Do not book to stay here! The room was absolutely filthy, it clearly hadn’t been checked before we were put in there.
We stayed for a few hours and then left as it was disgusting and we didn’t feel comfortable to stay until checkout, we actually got ready in the car park as that was cleaner.
There was dead bugs everywhere, dust and dirt on the floor and even the toilet roll was covered in dirt. We took pictures and reached out to expedia for a refund, however the manager at the hotel is refusing to provide any sort of money back for this awful stay. Book somewhere else.

The room was clean and nice, the bedding and bed comfortable, the bathroom and furniture basic but functional.

We did not have problems with noise, but we did notice that sound travels between the rooms some. Both the hotel breakfast and the nearby Point Chaud were great for breakfast, and Odds sports bar was nice for a pub evening and dinner, it’s a popular spot for birthday groups and soccer games.

The hotel was old. The first floor was freezing there was no heat. The room was so cold and even if I turned the heat up it stays cold due to the cold coming from the outside. The furniture is really old and uncomfortable. The breakfast was expensive. I went to point chaud for breakfast every day. The room across from my room were smoking cigarettes and pot all night and it stuck the entire hallway and the staff didn’t do anything about it. Eventually one of the staff changed my room. The price of this hotel is way too expensive for what I got

New hotel with ample parking. Room was clean and quiet and staff were pleasant and helpful. Because the property is set back from from the road, access to it isn't obvious at first, but once you get used to it, it is actually quite convenient.

Good location for a stop over close to the main road. The hotel was simple and basic, but comfortable with all the essentials and good WiFi. Free parking was available right out the front. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.This was a no frills hotel but perfectly comfortable for a 1 night stay.

Typical Ibis hotel.

OK. Unfortunately a coach party stayed one night. It was noisy from 05:00 onwards, when the guests in the next room got up. When I arrived for breakfast, the coach party had eaten all the food and used all of the cups/cutlery. When I complained, a member of staff quickly washed up one cup and brought out some croissants. There was still no hot food. The staff were working hard but no preparation had been done for a coach party.
The rooms are basic but serviceable, OK for one night.

Far hotel from everything

We dislike this hotel. It is good to stay just one night, no more. Sush inconvenient room for living. If you want to take smth from shell to get clothes in the wardrobe you hit your forehead.... or our should be very small man to live there.
At the hotel car parking, at night, smb has damaged the left door of our rented car and left a scrach. A guy escaped. I told about this hotel persons. the refused to do anything just advise to call police. They must have camera to easely recognised ho did it since distinct yellow paint left on the car's door. So bad!
I am frustrated! No more IBIS et al.

Smoky non-smoking room!

Non-smoking room had been used by smoker and not cleaned appropriately, so the room smelled heavily from the smoke. When we asked for another room we were just given a freshener spray!! It appeared that they it was business as usual as the spray was almost empty!!! Not going back

Good hotel for business trip

The hotel is sparsely furnished but clean. Check in and check out were efficient. Location is close to lots of restaurants and a large grocery store, so it was great for a business trip.

We stayed in the Hotel for one night on our way across southern Belgium. The Hotel was chosen for its proximity to several sightseeing towns. The Hotel was easy to locate and access, and free parking was available just outside the building. The check-in was quick, and the receptionist was friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and modern. A work surface and chairs were provided, and Internet access and speed were acceptable. The bed was comfortable, and the Hotel was quiet.

Average hotel but no transport links

Went to watch F1 at Spa and used this hotel. This hotel is about 10km away from Liege train station. Hotel ok/average but no transport links to Liege. You will need to get a taxi to and from Liege. Taxi costs €20-25 each way. After 10pm that jumps to €35!!! I'll get a hotel in Liege next time.

A really useful and comfortable motel.

As an overnight stop en-route to Spa-Francorchamps it was ideal. Myself and 2 sons had a comfortable and quiet room, backing on to the golf course.
We didn't find the signs near to the hotel very visible - being one with 5 or 6 others on a tall frame. Easy to miss after a long day's drive from the Midlands.
However , there is a large Carrefour ,accessed either by road or a pedestrian footbridge - a petrol station is on the supermarket site - so ideal for top-up.
All-in-all a very comfortable and handy place for an overnighter.Easy to get to nearby N/S motorway via a rural road through Tilff.
Couldn't comment on food or room service as we didn't use either.
Would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down to this hotel was the location. Thankfully we had a car to get us to downtown Liege. We had an amazing night in the city. Unfortunately, this hotel is a 10-15 minute car drive away.

