We booked this room to escape the New Years Eve fireworks with our dogs - and it was perfect! The hotel was completely soundproof, and very easy to get to from the highway, with lots of parking. The room was very comfortable, and not cramped at all. The mattress was one of the best hotel mattresses we have slept on, with comfortable pillows as well (and extra pillow options at the front desk too!). We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was very good (amazing goat cheese crostini), so that was a super bonus. All around, it was a perfect choice for what we needed.

We had one meal in their restaurant and were disappointed by it so we ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay. The parking was good. The bus service from the airport to Liège was not regular enough for us to use it. The location was good for day trips to places like Brussels and Maastricht by car.

Love this hotel and love the staff here more. This hotel was the one beacon of light after a long horrible night.
After a long day of travel, we got stuck in this city due to a transportation mix up.
We were lost, soaking wet, freezing cold in the middle of the night when we showed up here, and the night manager here saved my ass!
He let us come in and warm up, and waited patiently while i tried to fix my flight plans for the morning. Then, in my exhausted state, i booked the room for the wrong night. The night man (Farook i think was his name) is an absolute saint of a man. He fixed my reservation, price matched the lower rate that i had for the wrong night, and even dragged a spare twin bed into the room so my brother had a place to sleep that wasnt the floor.
God bless this man.
The hotel is warm, comfy, has food and a microwave in the lobby and even little cookies in the lounge. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the shower is heavenly.

Massive room for 3 people, loads of room even with our other two friends to sit and have a laugh. Free parking which you don’t see to often these days. Well worth the price for what we wanted.

Not safe, gave my room card to other client

I have never experienced something so horrible in any hotel somewhere else. At 23:30 while I just arrived my room, someone entered my room because the reception gave her the same room. Fortunately I just arrived and didn’t undress myself yet… next day while I checked out, complained about it, I was told that their manager will contact me later to apologise, but not at all, seems they think it is normal and don’t really care. Anyway won’t recommend any one (especially lady who travel alone) to take this hotel, it is really not safe.

Great location for the airport as you can see the planes from the windows, yet the room was very quiet and comfortable with good desking for work and selection of TV channels. I had a small leak coming through the fire alarm sensor which was minimal but the hotel staff were responsive and apologetic as I could not move rooms due to the hotel being full. Gym was adequate for quick work out and the restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast.

Numerous errors with the electronic key for room - kept trying to say it was because of proximity to my mobile - I kept key in my car away from phone and still had issue - manager then came with his master electronic key and had same issue - opened the room with the master manual key.
Would have been nice to have been believed the first time and had maintenance fix on the first day.

It’s a good hotel if your business is in the area. I was in a business trip there, and the office was 10 minutes away, so it worked out perfectly.
The breakfast I believe is included and it offers good options. Coffee from the machine is not so good.

Great location, quiet hotel with fantastic staff

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Even though you are next to the airport we did not hear a single plane as triple glazing.

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and excellent quality food. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was really good and great value for money.

All the staff were brilliant - the hotel is really lovely and was a great location for the F1 just 40 mins drive away and room was very comfortable to return to after long days.

Would definitely recommend this hotel - really enjoyed our stay.

Great for free parking/airport stay

Very convenient location for the Liege Airport. Bit out of the way if you are planning on staying in/near Liege center. Picked this hotel because it had free parking -which when we arrived -there were no spots available. Luckily, they told us that we could park in the airport parking lot and they would cover the cost. We were first given room 419, but the air conditioning didn't work. They tried to reset it and we called for a fan around 11pm. We never received the fan, so we called again at around midnight. They ended up moving us to room 306 because they couldn't fix the AC. The beds and room were clean/comfortable. I'd recommend to anyone that needed free parking/a place to spend the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pretty Average, not particularly memorable.

It was more of a typical European basic business hotel. The room allocated had two small twin bed despite booking a double bed... the pillows again were European style very thin foam pillows which personally I don't get on with. The bathroom amenities were very basic with wall hung dispensers for hand wash etc.

The location as expected was Liege Airport, there is nothing else of note sound within walking distance.

Parking was very limited on my arrival with all spaces taken by day conference guests.

The upside of the hotel was the restaurant which had a good selection of food beer and wine.

Good overall. Rooms quiet & bed comfortable. Choice of food at Breakfast was pleasing. Staff very friendly & efficient.
Nice place for an overnight stay (which is what it was designed for. I was there for 4 nights, so the lack of other restaurants close by wasn't ideal, but apart from that the hotel provided everything that it should.

