An excellent place to make your home base for Paris exploration. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Hotel des Invalides as well as Metro and Bus stops to venture away from the 7th. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and cozy room and access to the rooftop to take in some views. Note: we did not take advantage of breakfast, but it was a thoughtful offer. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredible. We had a leak in our shower, it was fixed so fast. They were very nice, fun to talk to, and always willing to help. This hotel is an absolute gem in Paris. If you want to stay south of the River Seine stay here. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, as well as cafes, restaurants, pharmacy,...etc. We are already planning our return next year, and we will definitely book the Rayz Eiffel Hotel.

This property was a cute boutique hotel. Excellent customer service at the desk. Beautiful view of the Eiffel tower from our room. This hotel is close to most sites you want to visit. My favorite was Rue Clear behind the hotel. Plenty of places to eat and markets with fresh fruits and vegetables. There was a market that had freshly squeezed orange juice. It was delicious!

The location of this property is fantastic! You are a 10 to 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. The closest Metro is 2 minutes and its Miliary Ecole on line 8. Rue Cler is 2 minutes with awesome shops and food options. Staff was top notch and most of then were fluent in English which was helpful. We were welcomed with a fresh croissant at check in and complimentary bottle of wine in the room. We also had a complimentary breakfast delivered to the room the first morning which was lovely. The room had a nice size refrigerator with a small freezer and a microwave with some basic dishes and silverware provided. It also has a stove top with burners. The one odd thing was no ice cubes to be found anywhere. If you want ice cubes bring an ice cube tray so you can make your own. We started freezing bottles of water and then breaking them up for cubes for our water bottles. There is a nice roof top terrace that has tables and chairs and some couches. Great for take out dinner and a nice view of the Eiffel tower. If you want to see the sunrise you need to make arrangements as its only open 830 Am to 1130 PM. Know however that everyone in France smokes and they do it openly and proudly. There are ashtrays,discarded cigarettes and smoke everywhere. We found restaurants to be very challenging in this regard. Its like the US in the 1970s with smoky haze. Our room did not smell like smoke, but it smoke is an issue, I would ask for a non smoking room. The elevator is tiny and very slow.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 12 jours au Rayz Eiffel début mai et honnêtement, nous aurions voulu y rester encore plus longtemps.

Après presque deux semaines sur place, nous avons vraiment eu l’impression de vivre Paris plutôt que simplement la visiter. L’emplacement est absolument exceptionnel : un quartier élégant, sécuritaire et vivant, rempli de petits cafés, boulangeries et restaurants magnifiques ( gros coup de cœur pour l’Auberge Bressane ) recommandée par une locale… , tout en restant calme et paisible le soir. Pouvoir marcher jusqu’à la Tour Eiffel presque chaque jour était un privilège incroyable.
L’hôtel est impeccable, raffiné et extrêmement confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le style boutique-hôtel intime, la qualité de la literie. Chaque détail semble pensé pour que les voyageurs se sentent chez eux.
Un immense merci également à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme.
Le rooftop avec sa vue sur la Tour Eiffel ajoute une touche magique à l’expérience. Prendre un moment là-haut en fin de journée avec un verre de champagne restera l’un de nos beaux souvenirs de ce voyage.

Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour parisien. Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs du Rayz Eiffel et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir. 🇫🇷✨

If you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower this is the right hotel as its maybe a 5 min walk from the hotel.

A couple of notes that I didn't know when I was booking, that the breakfast is all room service for breakfast and you pick it each day and they come certain times starting at 6am until 9am.Another thing that would of been helpful to know that the airport shuttle is not included in the prices when you are booking.Yes, there is a fixed rate but still something that would of been nice to know. The walls are very paper thin. There is a max of 4 rooms on each floor with a very tiny elevator that takes you up.

The staff were very helpful and greeting each time I walked in. There was someone always there.

Overall for only 4 nights it was not worth the price that I paid. I thought i would of gotten a better assortment for breakfast and going down to have breakfast rather than having it come to my room each morning and someone waking me up at the certain time that you choose. Having the airport shuttle apart of the price would have been better rather paying additional fees on top of what I already paid.

Everything was perfect except the size of the rooms. They are extremely small and no draws or closet space so we needed to live out of our luggage. The staff on the other hand was the best you could ask for. So kind and helpful and always went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Location was perfect. Close to a great little shopping area and cafes. Next door to the best breakfast spot in Paris (Kozy). Walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and so much more. Overall a near perfect experience.