A decent hotel with free parking.

The parking is plentiful and free, which is good because you'll need a car to get anywhere (the hotel is a bit out of the city), so if arriving by car, this is useful. The staff was very friendly and was able to suggest restaurants in walking distance. The internet connection (wifi) was good enough for me to stream Netflix to my laptop at a good quality. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows seemed a bit too soft for my liking. The hotel as a whole smelled bad, though, even the room. Wasn't unbearable, but definitely a problem. Possibly just needs to be vented? Depending on the time of the year though, be careful about bugs if you open the window, we saw a bunch huddling at the closed window.

Good quality, comfortable hotel for those with car

We were traveling in three and needed a triple occupancy hotel not too far from Vise, Belgium. This one fits the budget and quality requirement. We were given a large room with two twin beds (combined) and a separate twin bed). Wifi signal was good, and the beds comfortable. We did not choose to eat the 14-euro breakfast buffet. It's about a good 30 minute drive to Vise, and a car is a must.

There are several restaurants, a Carrefour supermarket, gas station, a casino (slot machines only), bowling alley, and closed-down disco/nightclub. All within less than five minutes of walking distance.

The room was quite and we all slept well. In the morning we had ice or snow on the car's windows and the staff were very friendly in lending us their personal ice scrapper to us.

We chose this hotel for convenience as it was on our route, but out of the bigger cities. The staff was great, as was the breakfast. Our only complaint was that there was some night noise from the bowling alley next door, but as it was a Friday night, it was probably understandable. For convenience and utility, it was a great choice, and I'd stay there again. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance, as well as a major supermarket if you need to get supplies for your journey.

I found the hotel quite simplified and a bit cheapo interior. However everything was clean and fine. Personel were friendly and parking was next to entrance, which seems to be rare in this part of the world. All in all, I would consider it again, not bad at all.

WC-pot was niet proper. Na melding voucher gekregen voor een gratis drankje.
Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en lekker.

Een hotel waar ik intussen al enkele keren gelogeerd heb, in functie van fietstochten in de buurt. Het hotel is wat dat betreft centraal gelegen.
Het is een Ibis, dus dan weet je wat je eraan hebt (en wat niet).
Degelijk hotel. Goede kamers. Goed ontbijt.

Personnel charmant - petit déjeuner complet - seul bémol : le matelas du lit est vraiment dur. Le reste est parfait, surtout pour le prix. Nous sommes venus avec un petit chien, bien accepté au petit déjeuner. Ballade dans les bois facile pour le chien juste derrière l’hotel. Celui-ci est entouré de restos, Pizza Hut, Mc Do et Quick casino à l’américaine 👍

Zimmer für zwei Reisende ein bisschen zu eng - Für eine Zwischenübernachtung ok, für einen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen.
Abends/nachts sehr viel Trubel am Flur und allgemein sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Laut!
Im Badezimmer gab es keine Toilettenbürste, dafür war die Duschkabine übersäht mit schwarzen Schimmelflecken.
Bereits bei Ankunft Teppich vor Zimmertüre sehr dreckig.
Fensterrahmen komplett verdreckt.
Frühstücksraum klein, so saß man zum Frühstück schon mal an der Rezeption.
Die Einfahrt zum Hotel ist etwas schwer zu finden, hier sollte man evtl. besser Beschildern.

Verkehrstechnisch gute Lage, trotzdem ruhig

Das Hotel liegt verkehrstechnisch in guter Lage und es trotzdem relativ ruhig. Von der stark befahrenen Straße selbst hört man nichts, die Einschläge der Golfbälle an den Masten des direkt daneben liegenden Golfplatzes sind dafür deutlich zu hören. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man einige Restaurants und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

An der Réception tummeln sich Leute ohne Maske! Auf dem Prälats wird einem das Autonummertschild gestohlen und das Wasser im Hotel kommt weiss vor Kalk., Insgesamt eine schreckliche Erfahrung dieses Hotel. Werde nie wieder Ibis buchen!
