I cannot say enough good things about this property, the location. The room itself was just remarkable, the service from the employees at the front desk was beyond compare. Everything we needed was in walking distance. From the Eiffel Tower to the cute shopping District of Rue Cler. We were very close to the metro which we used frequently, this location, this hotel truly are the Gateway to Paris. We love the coffee maker in our room so much when we got home we bought one. Highly recommend this hotel.

We spent 2 nights here in the Duplex room. We were escorted to our room by the receptionist who showed us where the breakfast room was and what times it was available. When in the room she showed us how to use all the lights and electric curtains and then left us to get ready for dinner.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them to do. The breakfast area was small and a fairly small selection but all very nice and clearly high quality produce and freshly squeezed fruit juice.
The hotel was fairly close to most things but if you don’t want to walk 10-15mins then UBER’s were quick to get to the hotel and even when taxi’s were called they arrived in a couple of minutes.
Unfortunately we didn’t have chance to try the spa. Fantastic hotel and will stay here again if we come back to Paris.

The hotel location is great, very modern and new. Unfortunately, the AC does not work well and the room was hot, they didn't replace a light for 2 days on the bed that kept us up one night, we asked for them to make a simple dinner reservation and they said they don't do that. Again, the property was great but for 5 stars, they treated us more like a 2 star hotel.

This is a cute hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are quite big for Paris. We loved the views of the Hotel des Invalides and being near Rue Cler which is so quaint. They gave us a free bottle of wine along with some chocolates which was a nice touch.

Its location was absolutely perfect—conveniently close to the subway, making airport transfers and accessing local sightseeing a breeze. My stay was absolutely wonderful. As a solo female traveler making her very first voyage outside of North America, on what could be described as a “spiritual journey” I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice in properties. Beginning two weeks prior to arrival the concierge staff was the epitome of hospitable, welcoming and helpful in ways I could never have expected. They were so very gracious in assisting me with restaurant recommendations and reservations, transportation needs and most importantly instilling in me the expectation of a truly warm welcome. After starting my trip with a stay at a different property in the 1st arrondissement I was picked up by a Le Cinq Codet vehicle with a driver that went above expectations and provided a charming, highly knowledgeable and very welcome history lesson on my previous stays property and all the sights along our route as I was transferred to their location in the 7th arrondissement. They accommodated an early check-in and had my room ready with a lovely acknowledgement that the day of my arrival was also my birthday. There was competent and courteous staff available at all hours. The properties location was stunning as were all the facilities. Upon falling ill on my last day they went above and beyond to send someone out to procure a thermometer for me, offered to arrange medical assessment and checked in on me regularly. Time and again they went above d beyond.

Le Cinq Was A Nice Hotel. Had A Few Issues Though. The Food At The Restaurant Was Not Good,Ordered Some Salmon To Only Find Out It Was Raw Salmon. Tried to send it back and they wouldn’t refund it. Manager told me to “know what I’m ordering before I order it”. Others where checked up on and food was served to them before us and we was there first. I believe it was cause we were Americans. 2nd the room was nice I paid for a Valentine’s Day decoration for the room in my opinion it was nice but not worth the price they asked for to do it it was kinda half way done. The TV had the wrong name on it it was a different couple that kinda killed the mood. The bathroom shower drains really slow if you take long showers it will spill out to the middle of the floor. Overall the Le Cinq was just okay. They need to tidy up on a few things to be considered 4-5 star hotel

Another day it took 45 minutes to prepare an omelet, which ended up being cooked by the waiter. Clearly short-staff, one disapproving manager walked through the area, but couldn't be bothered to help.

I had a wonderful time, they brought to my service immediately. Within minutes I had all requests, it is a 10-15 minute drive to eiffel tower and Arc. There is no traffic there so amazing compared to other hotels with so many cars running through. Definitely worth staying, I got the duplex room which was big and spacious.

When we returned later, we found that some of our luggage had been given to different guests. We later found our luggage when we ran into other guests returning to the lobby with our bags.