Hotel is in the perfect location less than 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower so many restaurants in the area for breakfast and for dinner. The staff was so helpful with helping keeping bags booking taxis and answering any questions we had. The room was an upgraded room with a balcony which is a small balcony but holds two people not a full balcony but nice enough to sit and relax unfortunately it was raining when we were there but bathroom perfect size bed was comfortable good enough for two people enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Rayz’s location is ideal for a stay in Paris! The room was clean and tended to daily including fresh towels. The breakfast was very good as long as you understand what to expect- it is a continental breakfast with breads, spreads, ham, cheeses and drinks. Delivery to the room was friendly and prompt. The food was very fresh. The only downsides for us were that the room is very dark. There was no good lighting to apply makeup anywhere. There is a “makeup” mirror in the bathroom that has a motion sensor light which was not reliable, but the mirror was a magnifying mirror anyway. There was a mirror on the closet door, too, but again no lighting near the closet. We just wished there was a light over the bathroom sink was all. Also, the temperature control in our room didn’t seem to work. That was not too big of a deal since it was May and not too hot or too cold outside either. We managed. The 6th floor terrace has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and some seating to enjoy a drink. There is no restaurant on the 6th floor though - I am not sure why I thought there was but if you see any information about there being a restaurant at this hotel, that is not accurate. Overall, I would recommend staying here. We had a lovely time and felt very safe in this neighborhood.

This was my second stay at the Ray's Eiffel and I was not disappointed.The people are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room is not too small compared to most in Paris. The kitchenette is a great asset. Even though the area is touristy I like it very much and everything is very safe and convenient.There is a metro station( Ecole Militaire )close by. My special thanks go to Linda and Jeremy who are both helpful and sweet. I hope to return next year for a third stay.

Very nice boutique hotel. The location is excellent with bus and metro stops within a block or two. Lots of good restaurants and food stores within easy walking distance.

The room itself was nice and modern and we especially liked the small kitchen setup (microwave, refrigerator, mini cooktop, dishware/utencils) which enhanced our stay.

I would point out that the hotel basically has no common public areas. There is a small lobby area with a sofa and a rooftop terrace with a few tables. There was no phone in the room to communicate with the front desk and there was not a peep hole in the room’s door to see who was at the door. Minor things. Overall, I liked the place and thought it was a decent value.

We had a great stay at Rayz Eiffel in Paris. What stood out most was the excellent staff, especially a young Black man whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and spoke English very well, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable.

He welcomed us with croissants, provided us with a charger converter, and whenever we needed anything, he accommodated us quickly and kindly. His professionalism and warmth made a big difference in our experience.

We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you want a much better view of the tower, they have a rooftop! The best time is at night and the Eiffel tower lights up every hour for like 5min - pretty amazing! The “interconnecting rooms” are actually 2 separate rooms - located on a corner of the building with a 3rd door between the doors of each room that can be closed to get that “interconnecting rooms” set up. No parking on site but there is a parking lot available with a €50/day fee about one block away from the hotel. It’s also close to public transportation.
There is an alley/passage way next to the hotel that leads to Rue Cler street - it’s very charming with lots of options to cafes, little markets, bakeries, souvenir shops (a little cheaper than those in the more touristy areas), and can even find an Aldi store!

Cafe du Marche is HIGHLY recommended!!! Great food and drinks, and not pricey at all!

The street called Rue de L’Universite is one of the best closer views of the Eiffel Tower, esp at night!

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel, and would go back if we visit Paris again 😍

My only gripe is the hotel did not have air conditioning. luckily the weather was a little cool and we had a room that had a patio, so we were able to open the window. The room amenities are spot on, the bed cozy, and a lovely layout in the superior room. Many local shops nearby, easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, which you can see the top of from the street side of the hotel. If you prefer a quiet night in, room service was excellent and fast. I only wish there were a few more beverage options. The staff was excellent! They will engage and help as much or as little as you need. I definitely will be back!

This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Paris. My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at Rayz Eiffel and loved the hotel's charm and thoughtful amenities. Everyone at Rayz was helpful and friendly, and the views from the rooftop patio can't be beat! Our balcony room offered city views and fresh air, and the room was welcoming to come home to after a long day of walking around the city. We'd stay at Rayz Eiffel next time we're in Paris, highly recommend to others looking to book a hotel in the 7th!

This hotel was small, clean, super close to the Metro M8 station which was really nice and convenient and the staff was great. They have a rooftop patio that you have a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower! We loved sitting up there at night and look around the city and that. They provided a large bottle of free water in the room which was nice. It has a fridge, microwave, stovetop and hair dryer. We would stay here again for sure!

Everything we could have imagined and more. The view from our room was spectacular - Eiffel Tower felt like it was right there. Absolutely incredible. The rooftop was also fantastic with more incredible views. The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. I actually left my phone in the car that dropped us from the airport and the gentleman at the front desk was not only apologetic and genuinely concerned but also attempted to call the company and sent an email on my behalf. Phone found! We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and design from the lobby to our room. Just perfect. They also recommended a great and reliable car service for you and from the airport. Highly recommend. Only wish we had longer to stay! Thank you and hope to return in the future.
