A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good.

Spa was closed, wasn’t informed about this ahead of time as I was expecting and “spa and resort” experience. I understand about covid but letting guests know should be a priority.

Food was awful, horrible breakfast. Chowmein at 7 am and greasy meats.

They blasted bad music every night by the pool, as I got to endure every night as I paid extra for a beach front room. Wasn’t even in front of the beach, right in front of the pool with people walking by and screaming constantly.

I had booked this hotel for a week and left after 2 days, and changed to a better hotel, thank god.

Staff were not helpful or friendly, no information or help with sightseeing and tours.

SO many bugs in my room and bathroom, I had a full ant farm near my sink, it was disgusting.

Don’t recommend this place to anyone, there are many other better options just down the road.

I really didn’t like this hotel at all we stayed there for 2 night the breakfast was terrible quality too law room are too basic like hospital room
You can not swim in the ocean because there is big waves and dangerous one and the sand are black not good for swimming. Man called Aziz was standing in front of the breakfast area and annoying the guest with his service don’t trust book directly
I don’t recommend we stayed an other two night in jeeva hotel and it was way better and good beach

Definitely a comfortable, cozy and great escape

Great stay, can't complaint. The staffs were really genuine, the landscape is beautiful; you can find a wide garden, good landscape for elders and children. Great view during breakfast as the restaurant is by the beach, sunset will entertain you in the evening. The food was very delicious (you should try the Thai food)

The room is very spacious, a nice semi-open bathroom, very relaxing view from the balcony. you still can hear the birds are singing in the morning, the air is really fresh. Your eyes will be pampered with the green and the blue; really relaxing.

Very recommended for single traveler, travel with family and kids, honeymooners. Even located around 15 minutes from center of Senggigi; no need to worry, they have shuttle based on schedule and taxi is easy to get.

I was there for 1 night with my husband and It was the last leg of our honeymoon. Was pleasantly surprised that they decorated the room for our honeymoon. It was pretty quiet due to the series of earthquake that took place since August. Room is alright, bath and toilet is huge. Restaurant offers delicious food albeit limited choice. Situated directly next to the beach and has a nice infinity pool looking over the beach and sunset. Had a complimentary tea and local cake set in the evening. Staffs are friendly and ready to help anytime.

The only downside is that the hotel is located quite a distance away from town, however the hotel offers shuttle service to the town at specific times daily, and you can pretty much go anywhere with cab and grab. We tried ordering Grab Food for dinner but given the distance nobody is willing to deliver to the hotel.

Beautiful location although steep beach with strong undertow - no ocean swims during our stay. Room was clean and spacious enough. Open air bathroom is amazing! I loved hearing the oceans waves break from our room.
The food is delicious and restaurant setting at the beach is unbeatable! We enjoyed some delicious fresh fruit cocktails and special drink offers for World Cup. The spa area is inviting and relaxing and the treatments and services are top notch. Bodyscrubs highly recommended! Again open air bathrooms/showers which are super clean and are amazing to use before and after treatments. To finish a cup of sweet ginger tea...aah!! All staff throughout the property were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely calm hotel

We had a lovely stay at the Living Asia. It's right on the beach, with stunning views of Mount Agung, especially at sunset. The hotel is clean, calm, and has excellent staff. The decor is quite neutral and the rooms a little boxy, but they're minor concerns. Be warned that the surf is strong, has a rip, and a very rocky bottom, making it very hard to swim, and definitely not right outside the hotel. Walk a way up the beach, or choose another if you're looking for sea swimming too

Was there for 2 nights last week. Got the direct sea view room just above the bar. Comfortable and cosy room with big spacious balcony. However, on Thursday nights the cafe only offers a buffet with no option to order ala carte. As we did not want to have the buffet we were forced to return to our rooms to order room service. While consuming our dinner the entire resort blacked out twice within a span of an hour which was however rectified in less than a minute. Besides this we have no complaints and we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff and facilities were amazing; from being referred to by my preference and the cheerful everyday greetings of all staff I encountered to bright and beautiful facilities with an excellent buffet breakfast. It is a tranquil place that looks and smells fantastic.The customer service was faultless and it was pleasingly refreshing, as a female solo traveller, that no-one questioned why I was travelling alone or where my boyfriend was. Loved it.

