Great family rooms!

Family room was super spacious with a large loft for the kids and a separate doored room for the parents. Modern rain head shower, and the triple pain windows help make it extra quiet. Location is super for easy walking in old town. Although the hotel has no parking itself, a parking garage across the street is easy to access and low cost.

Great location

Couldn’t be in a better location, close to the train station and right in the middle of the city center. The manager and the male receptionist were very helpful. I had forgotten my charger and they lent me one until I managed to buy one. However the city tax of €3.50 was not advertised when I booked the room and was billed to my credit card without my knowledge.

Comfortable hotel, good location

Only difficulty was finding somewhere to park if arriving late. Do a bit of research (unlike me!). The nearby Saint Dennis car park is closed for entry after 2300 or something. Theres another car park a 5 min walk away (Neujean) which is 24hr - also has charging points. Staff was very accommodating for my late arrival with clear instructions for collecting the key (not 24hr desk).

A well decorated and updated hotel in the medieval heart of the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff helpful. If you are tired of cookie cutter sterility of hotels a la Hilton, Amosa is the place for you.

Location is good.
Cleanest is good.
Room is good size (302) with fridge.
Modern design. Good idea to have the toilet separate. The problem is that is extremely small - see pictures.
Reception is a little slow but is ok.
The problem was WiFi which was extremely slow - I couldn’t buy train tickets on WiFi.
If you need to login at work forget about.
The signal is very unstable.
I noticed the reception - and the answer was to go to reception for a better WiFi ????

Pleasantly surprised

The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The receptionist very friendly and helpful. I highly recommended. The location was good, but a little difficult to find and park since the streets closed at 4PM

The elevator was out of service. I had to drag my luggage to third floor. Thank goodness I have only one luggage but my friend has three….. they did replace the room for us to the other side of the building second day where the elevator was working.

Centrally located in the old town. Two stops from the main train station. 30 second walk from St. Denis Church and within walking distance of all seven “collegiate churches of Liège.” Also within walking distance of the Escaliers de Burenne, lots of shopping, the opera, and the Palais Provincial (now a court house). When we were visiting, there was a wonderful Christmas market as well. The area around the hotel, and throughout the center city was being heavily renovated, but we were not disturbed by it during our stay in the hotel. Breakfast is good. Continental. Staff is very friendly and helpful. At least two of them spoke French, German, Dutch, and English. Only critiques are that our room didn’t have much of a view (we booked the standard room and looked out into a brick wall). Also, the shower in our room was glass and open to the rest of the hotel room. I know that is the style in some places, and my spouse and I were traveling together, so it was not a big deal, yet, perhaps it is worthy of note for those who might be traveling with folks whom they would prefer not to see naked. Lol

Perfect location for the Christmas Market

Really nice hotel, perfectly located in the heart of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. If travelling by car, worth noting that the hotel is directly across the square from Parking Saint Denis (€14 per 24 hrs).

The only minor irritation is that the shower in all standard rooms has a clear glass door, directly facing out onto the bed.... fortunately, the toilet is separate.

Great location. Room was typical. Shower was clear glass in plain sight to bedroom. Great if you’re into that kind of thing 😉 but bothersome due to light and noise. Toilet was in separate location which was nice. Location of hotel to the city could not be better!!!

Nice located downtown hotel

Amosa hotel is nice hotel located at the very down town of Liege. Close to some restaurants. The Denis parkinghouse is just opposite to the hotel about 50 m to walk. The room was tidy and nice looking modern furnishing. Also the breakfast is OK. You need to look very carefully on the st. Denis street to find the hotel, smal drawback with late arrival is that the reception is closed at 10 PM. Overall the hotel is priceworthy and it would most probably be my choise next stay in Liege.

Good small hotel in the heart of town

It’s a fancy and nice small hotel in the heart of the old town. Rooms are cozy and contemporary, on the small side but with all basic commodities. Service is nice and pleasant especially during the day. In the evening, service is taken over by the huge restaurant in the back. This is detrimental to the overall hotel service. Plus, the restaurant is really not worthy and chaotically managed.

