We enjoyed our stay here.

Location - we chose this epcifically for its proximity to the Eiffel Tower. It is less than 5 minutes to view the Eiffel Tower and about 10 to reach it. During the winter holidays, a winter market is on the other side of the tower and also within walking distance. The hotel is a short walk from a Metro station, making it easy to get to other sites throughout the city.

Our room was beautiful! We ended up on the first flower with access to an outdoor space (LOVED it!). Our bathroom was spacious and well set up.

The only not-so-great aspect was that we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle, not realizing it is a paid service (in addition to your room), but that’s on me for assuming!

Overall, we would stay here again and recommend! Great value for a wonderfully located and beautiful room in Paris!

Overall, our stay has been really great. The room was spacious for us. They honored all the request we’ve ask and we’re really grateful for that. The lady at the front desk who check us in (I forgot her name) :( was very nice and helpful. The location was superb. We were close by a metro and the bus stop. I would definitely recommend! :)

I think the only improvement I might want to suggest is their breakfast buffet. I had better breakfast food from other hotels in Paris than this one. Overall, the stay was phenomenal tho.

It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and quick take out places. It’s very quiet, I couldn’t hear any other guest in their rooms or in hallways. I enjoyed the breakfast it was very good and the kitchen staff were very nice and welcoming. Front desk staff very helpful and nice.

Our previous trip to Paris, we had stayed in the hotel across the road, so we knew the area. This hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the bathtub, which we both used every day. It's in walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides.
Lots of fantastic restaurants near by, our favorite this time was the Auberges Bressagne - highly recommend this place, but reservations are a must.
Also, fully recommend this hotel.

We were very happy with our stay. We arrived in Paris early in the morning and, as expected, our room wasn’t ready yet. However, the staff kindly stored our luggage, and when we returned later in the afternoon, it had already been placed in our room. Both the room and bathroom were spotless. A pleasant surprise was that the drinks in the minibar were complimentary-something I’ve never experienced before. My only small complaint was the electrical outlet: while there was a US-to-European converter in the bathroom, it didn’t work with my curling iron. The hotel’s location was ideal-within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, just a stroll to Rue Cler for great food and restaurants, and with convenient access to public transit.

This hotel is amazing and is in easy reach of most of the tourist attractions along with the subway/bus. Really convenient
Check in was amazing. The staff were super helpful and did everything to let me check in early. It was very much appreciated. They sorted the city tax and at this point told me how much I needed to pay
The room was the best room in the hotel l thought - floor 5 with a balcony. There were stunning views of the city - the weather was cold but it was amazing to sit out with a coffee on a morning. This room had complimentary refreshments in the mini fridge which was stocked up everyday. Everything I needed - I couldn't have asked for more. I really did have a wonderful stay - there is always someone on hard to help and their English was great.
I would have rated this stay 5/5 but the check out was horrendous. 3 members of staff stating I owe more city tax than what was already paid for an additional night that I had already paid for. I refused to pay this extra rubbish and 2 of them started talking in French thinking I didn't have a clue what was being said. Shameful response from them - especially that one of them was the manager. The young lady was very professional and polite but the guys were rude and obnoxious. This really did put a dampener on my amazing stay. I eventually walked away and left. I don't feel that having staff members bully customers is appropriate. I couldn't imagine how intimidating this could have been to a single female. Overall great

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the best things about it was its fantastic location—just a short walk to the metro, which made it incredibly convenient to explore all the popular parks and attractions in the city. The Eiffel Tower was also within walking distance, which was such a treat!

The staff were amazing—helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. They really made me feel at home. My room was comfortable, clean, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Great convenient area to walk into the pain area to Eiffel Tower, loads of cafes, restaurants and shops local, staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much to ask for. The hotel is located in the 7th arrondissement which is a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance of great restaurants and boutique shops as well as the M8 metro line. It was very convenient to get around Paris by train or bus from this location. The hotel itself is well adorned and clean. The rooms are on the small side but apt for the cost. The mini-fridge is stocked free-of-charge every day. The bedding and pillows are comfortable. The bathrooms are nicely currated. I would stay at this establishment again.