This hotel was fantastic. In a beautiful location. Very nice room and great design. Breathtaking scenery. Decent food, great pool, very attentive staff, etc. The downsides: I got diarrhea on my third day, so not sure if it was because of the hotel or due to being in the country for awhile. Also had a 75 minute massage in the beautiful spa but the A/C was so cold I had the shivers for 24 hours + and I now have a leg ache and foot injury. Everything else was great apart from the location, in that there were not restaurants nearby.

1. Free upgrade to a private pool villa.
2. Stunning beach view.
3. Super clean private pool with the controlled temperature.
4. Well manner workers around, whenever you walk around they will look at you and smile.

Downside
1. The alfresco bathroom seems not very delighting as the sunlight shine directly on you while you are showing.
2. If the air-cond power could be stronger, it's rather hot during the noon time.

Overall, will definitely go back to this hotel for honeymoon!

Fabulous property. We only stayed one night to break up our journey. Shortly after arriving, we regretted not booking a longer stay. Wonderful staff and service. Cute bungalows, they are two stories with one unit on each level. Ask for an upstairs unit and you will get to gaze up at the beautiful high pitched thatched roof. It’s a big property of meticulously manicured gardens, try and get a room by the pool with ocean view. If I ever come back, I’m going to stay there longer, and I might plan a trip back just to stay there. They are on the outskirts of town, so it is quiet, the beach is lovely and was deserted when we where there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at about 2am and was greeted pleasantly by someone at the reception. Bags were carried and introduction to the room was given. Throughout the stay, the staff always smiled and greeted us whenever they saw us :)

Loved the restaurant as it overlook the beach. The pool was nice facing the beach. We could see the sunset from the pool area.

Room was spacious and comfortable. TV was equipped with movie channels :) wifi was good.

It would have been nicer if pillows were newer and fluffier.

A truly memorable stay in beautiful Lombok

The resort is a wonderful resort made great by its staff who are truly amazing. They absolutely go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. The resort itself is in a beautiful location. It just needs a little upgrading maybe with another restaurant and perhaps a supermarket on site.

The food and location of the current restaurant is outstanding. We had the pool villa which was lovely but had to keep asking for extra towels and the extra foldaway bed wasn’t good.

The pool area is superb. An incredibly relaxing holiday approximately 10 minutes away from Senggigi.

The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is for the lack of restaurants and facilities. But with a little Tender loving care this is a wonderful place to stay. Well done and thank you to the team at the Living Asia Resort

Well maintained and ok value for money

The hotel is very well maintained. Breakfast is basic but tasty and the restaurant staff attentive. The hotel is a thin long strip of land from the road to the sea. Beach is private but rough enough for surfing so can’t really swim. Few stray dogs around so watch out with kids. A little bit in the middle of no where so no Uber and you need to take a cab to anything.

Over accomodating staff, wonderful reception, manager Ali, Mike the driver, Diana at reception and all the other wonderful staff members at the reception, forgive me for not reading your names, you all made our stay wonderful, a very big thank you. The trainee’s were adorable, restaurant staff exceptional , food was amazing, prices were reasonable.

Would have loved more on site activities, such as a games room, tennis court, kayaks, pool activities, beach activities, just to stay in rather than having to go out, as the location, although gorgeous, it was not close to anything.

Nice hotel great surrounding very near the beach with great flora. Room sizes are large with a terrific outside shower.

Breakfast was good with a great view of Bali Volcano across the sea from Lombok.

