Free parking. Clean bed. Dog friendly. Hot water. Nice shower.
Noisy guest below, shouting. At 10pm we told him to be quiet. Noisy road outside. New table would be useful if it had a power point. Only 1 power point in room outside bathroom door so not helpful for laptop. Drain in sink tooj forever to drain away. No plug for sink.

The room was so small the bed took up most of it, the bathroom was also the smallest I've ever experienced, there were no facilities in the room, no phone, no kettle, no hairdryer etc, there was only one small window but on the positive side, the room was clean and the staff friendly!

We stayed here as a family on a stopover getting back to hoek for the ferry. After reading reviews I almost cancelled and went else where but as it was so well located for our route I thought how bad can it be? Yes it’s run down and the whole place could do with a refurb BUT the room and beds were clean and reasonably comfortable and we all slept ok. There is some road noise but it didn’t bother us enough to keep us awake and the bathroom is tiny. The price reflects this though I feel. For a cheap stopover while travelling it serves its purpose and no complaints from me, just an honest review.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room is very dated, a bit shabby and small but the bed was huge and comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, despite comments in some reviews there was toilet paper and liquid soap provided and it was clean. There was a tv, free Wifi and free parking. The continental breakfast was reasonably priced and there was plenty of choice. We were using it as a stopover so did not want to spend a lot. For the money we paid it was perfectly adequate and we would consider using it again.

In this area north of Liege, this hotel is the last remaining budget hotel and the only Premier Classe site in Belgium. For a stopover, it's perfectly fine. The young gentleman at check-in was charming and helpful. The room was fairly small and a little worn, but reasonably clean and tidy. If you're a regular in budget hotels in France and Belgium, you'll know what to expect and this hotel is perfectly fine for what it is. The value for money can't be faulted.

Really run down hotel. Next to a very noisy restaurant. There's mould in the bath (room 11). Check-in staff was borderline incompetent on arrival.

Breakfast was mediocre with 2 types of juice, coffee, 3 types of bread, one type of cheese and I think mortadela.

But it's next to a supercharger, en route to Germany, next to a supermarket and close enough to the motorway.

The place is overall not a nice place to go with a family. It was dirty, we had no towels, no soap at all in the bathroom and someone opened the door and tried to come. Thankfully was a very short stay for a quick head down but definitely not going to stay there again. Also overpriced!!

It is very cheap and you get what you pay for.

1 night stopover, cheap for an overnight stay, but a very basic , tiny room. The walls are paper thin, so if your neighbour is watching tv to the early hours, you’ve got the pleasure to listen in too!. The bathroom is very compact and convenient if you’re in a rush and need to use the toilet and take a shower, as you can combine the two !!!!.
If you need somewhere to take a break , close to a major travel route in Europe, but don’t mind not getting a decent nights sleep, I’d highly recommend this hotel, it ticks all the boxes!!!

I knew I was booking a bargain because I stayed at a Premier Classe hotel about 15 years ago. However, I hoped that the rooms have had an update. They did not. A horrible room for solo travellers. At least the bedding is clean but boy the bathroom is disgusting. The lightswitch doesn't work by the bed, no light on the ceiling, the fluorescent tube is next to the bed. The window (starting at mid-thigh level) overlooks the corridor outisde, meaning if the curtain isn't pulled, everyone can see in.
The parking spaces are way too tight, not fit for a fiat 500 let alone bigger vehicles.

It's cheap, convenient and clean. The rooms with less human traffic are naturally quieter! I have concerns with repeatedly being asked to pay \"City Tax\"???
I never get that demand from other hotels, especially when online it states 'all taxes included'. It sounds like staff are not checking and taking advantage!

Cheap but not cheerful

When we arrived the young lady receptionist was quite pleasant but this did not last. I was with a male friend and had requested a non smoking room with two single beds on the ground floor due to mobility problems. What I was offered was a smoking room with a double bed on the third floor with no lift. It does get worse though, we were told my credit card would be charged but I had already paid in full to Expedia and this was shown on my email confirmation. Despite me arguing and showing confirmation I was basically told we still needed to pay and take it or leave it. I demanded to speak to a manager but she said the manager was on holiday. We telephone Expedia at our expense on a mobile. They were very good and immediately rang the hotel. After speaking to Expedia the manager had miraculously returned from holiday as the receptionist rang her and the matter was eventually sorted out. Was not impressed by being lied to. The room itself was not very clean or comfortable and smelled of smoke. Breakfast poor. Due to limited characters on this space unable to fully document my problems with this hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