Close to the centre of town.

We stayed in one of the apartments. This was a real advantage as they are around the corner from the actual hotel and we had the feeling of being separate. It was just like living in an apartment rather than in a hotel .the apartment itself was very well set out with a large spacious living area very separate from the bedroom.

Some kinks yet to work out...

We thought the location was interesting. Somewhat run down, but lively. We enjoyed the location. Hotel service was excellent. Had difficulty controlling the air conditioning in the room (it kept turning itself off and stayed off until reset). No complete barrier between the shower and the room. Floor slope/drain arrangement allowed water to get into the living part of the room. If the restaurant is part of the hotel rating, service was not so great. Seated quickly; order taken quickly; drinks delivered quickly; and then we waited over an hour for our food. No obvious reason given, but certain they just forgot our order. No offer of adjustment. But the food was very good.

Hemos descansado perfectamente en la cama, un diez al colchón. El desayuno era muy completo. Está bien situado, pero la última noche había una fiesta gigante en la calle justo al lado de nuestra ventana con música dance hasta bien entrada la noche. Fácil encontrar restaurantes y bares. La zona, aunque céntrica, está un poco deprimida.

Bien mais ici un geste commercial on oublie

Hôtel excellent, service client mauvais. Il ne suffit pas d’écrire des petites lignes dans tout le site pour se dédouaner en cas de pb. Ça tout le monda sait faire. Mais quand je demande un lit double et un parking inclus j’aimerais qu’on passe outre vos arguments réglementaires et que le service client soit réel au lieu de me présenter des surcoûts. Un surclassement n’aurait pas été délirant puisque les chambres catégorie sup étaient libres. Par exemple.

Cómodo, práctico y bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad. El personal muy amable y atento, todo limpio y espacioso. Nos ha gustado mucho como se han adaptado los edificios en el diseño de los espacios. Moderno y acogedor. Estábamos de paso pero podíamos habernos quedado más días y estar igualmente a gusto. Desayuno de verdadera calidad y muy variado. La falta de televisor en la habitación no ha sido mayor problema.

Het hotel was zeer goed, rustig gelegen, proper, goede service, fantastisch ontbijt. Een klein minpuntje was eventueel het toilet op onze kamer, dat was heel laag, wel ideaal voor kleine kinderen. Voor oudere personen waarschijnlijk niet echt comfortabel. Ik weet niet of dat op andere kamers ook zo was, ik heb enkel onze kamer gezien. Voor de rest alles meer dan ok, wanneer we nog eens in Luik overnachten, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Hotel alles in allem ok, sehr gute, zentrale Lage aber trotzdem ruhig.
Ärgerlich der abendliche Ausfall der Zugangskarte zum Zimmer. Hilferuf nur über Smartphone mit installiertem WhatsApp möglich, hat fast eine halbe Stunde gedauert, bis der Zugang zum Zimmer wieder frei war.

Bom custo-benefício e localização central

Hotel muito bom localizado na região central de Liege, a 50 m de uma grande galeria na praça Saint-Etienne. Atenção pois apesar de constar no hoteis.com que o hotel possui estacionamento, isso está errado… o estacionamento é pago e fica a 100m, e é muito prático custando por volta de 22 euros por dia. Café da manhã muito bom, e o local é super descolado (ambiente integrando moderno com o prédio antigo). Outro ponto é que a rua do hotel está errado no site do hoteis.com, sendo que o correto e rua saint-denis n 4 (a rua é bloqueada e carro não chega em frente ao hotel. Pessoal atencioso e educado.

Fantastisk ophold

Virkelig fint hotel med meget høj standard til en god pris. Vi havde en enkelt overnatning og fik et fantastisk stort rum i 2 etager med loft til kip og fritliggende bjælker. Rigeligt med plads til 2 voksne og 2 teenagere. Meget rent alle vegne og generelt virkede al inventar nyt og velholdt. Det eneste, vi savnede, var kaffe på værelset.