The only disappointments were the hotel staff were slow to act on my bathroom door being locked, I had to call them 5 times before I got a response. Also when I arrived at the hotel the room was not ready until 02:30pm

Unforgettable stay and experience at Living Asia

The resort has got to be the best resort I have ever stayed in, immaculate gardens, perfectly manicured with fragrant frangipani and lush lawns. The people were incredibly friendly and happy to host us. The highlight for me was the outdoor shower as I have never experienced it before, nothing quite compares to taking a shower with palm trees and clouds in sight while listening to waves crash the shore in the distance, it makes for an interesting experience when it rains though. Living Asia Resort and Spa is located in Mangsit, close to Senggigi Beach and 30 minutes from Bangsal Harbour and closer to Teluk Nara where fast boats depart from. The resort was always at our service with a smile, the complimentary afternoon tea with snacks gave us a taste of local cuisine and was very enjoyable. Breakfast was unbelievable, amazing flavors and fresh, loved the fresh watermelon juice which was undiluted, sampled yellow watermelon which was as sweet as normal watermelon. Breakfast was a good selection of both local and western cuisine providing something for every palate. Thoroughly enjoyed the Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice) and Pad Thai as well as Soto Ayam (Chicken Soup). We were treated like royalty throughout our stay, very memorable and personal experience and we weren’t even on honeymoon, the resort exceeded all expectations and was affordable, great value for money!

YES! A must stay in Lombok

This hotel is beautiful. We were there for two weeks and it was amazing. The beach seems to be too rough to swim in but there were local surfers in the water so swim at your own risk. The bed was sooo comfortable.The town is near if you take a taxi. the STAFF is impeccable with attention to detail and making your stay as comfortable and memorable as they can. In fact, I am a picky eater and they were able to modifications to their dishes to meet my tastes. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.It was a nice relaxing time. We stayed mostly at the hotel but did leave to go for some excursions such as the Gilis, waterfalls and another beautiful beach closer to Kuta.

Basically is awesome

Overall is awesome, especially the staff over there is very well trained.
There have a good chef, I did tried their Seafood Tom Yam soup, I really love it very.
Another fantastic park is they provide Tea Time Refreshments during 4-5pm, you can having your Coffee /Tea and Kuih Kuih at the bar counter area, as the same time enjoy the Live Band music.

the resort itself is great with friendly staff, clean and very pleasant. the spa treatment variety is great as well with good staff and great massage techniques. the only disadvantage is that although it is close to beach, you can't really go into the water as it's more like a surf beach. but the pool side was good enough to replace the sea bathing. there are also not many things to do outside the resort., so if you are looking for a spa treatment, bathing in the sun and reading all day long this is the perfect spot. if you are looking for more entertainment though, this may not be what you would look for without driving and spending few hours in the car.

This hotel is worthy of a 5 🌟 rating.

Rooms are lovely and the grounds are gorgeous. Staff was wonderful and the service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, with lots of variety and plentiful. The afternoon tea, coffee and cake was a nice touch, along with the live entertainment that followed. We have traveled a lot and would definitely give this place a 5 🌟. The only negative thing was that the beach directly on the property was not good for swimming.

Hotel was idea for a get away holiday. Little remote for restaurants. Cannot swim in the sea in front of hotel. Beautiful location. At check in we waited for 25 minutes and then was told it would still be another 35 minutes and was offered a massage treatment while we wait. Had a great time. Beautiful around the pool and walks on the beach.

A beautiful place to stay and unwind. Pool and restaurant with ocean view. The beach isn't the best to swim in but close to other beautiful beaches. Staff are most attentive and eager to please. I really like the hotel room design. Highly recommended to stay upstairs. Can hear the sea breeze when sitting at balcony which is so relaxing. The hotel room is villa type and separated block by block which provides full privacy. The open air bathroom & shower also gives me excellent experience.

Tired rooms,location and staff just about save it.