My friends and I chose this hotel for it's location (being just off the Autoroute & right next to the cycle route to Maaschrict which we were cycling to the following day) and as it was cheap. This hotel is not everyone's cup of tea, but for 74e for 3 adults & 6e for breakfast you can't complain. Also the service was excellent, as they were happy to store our bikes securely overnight and recommended a fantastic local Italian restutrant just 10 mins walk away

Not bad, but not very good either. This hotel should really be called \"motel\" as that's exactly what it is. Room was supposed to be non smoking but did not smell like one. Otherwise it was ok, clean sheets and \"bathroom\". The bathroom was more like from a campervan, very tiny. The smallest shower I've ever seen.
I've stayed in much nicer hotels for less money that were not in the middle of an industrial park.
However, even though it was close to a motorway, it was fairly quiet.
It's ok if you're just passing through, as a stopover on a longer trip.

Familes should give this a miss - not PREMIER

Booked for mother and 2 teenage daughters - GREAT MISTAKE.

Fortunately only an overnight stop on the way back to Dunkirk ferry after a successful trip to Austria. Fooled by the word 'Premier' definitely not like Premier Inns in UK !!

In an industrial area presumably for workers so not suitable for teenage girls in mid-summer!

The staff were unhelpful - refusing to believe the entry card did not work and eventually coming to find out for themselves - but taking over 15 minutes to sort out. Sign of the establishment may be taken that they ensured their own office was securely bolted & barred before venturing out.

It's not glamorous but it is very cheap,clean, staff helpful and as a place to put our heads down for the night - it did the job. No frills but we weren't looking for any. A great restaurant just a few metres down the road.

Avoid this hotel!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the developed world. The bathroom is a cheap plastic box taken from a motor home. Everything else is as cheap as possible. Video monitors, barbed wire in the neighborhood and locked single gate after 10 PM makes you feel like in prison. Neighborhood is as bad as you can get. Awful!

Cheapest hotel in Liege

This Premiere Classe is a budget-oriented roadside motel with no frills. The room was a little worn and dated but adequate for just sleeping. The WiFi was slow and only usable in the morning. This is more of a \"truckers and single travelers\" oriented motel. I would not recommend this for a family with children or the elderly because of the clientele and because the rooms are small, worn, and can be noisy at times. Really, you get what you pay for here.

Worst hotel ever..

The tiniest room and most cramped bathroom of any hotel I have ever stayed at, anywhere.. There was 3 beds in the room, with the third bed a bunked up bed over top a double bed turned sideways. Totally unacceptable for 3 adults. I would never stay here again at any price!

OK for a one-night stopover

Our family of three just needed someplace to stay overnight as we were passing through; so it worked. The room consisted of a single-over-double bunk bed and a bathroom similar in size to an airplane bathroom. There was also a small TV. There is not space to bring in much luggage. The room was very very noisy...you could hear street traffic and some sort of machinery all night, not to mention the couple in the next room over who were definitely making the best of their close quarters :) The staff was nice, and the breakfast was adequate

This is an older motel, two levels, built in the late 60s, I think. It is a very basic accommodation, but the price was right, the bed linen was clean, the showers had hot water, and the staff were helpful. You have to enter a number code to enter your room. It's quite loud as the walls and doors are quite thin. Despite this, unless you have a coach bus arriving at 22h, and all of its occupants checking into their rooms making a loud racket, it is in a very quiet area, so I wouldn't worry too much about this.
Breakfast starts 6am and finishes 10am. Is the breakfast worth 6-8Euros, I would say yes: yoghurt, milk, cereals, bread, boiled eggs, coffee, and juice.
All in all, I had been expecting worse after reading some previous reviews, but I would recommend this place if you want to pay a little less than a 'hotel'.

tis hotel was booked for us because the main town hotels were full. We went to see the tour de france so it was a busy weekend.the hotel not in the town itself so if you not driving you need to get bus into town.room was basic and bathroom very small.You get what you pay for so don t expect much.

Do not go here! Not Hotel but a cheap dive motel..

This place looked like it was going to be nice...what a major shock when we got there! The shower was like something you see in a caravan/camper and not a hotel. The bed was not comfy..more like a portable bed than anything else. There was a lot of noise all night from the local roads and area. No towels in the room until I asked for them.

