Nice hotel located lil bit away from busy city center, but extremely convenient to get to via nearby train takes like 20 minutes). Good breakfast options (really recommend getting breakfast included in your stay), good food overall. Nice staff, good spacious rooms for really competitive price. Highly recommend to any travelers coming to Krakow.

Everything was perfect. It was right next to a railway station, had it's own excellent restaurant and a supermarket next door. The room was large and had superb facilities. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I can't praise the staff and food enough. Fabulous!

Room with supper: only one choice of main dish, one of vegetable, two choices of soups.

Eating in the restaurant took us one hour and ten minutes of waiting after we had ordered. The soups were warm. We had to go looking for the waitress all the time.

The rooms we had were large, had lots of space for stuffs, had two small sofas and a chair. The shower doors would open easily if you touch them accidentally while taking the shower.

Great !

Went for a short break - cannot complain. Room was spacious. Didn't feel it was cleaned the best but it was livable. The location was okay, if you like walking you will be fine, bus-stop is nearby as well as the train station (didn't use it) Bar prices are okay, there is a small supermarket which has all the things you may need. The staff don't smile much but the bar server Marcin and his colleague were amazing. So friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Desk staffers spoke English and were helpful.. The breakfast bar was fantastic with multiple varieties of eggs, meats, breads, veggies, etc. at a bargain price. The location is great, just steps from the train station that offers service to Krakow and airport. A well-stocked grocery store shares the parking lot. The only quirk was the refusal of some desk clerks to connect incoming calls to my room, which was a major inconvenience as U.S. cell phones don't work in Europe.

New hotel not run by great hoteliers

Couldnt manage to give me an extra half hour for check out. Eeery light in hall ways maybe they are saving on electricity and coal burning, which is a good thing. Excellent breakfast. Bed was really comfortable. Many groups of Chinese tour buses. Weddings on the weekends and they keep the old dead flowers on the table afterwards.

This hotel is not close to the city.
The breakfast is so so overall a C.
In two different occasions a hotel staff who was not a housekeeping opened our door without knocking and any reason.
There was only one English TV station from china. We will never go back

Unique and Functional

Hotel Lenart provided a unique experience, especially since we booked the \"blue room\"... with an underwater/beach theme. The room was functional and still pleasing with good lighting, sound control, A/C, and set-up. It was easy to get where you needed to in the hotel... and outside, just a hop, skip, and jump to the train into Krakow!!! Also, a pleasant walk to the salt mine adventure.
The staff was accommodating and pleasant.
The breakfast and dining facilities were excellent.

Hard to beat and only 20 mins from central Krakow

This is a great choice if you don't want to stay in the middle of town; the benefits of being outside are huge. You'll have a large room, free use of the terrific spa for an hour each day, a fabulous breakfast buffet included, a supermarket literally next door, wonderful rural surroundings to walk through, and a delightful ride by modern train (2 minutes from the hotel front door) into town when you want to go. You will be only one minute by train in the other direction from the station for the salt mine tours.

For the price we paid this is a \"no brainer\" choice, a very modern, comfortable four star + hotel with a delightful arty feeling to it. Go and stay there before everyone discovers it!

Fun Kraków Hotel

The hotel was new, fun and a nice place to stay. You can connect to central Kraków and Auschwitz by train. The train connection is a short walking distance from the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff people. Good breakfast. Our safe had problems and one bed lamp did not work. Great value.

A good place to stay in Wielicka or Krakow.

A well-maintained and modern hotel with a few antique pieces of furniture in the lobby for a neat feel. The room is modern and clean. The beds are a little firm for my taste, and the bathroom looks like a metro station, but that's really more aesthetics than anything. We were on the floor above the lobby, and there was a wedding or event downstairs that kept us up with its music until very late the first night. But no major problems aside from that. The restaurant is good, not great, and the staff is quite pleasant. There is a supermarket in the same parking lot, which is really convenient for snack and drink needs.

The decor of the hotel caught my interest. It is quite original but not overbearing. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast, served in a wonderfully spacious dining room, was tops. Going into the city was easy because the train station is situated just behind the establishment.

Unique contemporary hotel

Unique hotel less than 10 mins. walking distance from the Wieliczka salt mine. It's very hip and high concept modern design in all aspects (visuals, lighting, furniture, music) so older patrons looking for traditional accommodations may find it a bit outside of their preferred taste, but younger travellers are definitely in for a pleasant surprise. Breakfast comes with a lot of choices and is served in a beatiful bright dining room.

Lovely hotel, a bit different from other spa like accommodation in the town. Was a bit further out of the centre of town than we hoped, but then parking was free and we could leave our car all day for free once we'd checked out.

the beds are awful as hard as plywood. the service stuff was great but if you book a spa double check that they understand you. we book a massage and the stuff thought a spa which is just a steam jacuzzi spa which we did not want. shld have double check the order but when we got there no massage was booked.
hotel cleanliness is ok. they don't vacuum which we know already because you would s till see the same dirt before you leave and after. very art deco modern style building. rooms are huge as far as workout room, no workout room available but they could have said on there site that there is a running track and an outdoor field accross from the hotel. it is very close to a grocery/supermarket (50 m or 10 yards) away from the hotel

Roadtrip to Krakow

Hotel was great for our visit to the salt mine and Krakow. Rooms are large and modern compared to most hotels we've stayed at throughout Europe. We had a 5 min drive to the salt mine and were able to take the train into Krakow as a station is right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great each morning.

Gutes Frühstück, man hat die Bahnhaltestelle direkt um die Ecke und man kann zu Fuß die Saline erreichen. Das Frühstück war auch super. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen könnte. Es hat sich etwas stickig im Zimmer angefühlt, aber für 3 Nächte war es in Ordnung.

A Hotel tiszta, jól felszerelt, de voltak napok, amikor a szoba nem volt teljesen rendbetéve. A légkondícionáló berendezéssel mindkét bérelt szobánkban apróbb gond volt, de ezt jelzésünkre rendbehozták. A Hotel a külvárosban, egykori ipari területen létesült, így a környék is némileg leharcolt.

This hotel is nice, staff are nice and breakfast is good. Location is convenient for Krakow and surrounding area if you have a car. The bed was very comfortable but trouble is the room was very stuffy and hot and there is no possibility to open a window as its just one big pane of glass. Also could not regulate the temperature with the thermostat, it could only be set for heating....

Is ten zuiden gelegen van krakow - speciaal gekozen om dan verder zuidwaarts door te reizen naar Zakopane (berggebied). In het restaurant hebben we er superlekker gegeten - ook het ontbijtbuffet was ruim en afwisselend. Onze kamer was zeer ruim en modern van design - badkamer was prima. Er is een ruime gratis parking en naast het hotel/restaurant is er een superette. Vanuit het hotel kun je te voet naar de zoutmijnen stappen.

Il Soggiorno è stato molto buono, l’unica cosa che mi fa strano è come possa una Reception di un Hotel non avere i prezzi di tutti i servizi che offre..
Cosa intendo: Appena arrivato nella struttura ho fatto il check-in, sono salito in camera ho lasciato le mie cose e ritorno in Reception per chiedere quanto costasse fare i massaggi nella struttura visto che offrivano di un servizio Spa.