Staff and service very good. Grounds very nice, but rooms tired, very poorly designed, inadequate lighting and furniture poor quality and falling to bits. Aircon leaking. Don't put a foot on the flimsy shelf under the single (not double?!) washbasin in this 5* resort. It will collapse. Also if you happen to want to put make up on, have a shave or dry your hair, you will struggle to find adequate light, a mirror and a power socket in the same place. Also one morning a mouse or small rat ran across the dining room and disappeared under the bread and pastries counter. Couldn't believe my eyes.

My both kids were having diarrhea and stomach pain after having the barbeque dinner in the hotel coffee house. We stay in room 102 and it was not sound proof. Very uncomfortable slept as awake every time the noisy motorbike passed by.

Beautiful grounds, great place to see the sunset, and lovely pool.

Rooms need some updating and better cleaning. We loved the partial outdoor bathroom! The shower was really nice.

Good breakfast selection and nice complementary afternoon tea.

Staff needs more training and to be more responsive. We'd spend hours sitting by the pool and would have ordered lots of food and drinks, but the staff just stood in the bar or restaurant until you flagged them over (if they could see you). They don't need to ask every 5 minutes if you need something, but just walking around the pool every 10-15 mins so they are easy to flag down would be helpful.

Note that this resort is further out of town. Cabs are easily accessible, but will cost 20-40k rupiah. They do use this to their advantage and charge 20-30% more in food and booze.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was very nice. We paid extra for seaview room and it was lovely. The swimming pool is great and we swam in the sea a few times too. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is a bit cut off and they charge high price for drinks in the hotel, a taxi to the town was cheap though. Afternoon tea was nice!

A bit run down

We've stayed at a dozen hotels in Bali and Lombok. This one was one of the more expensive. However, it was also the once feeling most filthy: mould in the air conditioner, mould in the curtain, very turbid water in the pool (we could hardly see the feet at the 1 meter mark).

The surroundings are fantastic. It's basically the only hotel on the beach!

Beautiful hotel, excellent customer service!

We had a lovely stay at Living Asia Resort & Spa. It's far better than what has been described on the website. Beautiful resort and beach front. The staff were amazing. I must say they have the best customer service. We would like to give credit to Jayadi from the front office, who went all out to make sure we are okay. We are pretty disappointed we forgot to pass him some tips, as we were rushing to the airport.

The only down part of our stay with them was the breakfast. I hope they will improve their breakfast spread and taste on our next stay!

Nice hotel and staff, still space to improve

Our trip started off bad when we reached the airport, transportation from the hotel did not arrive, nor call us. Time was wasted. They were lucky that the journey to the hotel was an hour and a half so most of our unpleasant resentment angry were about 70% gone, We are human , we make mistakes we understand. I will still recommend this resort to friends and family because the staff acknowledge mishap and made an effort to compensate. The person in charge and their staff were all smiles, even their cleaners will stop what they are doing and greet us, we do feel very welcome.

Comfortable with good view

Highly recommended though it is not close to restaurants or shopping centre. Staff is friendly and helpful. The design of the washroom is amazing. Good for couple to stay. The restaurant is good with lots of variety of cuisine. It also has massage and spa place but unfortunately I do not have time to enjoy that. Should try it next time.

It was an awesome experience. Service standard is TOP notch, the villa is beautiful and quiet. My only recommendation is to provide an online reservation for the spa services. It was a pity I couldn't get to enjoy the spa services as they were fully booked.

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Booked the Pool Villa, price was very reasonable compared to other locations in Senggigi. Location was beautiful, the beach clean but not really somewhere you would swim. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Location is a bit far from the town area but the hotel employees would assist in getting a cab for you. The outdoor bathroom felt a bit weird (creepy crawlies and can be quite spooky at night). As we went during the rainy season and we had to wait till it stopped raining to shower.

Overall, definitely had a wonderful stay at Living Asia. Would definitely come here again.

