most certainly like to stay here again

The hotel is an older building and very different from modern luxury hotels in a good way. It has old fashioned charm , although our bathroom was newly renovated and modern, which we appreciated. Breakfast was served in a cozy basement nook, and it offered both buffet and table service for eggs as you like them and coffee and juice. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. And, they cheerfully spoke English. In fact, to our relief, all Parisians we met were willing to converse in English, unlike Paris of a few decades ago. Even restaurant menus in English are available .

The in room information was all well put together,

Especially during the hot summer months I think it would be beneficial to have a water cooler or carafe of water that people could use to fill their water bottles. A small thing that would be a much appreciated touch. Being told there was a cold water in the fridge in my room - two floors up in the heat - for purchase for 3 euros was the only slightly bum note in an otherwise brilliant stay.

Comfortable and elegant, with very friendly and helpful staff. Quirky elevator holds two people (just) and only goes up to second floor (we were on the top third floor), but didn't bother us, especially as the lady at reception helped us carry our bags all the way (thank you!) Fun decor in our room (Chagall). Situated right by the Metro and a pleasant walk to Invalides, Eiffel Tower or Musee D'Orsay. Parking 3 minutes walk away. This was a good choice for our family vacation.

Perfect boutique hotel!

One of the best experiences during the our whole trip! Have stayed in Paris hotels many times, but never have received such an amazing welcoming experience. Starting from the greeting received upon arrival with a very personable team and the exceptional spa experience. The room was perfect, starting with how clean it was, the comfy king bed and the champagne we ordered to our room, was the cherry on top. Would love to go back again to Paris and will definitely stay again!

It was a perfectly awful property. Paint chipping, dirty floors and baseboards, had to walk in dirt to get to front steps and they were filthy. I refused to stay there with my 10 year old grand daughter. Cancelled on the spot and found a much more suitable accommodation. Please do a little research on the properties you post. The photos looked amazing...but in real time it was just terrible.

My wife and I stayed here for nine nights. We were very pleased with our choice of hotels. Being Paris, there are cheaper places and certainly more expensive hotels. This hotel suited us perfectly.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. English was not a problem. Genuinely nice people.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and were able to use the elevator. Our room was large enough and very comfortable. We stayed in the Napoleon room. It overlooked the park and the metro station. The area is quiet at night. Quiet enough to leave the windows open at night.

The hotel has a breakfast room, a sitting room and a small courtyard. All very nice and comfortable.

The breakfast was very good. There were many buffet options: charcuterie meats and cheeses, chopped fruit, cold cereals, pastries, and breads. I ordered an omelette every morning with ham for 4 euros. I can only describe the choices as fantastic.

I have stayed in many other places while in Paris, but this is my permanent choice from now on. Wonderful staff, great location, a metro stop 60’ away, good food and wine, very comfortable room, very hot water, and a brassiere next door.

Unless one just likes spending big bucks on travel and accommodations, there is no reason to stay anywhere else. It was perfection for us.

We stayed here 1 night before an early depart in the morning. The person manning the desk was pleasant but wasn’t wearing a mask when we arrived and didn’t ask for proof of vaccination. This made my son uncomfortable. Additionally when asked if we could order an early breakfast as we had to leave before breakfast was served we were told no problem. We were handed the room service card and told to fill it out and hang it on the door. Come to find out the next morning that this was all wrong and we had to eat in the breakfast room. Aside from the miscommunication it was quite good.
The hotel was cozy and all otherwise. However our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator stops at 2. Also our room had a low gabled ceiling that was challenging for my family.
Location was fantastic.

The only main concern we had was the staff not wearing masks, including the housekeeping staff while cleaning the room. Disappointing stay. Overpriced hotel with distinctly average rooms. Room in poor condition with awful sound-proofing and dodgy plumbing. Terrible shower (attachment from a bath), no views from the room, tiny television. Cleaners materials left around the hotel corridors for most of the day. How this hotel can charge £200+ per night for this room is beyond me. Nice arrondissement of Paris though - lively with great bars and restaurants.

But - room was noisy and kept awake by bathroom issues from room next door. The next day our toilet flush didn’t work and despite reporting this no action was taken - had to fix it ourselves! Service from reception was poor and spa is tiny - the steam room was too cold, one item not working leaving only a shower, a heated bench and an ice “machine”.

