Our room was terribly noisy, to the pint we absolutely couldn’t sleep, we stayed one night out of three and checked out early. We tried 3 times to change rooms, asking reception and also emailing but wasn’t offered any alternatives until when chose to leave - then offered a room that needed renovations. It was very disappointing and there is no way I would recommend this as a place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Lwowska 1 very much. The experience exceeded my expectation.

The room was very clean. It was facing the quiet street with a large window which could be opened wide. It was precious to me as I needed fresh air from time to time. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. I was very impressed.

When I checked in, I was curious if I could secure the attic room because it looked interesting. I was, however, advised that the attic room was one grade below the room I had reserved, so it probably would not be a good idea. Mark, a very helpful staff member, upon my request showed me the attic room in person to allow me to decide what I wanted to do. He was very kind and helpful. I loved the attic room on the 4th floor, but decided to stay in the room I had originally reserved on the 1st floor.

I only managed to dine in the hotel restaurant once. The food was marvellous, and I managed to enjoy the hotel guest discount.

The location of the hotel is amazing. I walked to the Old Town many times during my stay, each journey was just about 20-25 minutes. Basically, it was just a simple walk on the Main Street and GPS was rarely used once I took the route once. I could also do a variation of the walk by walking on the famous bridge- the views at night were breathtaking. Also, it took less than 20 minutes to the Main Street market. Or, I could take the trams, which was nicely priced.

Loved the gym and the sauna.

A marvellous experience.

This hotel is in walking distance to old town and is on the edge (I think) of the historic Jewish Quarter. So much history to see as we walked every day (5) we didn’t have a tour. Husband got his fill of ancestor history and I got my fill of drooling over polish pottery.
The cleaners were quiet and efficient the restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to a tram stop and within walking distance of the Old Town. We had a spacious, comfortable room. There was a very good choice at the breakfast buffet and an adjoining restaurant for other meals. The underground car park at the hotel was very convenient.

Best hotel in krakow

A wonderful stay in a brilliant area of krakow.

We have visited krakow around 30 times and Lwowska 1 is the best hotel we've stayed in.

Breakfast was fantastic and the room we had was spacious. We heard no noise from other rooms, the only noise came from trams but we got used to the noise quite quickly.

Location is excellent, 1 min from the tram stop that takes you to kazmierez in one stop or 5 stops to Rynek.

Fantastic hotel

Lwowska 1 is a fantastic hotel. It has large rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet, a premium restaurant on site and a spa. It also has an underground parking. Its location is excellent. It is walking distance from Oskar Schilndlet’s factory and a short taxi ride to the old town.it is a great place to stay while visiting Krakow.

Clean and cheap for what it is. However we found the bed to be too firm and it was not a nice sleep for 3 nights. The duvet is also super thin. Almost like it’s just a duvet cover and no duvet. Gave next to no warmth so we had the heating on at night time.

Very nice

Really large room given the price. Clean and good location, not too far walk to the jewish quarter and main square. Small shop just along the road for convenience. Nice and clean. Air con not the best onna hot trip but not something id hold against the place.

First ,the hotel price is very low compared with other hotels in Krakow. But I don’t recommend. Especially,you are on a business trip. Because,the surrounding is very very noisy very noisy very noisy. Because,it locates in a “entrance”a BRIDGE crossing the River “connecting the suburb and the downtown,so there is a main and busy public stops,TRAMS（almost every 2-3 minute weekday and Saturday),buses many many car ,motor when coming toward to the downtown or passing thru the bridge to the suburb area,they began to speed just before the hotels,noise and shakes,honking horn，even you close the window. Will be quiet after 2:00am every day. Breakfast is good. 49 local money/person. I came to the hotel early at 8:00am to ask for good room,but unfortunately when checking in in the afternoon,I was given this noisy room,I have to stay here at least 4 days. I think if in Summer,I can’t stay in the room or I will be fighting or aggressive. TV Doesn't work. I walk round,so room number ending 21,22,23,24,25…….are or facing the road. Reception are ok, but not that warmly. 如果在香港，這個就是 RED ROOF。

Upgraded to a suite, well worth it, room was very spacious, clean, warm, lovely sofa area, comfortable bed. Location was great, lovely 45 min walk to the main square, tram stop right outside which is only 4 stops to the main square.

Service by reception and cleaning staff was very good, very friendly. Service by staff working in the breakfast restaurant was not so friendly, they checked our room number on their list and then did not speak to us further or explain the breakfast arrangements.

Room was very clean and well equipped. Towels and bedding changed frequently.