A nice and quiet hotel next to its private beach

We stayed for two night here. The restaurant is nice, serving good food and it is just next to the beach. They served buffet breakfast and the food prices for dinner is not expensive. It has a nice view of sunset and you can see the \"Gunung Agong\" from Bali. We stayed just near to the beach with a partial ocean view, every night we can hear the ocean waves sounds, it was a nice experience and made us more closer to the natural.
The Wifi signal is strong. it is all over the resort.
There is a SPA in the resort, but you may not give a high expectation on their SPA. The massage/SPA is so so only.

It is a quiet hotel and its location is far from Senggigi town. But there is always Taxi standing by near the hotel so it is easy to get a Taxi through the Hotel.

It was my first trip to Lombok and fell in l9ve with the place. It so quiet and relaxing with you can just laze around by the pool to see the sun set. The hospitality of the hotel team are great. Very attentive and helpful. Strongly recommended.

Surprised by a birthday cake when I came back to the room after breakfast at the restaurant. Thank you for paying attention to such small details on my passport. For improvement, please do air the room more often as the room starts to have the typical stuffy hotel room smell.

Villa was excellent with private pool

Accomodation was great. But there was no Avacado drink juice in the restaurant.

I would suggest, if you could provide manual windscreen/shelter at the toilet open area. As i had experienced especiallg during the rainy days, houseflies,insects came to the toilet area.
I will be great to have manual system windscreen/shelter so that customer had the choice to have open or close open air toilet concept.

Nice hotel to stay with your lovers.

I stayed 2 nights with my wife.
Nice view, nice beach, nice swimming pool and nice staff.
Restaurant is facing the beach and the swimming pool.
Even though outside restaurants are not in the walking distance, you can enjoy your lunch and dinner in the restaurant, Malaka.
If you want to dine outside, metered-taxi is available anytime.
Taxi charge from the hotel to Lombok airport is around Rp 200k.

Outstanding staff, friendly,helpful .It was my wife and my birthday weekend, they somehow looked at our birthdate on passport on check in and brought us both birthday cakes, during a meal.
Beautiful pool, next to ocean, highly recommend.

Beautiful room and amazing service

The hotel was one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was impecible, with a beautiful outdoor shower and a really comfy bed. The staff were excellent. We had lost our luggage but they called the airport multiple times for us and managed to retrieve it for us, which was sooooo helpful. The pool is beyond beautiful, and the food at the hotel was really good.

Nice place but with some blemishes

Overall, the resort is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The scenery is beautiful. If you want a central location, this is not the resort for you though taxis are readily available outside the resort. Food was good though it was pricey but you are a captive audience. If you are planning on a day trip to the Gili's, do not use the hotel to book it. Their recommended guide was terrible and expensive. Book on your own.

Really disappointing. Stay somewhere else. Not 4*.

I wanted to like it! We paid for a Full Ocean View room but we agreed prior to staying to have a Partial Ocean View room (at Full Ocean cost, they never offered to lower the rate) because that was the ONLY way they would guarantee twin beds for mum/adult daughter. The first room was upstairs, two very steep and slippery flights with no handrail. Zero ocean view at all from balcony. Only trees and other balconies. Ask to be moved to a ground floor room and we were told Partial Ocean view - same thing, no ocean view, just trees and other rooms' decks (see pic). Hohum went along with that. The quality of fittings is poor eg beds are cheap wooden platform that groaned and creaked all night as the sleeper moved. Safe and a lamp needed to be fixed. Only 1 pillow each, 1 towel each, poor toiletries, only 1 room key provided, I asked for 2 and was told no but then given housekeeping key. Nowhere to put suitcases so they stayed on floor by door, this area got flooded under cases and under TV console when it rained one evening. The open-air shower is nice, beware it means no aircon in the bathroom so you'll want to put makeup on in room. The pool was nice, very quiet, the beach though is ugly with broken walls/access, no swimming is allowed, and there's lots of rubbish.The hotel-organised day trip to Gili Islands was a complete waste of time/money with a clapped out boat, broken unusable life jackets and an unpleasant guide who blamed the weather. Terrifying trip back in huge swell!