I would not stay here or recommend it to anyone either.

Great budget hotel for the Belgian F1 Grand Prix

With many close and local hotels to Spa Francorchamps being blocked booked (year on year) by the Formula 1 teams, their corporate sponsors and respective FIA entourages, this hotel turned up as being the best choice for closeness to the track but also a reasonable cost (i.e. some others were charging more than the cost of the weekend GP ticket and our fuel costs from UK combined!)

Yes the rooms are small, and the bathroom is a essentially a like a large walk-in wardrobe with a self-contained shower, toilet and sink.

But for a Boys-only weekend away to the racing (where you will likely only need somewhere to sleep, shower and shave) this is a great choice if you want to experience the grand prix at low cost.

The hotel is only 35 miles from the track, and being close in proximity to the E42 meant it was only a 40 minute drive and we were at the circuit. So great for general admission tickets when you want to get track for 7.30am when it opens.

I would however not recommend this hotel for honeymooners, couples or families unless it is purely for an overnight stop over, rest break as part of a longer trip.

The hotel rooms were cleaned and had fresh linen (including bed sheets) daily.

There were 8 of us in our party, sharing 3 rooms and no one said \"never again\".

The Staff were very friendly, and we would use them again for any future grand prix visits!.

Ps: there is a local city tax of €2.50 per room per night that is charged upon arrival.

Inexpensive hotel, with no luxuries

Hotel was nice, but it is a 1 star hotel. Bed was typical european style and the room was small. Decent breakfast for the price that we paid. Parking lot was secure for parking vehicle. shopping mall within walking distance and a couple decent restaurants within walking distance as well. hotel was an inexpensive stay for the area.

Mon époux et moi avons passé un bon séjour à liege. Mais la salle de bain est vraiment pas top. Le vasque et sa robinetterie doivent être changés, c’est juste pas possible !!!!
Dans la chambre il y avait des cafards ou blattes et d’autres insectes. Ci-jointes des photos. J’ai beaucoup eu du mal à m’endormir avec cette présence. Beaucoup de bruit de la part des personnes du ménage. Des enfantillages et causeries du personnel des 7h30, du bruit qui dérange vraiment. Je n’y retournerai plus jamais. Il faut recadrer le personnel quant au repose des clients svp. Merci de m’avoir lue et d’essayer de corriger

Ein Stern ist eigentlich zu viel

Ein Stern ist noch zu wenig. Zusammengefasst laut, schmutzige Betten, Dusche und eigentlich das ganze Zimmer defekt. Mitarbeiter ohne Englischkenntnisse und ohne Ortskenntnisse (beim Check-in wusste niemand wo sich die Zimmer befinden)
Einzig das Frühstück war OK.

Retardée sur la route, je suis arrivée vers 22h, très fatiguée.
J'ai fait des formalités a l accueil où on m a donne un ticket de caisse puis le jeune employé m a réclamé 1€ de taxes.

Nous avons reserver de samedi 5 avril a lundi 7 avril 2025 , le prix etait de 97euros qui est monter au moment du paiement a 122euros ???
Apres 400 kilomètres de route il nous on donner une chambre au rez-de-chaussée numero 39 ou était impossible de dormir toute la nuit , tres forte odeur de tabac froid , odeur d'humilité et tres forte odeur de pipi dans dans la douche , nous navons pas pu dormir de toute la nuit .
Nous avons fait notre réclamation le matin et pour la 2 eme nuit il nous on donnez une chambre plus convenable .

Vi var meget trætte og skulle bare ind og sove. vi fik et rum hvor vinduet stod åbent og der var frost grader udenfor så værelset var is koldt.
Vi tændte for el varmen og sov med alt tøjet (også overtøjet på).

Det var okay til prisen, hvad kan man forvente til 55 euro pr nat.
Det ene værelse lugtet lidt.
Badeværelset var en kabine bygget ind i rummet og hanen var utæt.
Der kørte desværre lastbiler forbi hele natten som ku høres.
Da vi stod op om morgen stod nogle og røg hash ude foran.

Absolutely terrible hotel. There was noise from the surroundings. The condition of the room was extremely bad. The room was very cold and the heat from the radiator flew directly out of the door and window, who both couldn’t be completely closed. Only positive thing is, that there was hot water in the bathroom.