Our only complaint about this hotel is the noise - you hear every person in the corridor, all the doors opening and closing, people in the neighbouring rooms etc. Nothing the staff can do about this of course, and not so much of a concern if you’re out enjoying the city all day and night :)

the hotel was clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. However there are some items which could be improved. it's strange that this kind of hotel don't has safety box.
There is a spa. I went 3 times there, every time there was a sign \"Do not entry, spa is under traitment\". the breakfast is very good, but the place is to small for the amount of guest.
the staff could be friendler and more helpful.
Summarizing the hotel is ok, but probably there are better options specially with better service

Good hotel over the river

The hotel is a reasonable hotel in a reasonable location. It is about 25 minutes walk from the old town, however there is a tram stop right outside the hotel and for less than £1.50 you can be in the old town in around 8 minutes. The hotel is based on the intersection of a busy crossroads but the soundproofing is excellent and we were rarely disturbed by any noise.

We did have a couple of issues with the air conditioning in our room but it seemed to reset itself and worked fine afterwards.

Our room was lovely and spacious, very clean. However we were above what appeared to be a car garage and continiously had a mechanical noise of a door opening and closing in the morning and sometimes through the night. This made it difficult to sleep :(

The hotel is modern and very nice. Just a shame about our experience.

There also didn't appear to be any English TV channels, which isn't an issue, but it would be nice to have this.

Hotel was away from the main square but it was an easy walk (20 mins) or a quick taxi ride (5 mins).
Taxi for a group of 6 cost around 15PLN which is about £3 or the tram was right outside.
The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were really helpful.
We arrived early and we were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel before we went out to have a look around.
The hotel also organised our airport transfers to and from the airport which was great.

The reception staff were very helpful and assisted us by contacting opticians as my partner had forgotten his contact lenses.

The rooms were modern and clean. The TV didn’t have English channels but guess you don’t go away to watch tv. The free Wi-fi in the rooms were brilliant.

The breakfast was lovely and I’m sure everyone could fine something they enjoyed.

The spa is free to use for guests, so we made use of the Sauna and Steam room. The self applied clay ritual was great too.

Checking out was easy and as we were missing out last breakfast they kindly arranged breakfast boxes which were very generous.

Location: it was approx 30min walk to main old square but that was good as we enjoy walking and meant we got to see a lot on the way. The rooms have a smartphone you can use for guidance and recommendations on local restaurants and places to see.

Would definitely go back.

We were on the 3rd floor facing the main road. We found the hotel to be well designed, clean and modern. The only gripe is the pillows which we found lumpy or too bouncy and there was no creamer with the coffee/tea in the room. Very small complaints which I am sure could have been easily resolved had we asked. Breakfast was good. This hotel is within walking distance of the Schindler factory say 10 minute walk and the main square by taxi took around 10 mins or so and cost a couple of pounds.

4 night city break away with our 16 year old daughter. We prefer the apartment style hotel and this one was fantastic! About £19 taxi from the airport, great building, loved the modern design detail and the art work.
Our apartment was perfectly sized, with a separate bedroom and our daughter on a really excellent sofa bed, not the normal rubbish you get. Great bathroom, plenty of storage around the room, balcony and big windows. Location, for us was perfect, just over the river and directly next to a tram stop, we found it to be a peaceful stay in a nice neighbourhood. We also had included the breakfast, well worth doing, great quality in a beautiful breakfast room. All in all delighted !

Great location. Nicely designed modern room, nice, helpful staff and very clean. We had a low sloping ceiling over half the room so banged our heads a few times. Also had two indiviual single duvets on our double which was a bit weird but the bed was comfy. Good shower but no bath. Breakfast was decent!

The hotel was great!
The room was super spacious, with a mini-fridge and a kitchenette.
The staff was great, very kind and attentive,
Special thanks to Monika from reception.
Breakfast was superb with a variety of vegetables, eggs, cheeses, breads, pancakes and pastries.
There are 2 saunas at the spa and you can take a massage.
It’s located about 2 km from the old town, so not exactly at the center, but the tram station is right outside, and it’s only 4 stations to the heart of the city.
All in all a great stay!

Lwowska is more like Wow’ska!

Wow, this was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Clean, modern, spacious rooms, good location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, free complementary water and coffee in the rooms. Got nothing to complain! We especially enjoyed the spa and sauna section in the hotel which can be used free of charge. To move around in the city I would highly recommend to use Uber. It’s cheap and easy way to get from hotel to downtown. Thank you Lwowska and keep up the great level of service!

This is a clean, modern hotel with spacious rooms and a good restaurant. Staff are very hepful. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Any drawbacks? A little way from the city centre, but the savings make this more than worthwhile, even if you take a taxi. I saw room service mentioned on one of the sites I consulted, but this isn't available. Overall excellent. I'd stay there again!