Overall....... quirky and wanted to like it but ultimately disappointing.

Such a gorgeous property. We stayed for a short week in the Louis XIV Suite (with the red curtains). It was gorgeously appointed and very comfortable. Our room overlooked Rue de Grenelle, which was a quiet street at night. Across was a small park and there was a wonderful cafe right next door and another across the street. The entire property is clean, well-cared for, and we can't wait to return. The La Tour Marbourg Metro station on the 8 is right across the street. Unbelievably convenient!

Just fantastic - from the moment of booking the service was impeccable - friendly, professional and welcoming. The hotel is so quirky and luxurious without being pretentious in any way. Beds as so comfy and the breakfast is unbelievable - fresh cheeses, pastries, fruits, meats, pressed orange, wonderful coffee...
Location is perfect for getting everywhere by metro or on foot. Several good bistro and restaurants in walking distance. Quiet, safe area with a great vibe.

Good location very close to the metro and walkable to Eiffel Tower. The cafe next door was also very good. Quiet room. Lovely room with great theme and kitchenette.. unfortunately renovations on the room were incomplete with paint smell and no shower barrier. It was also difficult to control the air conditioning since the whole hotel heat/cool was determined from front desk - not per room, so was very hot at night.. we did ask about this and the front desk changed it for us, i.e the whole hotel, for one of the nights. The front desk was very helpful with information on how to get places and good places to visit. Liked the breakfast service too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay.

What a great hotel!!!! Location was amazing- we expected to use the metro more but we were a 20-30 walk from the Eiffel Tower & the Louvre so we just walked a lot. We were only around for a few days so we packed in a lot of sightseeing & never were able to make it to the spa- we were bummed about that! The staff was *amazing* at this hotel- Theo in particular was *so* friendly and helpful... easily the best concierge I've EVER experienced in all my years of traveling. Also, we don't usually touch the minibars in hotel rooms but the prices were fantastic on the few items they had - heineken beer for 3 euros!! The bathroom was spacious and inviting. Bed was comfortable (comforter was hot though). The only thing we didn't care for was the location of our room- we shared a wall with the front desk and and that wall was very thin. Not ideal for a romantic trip (ha), but we didn't want to be a bother and ask for a different room. We also didn't have much in the way of natural light from our window (it overlooked an enclosed shared common space). It got kinda hot in our room so we had to crack the door to the common space at night to get some cooler air to sleep, & sometimes we smelled cigarette smoke from the guests who were smoking on the patio. But overall this was a fantastic place to stay! Still a 5 star experience for us, especially considering how little time we were actually in the room! We would definitely return to this hotel (and hopefully make it to the spa next time).

This was our second stay at this hotel, we love it because it is quirky and not your typical corporate cloned hotel. The staff are like a small family and their pride in the hotel shows. The location is excellent too. We will definitely be returning for a third visit.

Can't wait to go back!

My sister and I loved staying at this small boutique hotel. It's been modernized with creature comforts but retains its aura of bygone days. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is more than adequate for what they charge and gives you a jump start to the day. Good coffee! Location is very convenient (directly across the street from a Metro station, one block from L'Invalide). Although only a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, the neighborhood seems more local. Lots of small shops and restaurants. Also just a few blocks to Rue Cler.

We stayed in the Marie Antoinette room - quite large for Paris with a large well-appointed bathroom. Can't wait to go back!

The staff was amazing in helping us around, arranging airport transportation, suggestions on sites and even booking our cruise. The only downside was the location of our room, but even that was not too bad. It was so close to everything. Plus the next door restaurant had some amazing crepes! Definitely would stay there again!

Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely boutique hotel in a convenient location. I stayed in one of the smaller rooms (Coco Chanel), which I nevertheless found well-appointed and comfortable. The staff are also fantastic!

We stayed in the leonardo di vinci room and it was great! I loved the decor and the staff was sol helpful. They helped us with so many things for our room and with breakfast. It's also right across the street from the train. I would def. stay here again!

The wonderful Hotel and Spa de Latour Maubourg

This hotel and staff, although small, were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful in support of their guests. We went with a group of ten and the staff supported us without question for our 9 days in Paris.