My room was located directly off lobby and it was keep you awake aloud at times. Hotel employees would stand outside and smoke and this smell would come into the room. Lastly, the shower would leak water all the way into the carpeting. I think the other rooms in this hotel might be nice but my experience was pretty bad.

I was given the room literally right behind the reception desk for my ten night stay. The walls were obviously not soundproofed as I could here everything going on in the lobby as well as in the room next door. Noise was constant, even throughout the night. Manager offered to move me to another room after three or four nights, but I figured what was the point, as other rooms were probably not soundproofed either. Initially staff made no effort to accommodate my request for another room. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Really mediocre. There’s a reason it’s the cheapest thing on Expedia.

We found a gem! We stayed for 10 days. This small and hidden surprise. The staff was so kind and thoughtful. The location was a 2 minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. You can see the tower from our street. The hotel stocks the fridge with cold drinks in your room daily (no extra charge). Unlimited coffee and water refills. (Water at restaurants was about 10$ a bottle). Breakfast Buffett daily helped with keeping my son happy. Reception was at the front desk 24hr a day. Cafes right next to the hotel as well as small grocery stores and quick food stops. They greeted us with a bag of Eiffel Tower gummies and a plate of Macaroons with a sweet welcome note.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend!

This is a top notch hotel! I am totally a Marriott person but couldn’t find a property that was in an area where we wanted to be for our first time in Paris. The location on Hotel Le Tourville can not be beat. You are about a 14 minute walk from the Eiffle Tower. All the restaurants around the area that we tried were great! You are also really close to the train to get around. We loved everything about this hotel and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This hotel was beyond expectations. Yes the reviews were good and swayed my decision to book but WOW. The front desk staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming and helped to make my stay. The hotel lobby and lounge were very inviting and I felt like I was in a nice cozy family home. I got a room on the first floor facing the street and was surprised how quiet the room was during the night. Room was clean, bed was great and bathroom was pristine. Location is great, about 20 to 30 min walk to all major areas and great food options close by.

Some feedback I would share is that noise from other rooms and the lobby downstairs did trail and made for some disruption. The door slamming was a challenge and would be nice if sound proofing was considered in the future.

I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The perfect hotel for a Treat Yourself Solo Vacay

I loved this small, quiet and clean hotel. When I arrived I was greeted by Chris and Rosanne and they were so cheerful and happy to see me. My room was quiet, clean and I was met with a hand written welcome and a kiwi juice. The air conditioning was such a blessing! Pulse there was a big bottle of water, a Coke and sparkling water for free in my room’s refrigerator. They phoned me to see if I was settled in and it was very quick and easy to get an iron and ironing board brought to me room. I loved my street view of Paris and I was so happy to have a sound dock to enjoy my music and podcasts. There were 2-3 channels I could understand on the TV & since I payed for breakfast in advance, I enjoyed that daily. The breakfast room is a cozy basement room with beautiful lighting and a TV. The buffet, juices and coffee fueled me daily. The staff working there was always nice. It was easy to walk a block and get a taxi and there were tons of restaurants and stores (grocery, liquor and pharmacy) within 1-2 blocks. It’s an easy and safe (even at night) walk to the Eiffel Tower (and all of the cute restaurants en route) and back. I am so happy I chose this hotel!

We loved our stay at Hotel Le Tourville. Great staff, very friendly. Comfortable beds. We stayed in the junior suite, perfect set-up with our teenage son. They also coordinated Charles DeGaulle airport pick up for us.
Super convenient walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler area, and Ecole Militaire metro stop. Several nice cafes close; we started off 2 mornings with croissants at Bretteau Sebastien bakery.
I knocked off 1 star on the property condition because our room blinds didn’t totally block the windows
Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

I spent two nights at this hotel for a work trip and it was perfect. I took the single room that turned out to be on the ground floor next to reception, so but I was never bothered by noise and the room was well appointed and cosy. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, who were super friendly and it felt like a haven of tranquility and calm close to all the best sights of Paris. Will book again.