Huoneessa haisi tupakka ja kosteus/home. Ainoa keino saada ilmaa huoneeseen oli pieni ikkuna, joka aukesi kulkuväylälle, jolla muut ihmiset hengailivat ja polttivat tupakkaa eli savu ja meteli kulkeutuivat huoneeseen. Huoneessa ei ilmastointia eli todella kuuma. Wc pieni, mutta toimiva.

Unfortunately we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, but I would not recommend it.
On Saturday someone who had access to the room stole the expensive telephone charger from us.
When we report this at the counter, a poor English speaker says that he cannot do anything.

So the staff just steals goods from customers and we got the impression that it's just normal?

In addition, it is more of a motel and not a hotel judging by the room size because the rooms are very small.

Breakfast is €7.50 but not recommended if you like old and dry bread.
Even the boiled eggs were green inside.

Jamais vu un hôtel dans cette état ! Sale et vétuste !
Rideau de douche degeulasse ! Couvercle de toilette cassé , robinetterie d un autre temps , porte de salle d’eau impossible à fermé !
Le mobilier est pourri et usé à un tel point que l on ose le toucher.
Sans parler de la taille de cette chambre qui ressemble plus à un placard .
Bref Hôtel 1er classe à Liege , plus jamais.

Et helt greit sted til en grei pris. Du får det du betaler for. Rommet var perfekt for en natts søvn på gjennomreise. Stor seng, men lite rom og bad. Holdt likevel til mitt bruk.

This was the lowest standard imaginable. Ugly lighting. Bugs living under the broken skirting boards. Will I bring these bugs home?
The shower is very small and a grown man can hardly move around.
The bed was OK. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel chain name is decieving: This is obviously not premium class (Premiere Classe Hotel…). This increase the feeling of a scam hotel. This is rock bottom of hotel standard and really not worth the money.

Nous avons passé une nuit horrible.
On se demandait si les voisins du dessus n’étaient pas en train de déménager la chambre tant ils étaient bruyants, il semblaient déplacer des meubles et claquaient de choses sur le sol. La présence de leur enfant qui hurlait n’arrangeait. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir avant 3h du matin minimum ! En plus cet hôtel est à proximité immédiate d’une route très très bruyante avec le bruit des camions et des motos. Hôtel relativement vétuste, présence de moisi dans les chambres et de « moutons de poussière ». Salle de bain dans laquelle il manque des pièces sur le robinet du lavabo, rideau de douche sale et odeurs d’égouts. Payer 74€ la nuit pour ça c’est bien trop cher !
Par contre point positif : le petit déjeuner.

Déçu par la chambre qui m'ait été proposer par rapport à ce que j'avais réservé, même sil y a eu des excuses de la part de la personne de l'accueil ca ne m'a pas permis de dormir correctement. La télé ne fonctionnait quasiment pas, presque aucune chaînes de disponible, une propreté à revoir

Viel zu schlecht für das Geld, laut, dreckig

Bett dreckig, auf der Matratze Flecken. Schlecht geputzt. Alles abgewohnt. Straße sehr laut. Schlechte Schallisolierung. Man hört jedes Geräusch. Zimmer sehr eng.
Dafür sind 65 Euro viel zu viel. Für wenig nehr bekommt man viel besseres. Nur der geschlossene Parkplatz ist positiv.

Seul souci les cendriers installes cote mur entre deux chambres.nous sommes non fumeurs et impossible de laisser fenetre ouverte car cendrier juste a cote et donc odeur et fumee envahissantes...
Bon rapport qualite prix meme si lavabo bien abîmé

De var søde nok, men selve morgenmaden, var kedeligt og værelset var meget lille ca 7 kvatretmeter og på det lille værelse var en dobbelt seng og et lille bad/ toilet i hjørnet af rummet, det lugtede kraftigt af kloak og var bestemt ikke indbydende.

Super accueil, nous n’avons pas payé la chambre chère compte tenu de la période et le rapport qualité prix vaut largement le coup, la clientèle est discrète, le petit-déjeuner vaut bien les 7€ qui est un prix convenable, hôtesse et femme de chambre très agréables, parking fermé ce qui est un plus mais sans véhicule compliqué car pas idéalement situé bien qu’a 15minutes du centre de Liège (en voiture), pas grand chose à faire non plus aux alentours si on est à pieds mais à part ça vraiment rien a redire,
