Staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with a reservation that took 6 months to get resolved, The site implied you could get food and beverages however there was nothing on site.

Rayz Eiffel was the best hotel I could have stayed in for my first time in Paris. Location was great. Only a 8 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooftop view was spectacular. Breakfast was also really good.

Really good location to most of the attractions. The staff was excellent. They made sure our stay smooth. My only gripe is the hotel did not have air conditioning. luckily the weather was a little cool and we had a room that had a patio, so we were able to open the window. And the tub in the bathroom has one of those half shower doors so the water gets all on the floor. Other than that, I would recommend

Bonjour! This is a lovely boutique hotel which aims to accommodate the type of stay their guest desires. It is very posh, in a classy, elegant style. The room amenities are spot on, the bed cozy, and a lovely layout in the superior room. Many local shops nearby, easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, which you can see the top of from the street side of the hotel. If you prefer a quiet night in, room service was excellent and fast. I only wish there were a few more beverage options. The staff was excellent! They will engage and help as much or as little as you need. I definitely will be back!

This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Paris. My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at Rayz Eiffel and loved the hotel's charm and thoughtful amenities. Everyone at Rayz was helpful and friendly, and the views from the rooftop patio can't be beat! Our balcony room offered city views and fresh air, and the room was welcoming to come home to after a long day of walking around the city. We'd stay at Rayz Eiffel next time we're in Paris, highly recommend to others looking to book a hotel in the 7th!

This hotel was small, clean, super close to the Metro M8 station which was really nice and convenient and the staff was great. They have a rooftop patio that you have a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower! We loved sitting up there at night and look around the city and that. They provided a large bottle of free water in the room which was nice. It has a fridge, microwave, stovetop and hair dryer. We would stay here again for sure!

Everything we could have imagined and more. The view from our room was spectacular - Eiffel Tower felt like it was right there. Absolutely incredible. The rooftop was also fantastic with more incredible views. The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. I actually left my phone in the car that dropped us from the airport and the gentleman at the front desk was not only apologetic and genuinely concerned but also attempted to call the company and sent an email on my behalf. Phone found! We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and design from the lobby to our room. Just perfect. They also recommended a great and reliable car service for you and from the airport. Highly recommend. Only wish we had longer to stay! Thank you and hope to return in the future.

I booked this place primarily due to the location, just 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, and the need to just have a nice bed for the night as we'd be out all day sightseeign and eating at the local restaurants, so we did not need any hotel facilities such as bar of restaurant.
The room was well equiped with a small kitchette, so great for storing drinks and food for snacks etc. (there was a supermarket a few yards away)
The blackout curtains worked too well - 1st day we overslept till noon !!! Made sure to set alarms after that !

My overall experience was wonderful. All staff members were very friendly. The room I booked had a little balcony where I could sit which was very nice. You can also go to rooftop to take a picture of Eiffel Tower! The only thing I wish it could have been better is the room was kind of dusty which triggered my allergies. Other than that it’s got a good location, next to lots of restaurants and walking distance to Eiffel Tower which is fantastic.

The staff was very nice, but the room itself was not good. I booked a room with a king bed and a Queen pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed did not pull out. There were no extra pillows or blankets for that available in the room or at the front desk. The toilette offerings were mixed up with shampoo not being in the shower but next to the sink. The heat in the room was on full blast making the room like a sauna and even changing the thermostat didn’t make much difference. The lighting in the room was still very dim. The staff was very helpful in ordering a taxi and the rooftop view was very nice.

The breakfast was simple yet so satisfying. It was the best part of the day. Waking up to make a baquette with ham, cheese, and butter. It was fresh and we enjoyed it. Hotel was situated 2min walk to the metro. Very convenient. Also we found it was one block from Rue de Cler. Street filled with restaurants and cafes. Loved the staff. The location was perfect walking distance to Eiffel Tower and the Seine river, lots of restaurants down Rue Cler(famous street), and metro is few steps away. Ubers within minutes and the front desk arranged taxi no problem. The roof top view of the Eiffel tower was magnificent Cant wait to come back!

The hotel was in an amazing location! We could see the eiffel tower right outside our room. And its close to many wonderful eating locations. Room service each morning was a plus and we had everthing we needed in the room! My only concern was the rooftop access. Being on the top floor 2x in 5 days I opened the door and someone was standing right there, people were confused on how to get to the actual rooftop for sitting. Would recommend this location to anyone!

This hotel was located in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the tower, the metro station was up the street, and food/stores were everywhere. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was small as to be expected for a boutique style hotel, but was clean. You can sit on the balcony of your room. Although the hotel was on a street, it was not noisy and you can definitely sleep in. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They also provide breakfast every morning.

A very good choice near the Eiffel Tower, the view from the room cannot see the Eiffel Tower, but it is viewable from the roof. A lot of tourist shops and many food options as you get closer to the Eiffel Tower (about a 15 minute walk). Close to the Metro and a very good option for two people. The A/C is not super strong, but overall would recommend!

The hotel was in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Also within a very short distance, there are a lot of small restaurants on the alleyway. And back of the hotel at first, they are kind of hidden. But very well worth the effort to get back there. Room was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit to Paris! It was close to many of the sites, and just a couple minutes walk to the subway station. The location was fantastic with an idyllic Paris street just behind it, with multiple markets, cafes and a boulangerie. Rayz Eiffel was an amazingly beautiful boutique hotel! It’s in the heart of Paris where you can walk to the Eiffel Tower walk to many restaurants walk to tourist sites or easily catch the subway or an Uber. The restaurants around the hotel were amazing. The staff was great the room, although small, was clean, very cute and had French doors where you can open it for a French doors where you can open it for a fresh air! It was cleaned every day. I highly recommend including the breakfast in your package. It was a great snack to have before heading out to do tourist activities. Communication was great and responsive. The rooftop is great with great views of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend this place. All of the staff was amazing! Thank you for a great stay!!!

It wasn’t near about worth the money. The view of the Eiffel Tower was minimal. The room was tiny, shower head wouldn’t stay up. Bed was uncomfortable. For $550+ I expected a lot more. Get something cheaper. Also, the AC and fan don’t work. It is probably worth 150-200 Euro at best, with the view. Pick another spot

The location is superb, just around the corner from Rue Cler. The street that the property is on is very quiet; I'm a very light sleeper, but with the blackout curtains and quiet road, I required neither my earplugs nor my eyemask to get 8+ hours of sleep every night.
My only concern is that the front desk is not staffed overnight (from midnight to 8 or 9 am). As a single woman traveling alone this was of particular concern. There is a disclaimer regarding a \"limited-hour front desk\" under property details, but I was unaware of this until after my arrival (perhaps this is customary for boutique hotels in Paris or continental Europe in general, but as a frequent traveler in large US cities, I have not previously encountered this). Having known that now, I would not book this property again.