Great for Liege Airport but little else

Hotel is on the airport estate. 5 mins walk from the passenger terminal but thats all there is there. Its around 8 miles to the nearest town centre The airport only seems to operate late evening to early morning so there is no where to go if you have time to kill. Restaurant is expensive and the food mediocre.

Airport hotel useful for Belgian gp

Right next to the airport we stayed here for Belgian gp. It's restaurant area was being refurbed but this caused us no problems and suggests it should be better in the near future. Ate at the hotel on 2 evenings whilst staying here to watch the Belgian gp and can recommend the meatballs in particular! It's a long way out of the city centre but the staff were helpful in explaining there is z bus that leaves from a nearby village (10 minute walk away) that costs 2.5 euros each way and takes about 30 minutes when it doesn't run from the airport ( the airport was very quiet not many flights). Alternatively you can get a taxi for about 21-25 euros each way. If you need to stay close to the airport this really is ideal as you can walk to the terminal quite easily by the look of it. We drove and there was free and easy parking in the hotel.

Needed a stop over between flights. Ideal location, as we were very tired and had travelled 2days!Had lots of luggage. Hotel staff were very friendly but... there was
no room service for anything, drinks food ,or even an offer to help with luggage! We are in our sixties and my wife has a broken arm! There was NO SHUTTLE to airport which was about 400 metres on foot, through the outdoor airport carpark! We had to walk! No offer of help from the hotel. This was their normal policy , not justfor security reasons.

We had three nights here for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. It was convenient, being on the motorway system and reasonably priced with breakfast included. The dining facilities were adequate for our purposes, albeit with a limited dinner menu.

Hotel was excellent and I genuinely could not fault the hotel or the service we received during our stay. The staff were very friendly and more than willing to help. The room was big, airy, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food in the hotel was great however the menu in the restaurant was limited but it was prepared to an excellent standard and would appeal to all tastes. The breakfast was your standard continental one but it was regularly topped up and was 100% fresh every day. In terms of amenities the hotel is a business oriented hotel so there's no swimming pool etc but there is a gym and a security monitored car park. For our trip, the location of the hotel was great; its' very close to a major motorway interchange so getting onto the motorway network literally only takes 5 minutes. Overall, this hotel is very good and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Modern Hotel with good transport link access

Our base for a Belgian F1 Grand Prix weekend, along with many others. Good access to motorways, and an easy walk to the airport (5 mins max). Rooms modern, comfortable, and quiet. Very effective double glazing meant no airport or motorway noise. Fortunately air conditioning also effective and quiet. Only demerit for the room is that there is no enlosed wardrobe, instead there is an open hanging rail. Good breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful at all times. Secure parking behind access barrier, but on our weekend the spaces filled quickly and some had to park in the airport car park opposite. Not a big deal, as secure as the hotel and the hotel provided complimentatry payment vouchers, but may be a bit frustrating at the end of a long day travelling. Some local resturants all a short drive, chek out Trip Advisor. We had dinner at Le Tertre about 10 mins drive and it was very good.

A very clean hotel, easy to find by the airport. Room was clean and big enough for one night. The staff were welcoming, although the service in restaurant on the evening was very slow. It seemed that they only had one member of staff to cover the bar and restaurant which was very poor. Food was fine - when it finally arrived. Would stay again.

Aufgefallen ist nur, dass die Dusche (Duschwanne, Duschkopf etc.) stark verkalkt und verschmutzt aussahen. Die Tür der Badezimmers verlangte auch nach Aufmerksamkeit.
Das Zimmer selbst war gut und sauber. Das Bett top.

Moet je 's ochtends vroeg een vlucht nemen en wil je de avond tevoren al in de buurt logeren, dan is dit hotel de perfecte keuze. Ruime, comfortabele kamers. Geluiddicht! Gym om nog wat te bewegen en een restaurant met prima keuken. Kortom, een aanrader!

La remise des clés a été rapide et les demandes de la chambre ont été respectées. L'accueil agréable. La chambre etait propre et spacieuse. Sur les points négatifs, la porte de la douche était cassée, la poubelle de la douche également. La vitre de la douche devrait être plus longue pour ne pas mouiller partout. Sinon bon hôtel dans son ensemble pour une escale.

Roomdoors was open, after we asked it was due Covid, bad ventiilation in the rooms. The rooms where quite used, breakfast is ok, but sustainability and Covid regulations seems to collide. Service was not very helpful.
Bottom result of all Park Inn's I´ve stayed so far, ohterwise all other where good.
